We stayed here as a family of 3 returning from our trip to Drayton Manor. Lovely little hotel, really quiet and clean. Our stay was part of my sons 5th birthday treats… the management decorated our room with birthday things, even adding a piece of cake! My son loved it… and so do we! Thank You Ibis for your efforts!

Nice big room.
very disorganised at evening meal, as had 2 coach tours overlapping.
as one tour was on mains, other tour waiting for starters so staff got very confused.
had to chase waiter wandering round with dinner in his hand!
breakfast buffet style so was easier, but staff couldn't keep up with getting things out, eg plates.

Wonderful stay, completely wheelchair accessible. Great food, very peaceful. Will definitely stay again.

What a fantastic place, we had our evening party there for our civil partnership, the staff were all very helpful and polite going that extra mile to help make our day special, the room was set up beautifully the buffet was great. Would highly recommend the venue.

Great food, bedrooms nice and clean every day, Wi-Fi brilliant, well priced too, just could do with the extractors in the bathroom looking at and some handrails in the shower Incase you slip by accident.

It spotlessly clean. Very quiet. Staff are great. Can't fault it. Will be stopping here again.

I stay here two or three times a week for work and find the hotel to be just what I need. Comfy beds, good food, clean and the staff are great.

Hotel middle industrial estate middle nowhere. My friend rm that she was allocated when she went up to rm. Some one was already in there. Our rm not that clean smelt pee toilet. Lifted towels off shelf thick dust. Shower floor was dirty. Bed setee mattress so thin so lumpy uncomfortable had to pad out towels. Breakfast ok. Didnt eat hotel food didnt look that nice went to local carvery down rd.

The whole hotel is steaming hot no ventilation or through air totally uncomfortable asked for radiators to be turned off fell on deaf ears. Food is very good and staff pleasent.

Rooms basic — no air con, beds are quite hard and pillows aren't the best. But for a stopover it does fine. Food is nice in the hotel the menu has a nice variety and the staff are always friendly and willing to help! Also love the little table that comes over the bed!

Very clean, friendly hotel with good sized rooms. Reasonable prices. Basic continental breakfast can be upgraded to cooked. Free internet is very fast and available everywhere throughout the hotel. Located on a business park which is 15 minutes walk to the railway station.

Shocking hotel. We came from Runcorn for a christening. Check in at 14.00. When we got there dead on 2 as the christening was at 3 we were advises there were no rooms ready! When we finally got our room it was too hot, small family room, stunk and had pubic hair on our bed! We woke in the morning stifled it was so hot. The heating was on full blast on one of the hottest days of the year. The breakfast was continental. There was no other option to upgrade! It was awful, not only that but they had a severe leak in the dining area which wasn’t closed off, buckets collecting water everywhere! Disgusting. Would never stay again! Avoid!

When we arrived we were very early as we were attending a wedding. We therefore could not check in but where offered a room to store our bags until we returned and could check in. During the middle of the day we returned from the wedding and checked in. The rooms where lovely and clean with plenty of space and everything we needed. Bed was comfy. After the wedding we also had drinks in the bar in the hotel which was a great addition to the night, with a pool table and some seating. The breakfast was very good for a continental and could not have asked for more really. Good for the price as we got it cheaper than the 89 which our friend had to pay as we booked quite a while in advance.

Used a function room, staff were attentive and responsive to needs. Room was bright and clean and well maintained.

One of the Best places to stay when visiting Alton towers. Food is really nice and entertainment is enjoyable. Location is nice too as it is out of the main roads, away from busy streets.

Good hot food polite staff clean modern rooms. Bring your own wine minimum £21 a bottle Tesco and co-op round corner?

Nice stay. Room was the same a every other Ibis ;) Clean, tidy and worth the price. Food was good and the bar/restaurant area is pretty big so plenty of space to stretch out. Staff all friendly… no issues at all with my stay.

An Ibis do you know roughly what to expect, clean, good service. Staff including the bar staff and dining people very good, very professional, very helpful — we, LL be back.

The room looked very nice also included a hairdryer but didn't include a iron the location is in a business park where there are lots of offices. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Good place for a budgeted stay. Mostly used by the companies for their conferences, meeting etc. People who usually use this place are mostly there due to business visits and/or occasional freelances, Which mean no much kids running around screaming. This place does serve as a wedding venues for some, not sure how, I personally wouldn't want to get married at a hotel that is surrounded by cooperate companies. Since this place is surrounded by cooperate companies, it makes it a good place to stay if you have an early morning interview and would be travelling from far. It also has a reasonable amount of parking. The rooms a nice when you think of the space you get, equipment is new-ish, rooms are cleaned well, BUT do bear in mind the room comes with a wet room (only shower no bathtub), which is a bit of a let down : (the menu, is small but great. The food tastes absolutely amazing and is served after a reasonable amount of time no long wait. But the breakfast, I would say is sad. Being in Britain, you don't get the proper English breakfast, apparently the hotel staff cant do anything about it as its the higher management that have put down the T&Cs this place was initially a Ramada Hotel, it was much better management then.

When I arrived there was what I hope was just a red wine stain on the sheets. Wi-Fi is non-existent, water temperature fluctuates wildly and the whole place was clearly built on a tight budget. One plug socket of any use in the whole room, so don't plan on taking anything which needs charging. Staff were rude when this was brought to their attention, however the manager was pleasant and refunded promptly.

Ibis styles hotel is an excellent place to hold your week day or weekend function or training course for example. The staff are so helpful in setting up the rooms for you and providing tables, chairs and white boards and I believe that digital displays may be used at times. This, coupled with their reasonably priced food, bright and airy restaurant, and reasonable hire charges make it the in-place for functions in Crewe. I have no hesitation in recommending the manager and his team for your event.

They had a Christmas party which is normal, but didn’t consider about other guests had music on until midnight, didn’t serve any food or drinks. Room was kind of clean, but shower was all mouldy. Breakfast was later than it should be and the service was rubbish. Overall flat 0. Last time in Ibis hotels.

Better than what I expected for ibis. Clean room and toilet overall hotel was tidy. Nice friendly staff. Only downside was breakfast menu was poor.

Attended a 2 day course in the meeting rooms. The rooms were well equipped, staff very helpful, large car park. Daytime food menu was small and the toilets a bit untidy. Overall it was just adequate.

Great stop over en route to Manchester (1hr away by car), the hotel is on something of an out of the way trading estate with new deveolpment currently underway just adjacent (Oct 17). The hotel has parking out front with auto vouchers — you must remember to enter your registration in the foyer though. Clean and neatly appointed rooms, pleasant staff.

Simple but well laid out hotel. Welcoming modern layout — clean and efficient. Hotel food surprisingly good.

Good price for room. Breakfast included is only continental though. Pay £10 for a big* breakfast. *It's not.

Functional no frills accomodation. Rooms always look like a set from Ikea but as long as it's clear and tidy it's fine. Tried to get a night cap but had to first interrupt the 2 bar staff from their private conversation as clearly I'm invisible. Then asked for one particular drink and was told "oh yes we asked for that a lot. But we haven't still got any"… really! Continental breakfast is the only option.

Possibly one of the worst hotel experiences IV ever had. No hot running water in the room. Two fire alarms set off because of the kitchen. Bed was so hard you can stand on the corner and it dont flex. Complained at the desk and got the shrug shoulders. Never going there again. Oh and the smell of you opened the window was enough to make your eyes water.

Hotel is in a business park so more suited to corporate stays. Rooms are not bad but have laminate floors so not exactly quiet. Bed was comfy though and has everything one would need. Had problems using their Wi-Fi which they couldn't fix and inside the hotel my 3g signal was rubbish, however out in the car park it was fine. I'm with Three so other providers might be ok. Staff were pleasant and would help if they were able. Food was average. Typical Ibis style of continental or pay extra and get a full English.

Stopped over for an event close by, we had a twin room. This hotel is excellent value for money, clean, beds were comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Excellent 5 night stay location great because we wanted to do day trips to Liverpool, Chester and Manchester rather than drive and use car parks. Have stayed a few times in ibis styles in other towns and countries this is one of the best staff throughout were excellent and willing no major problems at all.

Very very basic rooms. Bed although described as new & sensationally comfortable… it certainly wasn't & infact, far from it! No air-conditioning & so the room was unbearably warm & the bathroom felt more like a unwelcome sauna. The toilet seat was also broken, so it cranked one way when you lifted the lid & then moved the other way when you sat on it. Certainly not the place you want to feel like you're going to fall off when you sit down! Breakfast was highly unorganised & not even the staff seemed to know what they were doing! Plus the continental option was nothing really to shout about. But, the proper chef who actually cooked & prepared meals was great. Was I pleased with the room — No Was I pleased with the bathroom — No Was the room & breakfast worth the rate of £49.00 — No Definitely Not. The only good thing about this hotel, is the friendliness, helpfulness & knowledgeability of the reception staff. (When you could understand & follow the speed of a Scottish accent that is! ) Would I stay here again — No.

I have now 3 times contacted this hotel, with absolutely no result, about homeless people who are sleeping at the rear of their hotel in Crewe. They are stealing dirty sheets which are left out at the rear of the hotel for laundry and are using them to sleep under a hedge. The litter and filth at the rear of this hotel is disgusting and rats are regularly present. I am doing my best to clear this area up, but until the hotel chokes off the supply of bedding for these people, I am fighting a losing battle.

Nice place just need someone else's bank card to eat and drink £50 easy for a few beers and a decent meal. Food and staff great just London prices.

New hotel, fresh design and really nice employees. Continental breakfast is huge and croissant are baked there every day. Parking place included, room cleaned and well furnished. Really good value for the money.

Quiet location. Generic design which means no surprises. Friendly and helpful staff. Stand by rate displayed out the front. You can't lose.

Nice hotel seems fairly new and modern. I got there late and I got a pizza in the bar to take back to my room it was delicious. Breakfast was good and the staff were nice enough.

We were greeted by friendly staff. Room was immaculate and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. No complaints, a very pleasant stay and will definitely be using again in the future.

The accommodation was very comfortable and the food and service very pleasant. The hotel is situated in a quiet industrial estate so weekend stays are very quiet.

Hotel is based in a quiet location on a Business Estate. The rooms were fresh with a modern decor and had flat screen TV, walk in shower, tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were really friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our kids really loved the play area!

I did not enjoy staying here, there was MANY problems. Where do I start? free wfifi yes but only on the ground floor, if you want internet in your room you have to use the wire they provid and that if it's working. I was put in room 212 and had to be moved as the internt never worked as well as it's heating. The TV was crap, only had the 4 basic channels and not even channel 5. The bed creaked all night so waking me up every time I moved and the bathroom was maybe clean but had problems also. One with the toilet, that I won't explane. No safety handle in the shower for disabled and the water couldn't make it's mind up if it wanted to be hot or cold. I had to step out the shower so many times otherwise it would burn my back. And thats just the room. The rest you can guess. My advice is go somewhere else.

Stayed at this hotel for over 2 months. Overall, its a nice hotel, reasonably priced, quiet and pleasant atmosphere, food was good, good service, very friendly and helpful staff.

Unfortunately, it has only Wi-Fi in the lobby in this hotel. The staff at the reception not very carefully is helpful, but the waiter. The breakfast buffet is typical English breakfast. Flavorful but not convinced. You can forget the high angeprisenen Burger on the dinner menu. The rooms are quite good. It is nice that free drinks, such as tea and cappuccino at the rooms stand ready. Unfortunately there are no satellite, which is why only a few English channels can be received. The bathroom is clean and clear. A few extra soaps or similar would be not wrong. The Windows are unfortunately not soundproofed so you can easily hear the ambulance. Yet a clean hotel in which you can well stay.

Rooms are very modest. Small TV and a hard bad. Breakfast is good. Not many restaurant choices near this hotel. Overall it is a good value for one night or two.

Internet in the room is via a LAN cable only but Wi-Fi in the lobby. Breakfast was horrendous and low quality. Room hardly had any extra facilities. Overall moderate hotel.

Great budget hotel. No wardrobe but hanging space, a comfortable double bed and a decent sized room, nice bathroom (note no bath). Bright and airy restaurant and bar, friendly staff. What more could we want for £35 a night?! :-).

Breakfast is ok but could be better, but the rooms, service and location are great.
