Excellent. Very clean, helpful. Lovely room. Only one reason didint give 5 star. There is no tab and coffee facilities in the room. They are in the dining area downstairs. Easy to find. Would stay again.

For Cambridge this guest house was reasonably priced and well situated, close to a park and ride facility on the south side of the city. We arrived on a dark wet evening and it was very hard to see the entrance but the welcome was warm and the room clean and comfortable while small. There is no lounge, rather a dining area with a wall mounted T. V. Coffee (excellent machine) and tea were available 24 hours and a continental breakfast laid out in the morning. The suggestions for dining all involved a drive into the town centre and were pricey so we ate at a fish and chip café close by. My only complaint is that having cancelled one night of a two night stay two weeks prior to our arrival the refund had not shown on my credit card statement three weeks later. The guest house management is third party so the women in charge were unable to help. It has now been resolved but not in time for my payment date which is annoying. I would probably not stay here again.

Lovely bed and breakfast, very large/clean twin room. Coffee machine was additional perk. The owner was really helpful and even posted my phone charger back that I left behind.

Very good value b&b in a great location for the hospital and park & ride. Free limited parking spaces. Nice clean room and good shower. Staff were very helpful. Would definately stay here again. Minor point, outside the house requires some tidying/maintenance particularly the rear.

Clean and cosy room, big enough to fit 5 of us. Very friendly staff. Simple breakfast but has everything we want from milk, bread, butter, few types of cereals to egg and cheese. Good coffee. Very worth it for the price we paid at this location.

Budget and that's what you get for it. Don't expect a room that has been immaculately cleaned, but expect to be comfortable in the price range.

Nice welcome but they charged us extra money £15 for my wife to stay in the room. So you are booking per person NOT by the room like nearly all hotels do these days. Beware the unexpected extra charge that they may demand when you arrive.

Hotel is fairly small. Rooms are nice, clean and cheap. Very nice staff. Location not perfect but easy to get to from train station (single bus). Free internet, TV and breakfast.

Stayed as had early appt. At Addenbrookes hospital, lovely friendly place where they couldn't do enough for you, they booked a taxi for the morning, the continental breakfast had a large selection and they had a great knowledge and if didn't know found out, the beds were lovely and comfortable, don't allow food in your rooms but no worries as you could use the breakfast room if you bought a take away and they provided all cutlery and plates for you to use and they would even wash up, a lovely coffee machine which made hot chocolate to die for free, no kettle in room but did provide us with one as disabled, but the coffee machine provides hot water. Bus stop just outside which takes you in to the centre of Cambridge, easy to get too. If visiting Cambridge a lovely place to stay. My only criticism was the Wi-Fi was patchy. Stayed July 2016

Great little place. Perfect for park and ride and also Citi7 local bus stop opposite runs until 11pm ish. Rooms of a good standard and host very friendly — fetched us a kettle for the room to help with feeding baby. Would happily stay here again.

English and continental breakfast staff abundantly, a bit far from the Centre but well connected by public transport.

Outstanding value for money.

Having scoured the internet for bed and breakfasts in Cambridge, I came across this well priced B&B, only a few miles from the City Centre. I was half expecting it to be a little shady at the price that I got it for, given that it's Cambridge. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had a lovely clean room, a comfortable bed, decent decor, friendly service and good working Wi-Fi. Put it this way, it was good enough for me to go on the web just so I can post them a good review. Suffice to say — I definitely recommend it.

Clean, comfortable and convenient for the wedding we attended at Anstey Hall. Buses to Cambridge stop outside. Park and ride a reasonable walk up road (depending on age and attitude). Staff enthusiastic and welcoming. Happy to recommend.
