My partner and I were unable to attend our booking due to having Covid 19 and we were too sick to cancel or attend. The hotel offered no refund at all. We didn’t think we’d get it all but something for good will would’ve helped Last year as front line workers we were hero’s this year, during the worst rise in the cost of living, we are now something to be profited from. Absolutely disgraceful! Do not use this chain of hotels Thanks for reading.

Clean. Beautiful rooms. Great bathrooms. Beds comfortable. Bit of a trek to level 2. But got used to it.
lighting good in room and facilities available. Ie hairdryer coffee making and fan if needed. Impressed x

Very happy with staying here staff are absolutely brilliant nothing is too much trouble for them they are very helpful would truly recomend.

After a mix up with our booking a very professional receptionist sorted the mistake. The hotel is clean and next to the golf course which we wanted.

The reception team member was fantastic! so helpful, sorted my dinner, directions to the shop. Really fabulous customer service! will definitely return.

Room excellent and clean. Staff friendly. However some other guests coming in at 2 30 singing did disturb our sleep.

Great location close to Ferry Meadows. Rooms can be too hot in the summer, no air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is terrible, paid Wi-Fi a ripoff. When are these chains going to learn the internet should be free.

Comfortable rooms helpful staff. The restaurant had excellent service and good food would definitely go back.

The hotel seems a little tired. Staff were really friendly and helpful. There is a bicycle rent/shop next door and the surrounding area is quite pretty.

Nice and cheap but really really needs aircon. Hardly slept at all due to the heat plus the fact that you could hardly open the window. Fans were too noisy to use at night.

An excellent venue and location. Take a bottle if wine down to the lake a Nene park and sit and watch the sunset … just perfect.

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves and the receptionist are spot on. Well respected. X.

Lovely room in the newly refurbished part of the hotel. Hypnos beds are fantastic. We chose the room option with breakfast included and we were not disappointed. Set us up nicely for the drive back north.

A good clean comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Adjacent Harvester restaurant with good food and drink selection.

Recently refurbished and the carpark has finally been extended. A quiet and comfortable place to stay for a visit to the area.

Great meal at the granary beefeater which looks fantastic inside. The hotel itself is an older style but very quiet you cannot hear any roads nearby and as there are not many floors / rooms it is private and not much noise in the night. V. Easy access to Peterborough works great when I have business meetings here as there is also free parking.

Premier Inn usual quality. TVs have usb port for playing movies, HDMI input. Comfy beds, black out cuttings. Beefeater pub next door for good meat. They do a meal deal for £25 get a 2 course meal (almost everything included & what isn't you can post a few quid extra for) and a drink. Also a breakfast the next day (cooked or continental)

Quiet position just off the A1 road. One of the older style Premier Inns.

The hotel was clean, the staff were polite & we got a free breakfast for my daughter, perfect for our needs.

The night staff who sort me out sandwiches after my shift were 100% good at there job they even brought me some sandwiches to my room that was very nice of them.

Stayed in one of the newer rooms, nice decor with a huge shower but no bath which might be to some people's distaste. The room felt smaller compared to ones on a previous visit. The air con gets pretty noisy.

Old style premier Inn that's had some minor updates, new TV's, refurbished foyer etc but yet to receive a major referb. Staff are great and cleanliness is good. The restaurant next door has some issues and theres not a lot of places to eat that are within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Rooms were really comfy and the staff where polite and friendly.

Four stars as the car park isn't big enough (was being enlarged May 2017 so that shouldn't be a problem in the future)

Premier Inn Ferry Meadows is set in a great location just a short walk from the Ferry Meadows country park, 18 hole golf course and a great bike hire shop. The rooms are very clean and kept well by the whole housekeeping team. You are always greeted with a smile from the reception team who all seem to have great passion for their hotel work and guests. The ajoining beefeater (the granary) also a has great welcoming team and the food is well worth paying the little extra. Myself and family have stayed a few times and plan to return. All the staff are willing to go that extra mile. 5 stars.

Nice clean room. Higlight was lovely receptionist Lina (Lithuanian) who was so welcoming and attentive and made us feel really at ease. She deserves some recognition for her excellent customer service skills.

Guarantee a decent nights sleep, yea right, 2 air con units outside your window, no aircon in the room so you have to open windows and golfers on the course at 6.30 laughing and talking. Did we get a good nights sleep NO!

Went to the Beefeater restaurant next door and was pleasantly surprised by the decor, staff and food. Reasonable prices too.

Lack of calorie info was a let down. Over cooked steak and jacket potato treated microwaved.

Location is fine, room is good. The service has been great reception are really helpful.

Standard Premier Inn. Rooms clean and cheap and the staff always friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee provided in rooms.

Clean, accessible, and very comfortable. Reception was helpful and booked us a taxi, lent us some scissors, little things that show consideration. Really cheap too!

Amazing beds and great food. A bit noisy during the night stay.

Booked Friday and Saturday for weekend wedding in Peterborough. Hotel and staff were excellent. We were in room 29 overlooking golf course. Special mention to very helpful reception staff.

The best sleep, very comfortable beds. The restaurant provides with good food and tasty cakes. Inconvenient facts: no telephone in the room nor the option to get room service.

Stayed here for 2 nights in early Sept 2014. It was fine. Some noise at night from other people walking around the hotel (and I am a heavy sleeper! ).
