I have stayed here many times. Lovely staff that have been there a long while. They are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and if you need anything are always happy to help.

Wonderful hotel, great rooms and views! Also a good pub attached. I highly recommend this Premier Inn if you need to stay in the area.

Nice and silent. Steak in beef eater is awesome. Just 5mins walk to shopping mall.

Clean with helpful staff. Watch which colour bay you park. Colour coded areas give different price parking.

Basic but I guess you get what you pay for. Good breakfast and friendly concierge.

Near shopping centre and escape. Quiet hotel as u expect from premier inn. Staff really nice and helpful.

So far it’s been painless, clean and the staff have been nice. Not sure about front desk having the phone on speaker talking to a friend? But hey he was comfortable with it. Would like to see parking added to the room, and do something with the water pressure, it’s a tad weak. The free Wi-fi is at best random at times, and I’m too tight to pay £5 for “ultimate”. Just give us the best and make us all really happy ha ha. Would I come back again? Yes.

We had amazing experience. The rooms are big with comfortable bed and windows, you can enjoy the chilling wind. The bathroom is clean and hygienic. The staff is smart & cool (including reception staff) they are really hard working. Food is really good. Great ambience in restaurant. They have wooden benches with tables so you have option to sit out, if you want. Location wise it's perfect, as it is in the vicinity of 2 malls. Xscape mall and city centre (in milton keynes) which are 5-10 mins by walk. Overall good experience.

Clean room, quiet and comfortable bed. All for a good price. Would definitely stay again. It's within walking distance of all the shops and also xscape which has plenty of restaurants and a Weatherspoons. If you don't want to walk far then there's a pub literally next to the hotel.

Close to the station, but a bit of a walk up to the shopping centre. Handy for restaurants at the Hub.

Clean, tidy, hot showers, comfy beds. What more can you want?

Very comfortable nights sleep with good service and friendly staff. Also Well located just across from the xscape cinema and restaurants etc. Would highly recommend for convienience and price.

What you expect from a premier in clean comfortable as always not enough milk with the complimentary coffee but as a whole good enough.

Located in the centre of the city, and about a 10 minute walk from the shops and restaurants. Parking is run by the local authority, I arrived around 2pm do paid under £3 to cover until 7am. If you are there after 6pm it's free but only until 7am. Free Wi-Fi access suitable for email and basic browsing purposes. There is a premium Wi-Fi service available. Not one of the newer refurbished hotels but was still clean, tidy and a comfortable bed. Quite a bit of external noise from the area. Beefeater located alongside but plenty of choice in the city centre.

Great deal on breakfasts. Huge selection of food for a cheap price and all cooked to order. Great service, will be going back regularly.

I go here peridodically with the wife and kids for breakfast. 17.95 for 2 adults and two kids for a full breakfast, fry up, pastries, cerals etc all included in the price. Its kid eats free with paying adult. Staff are alway friendly, food is descent, nice and clean all round. Would recommend to anyone.

Milton Keynes isn't exactly the most convenient or nicest of places to get around, but the Premier Inn, while a but away from the station, is at least nice inside and out. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were nice, and the room was comfy and quiet. A decent hotel overall.

Pleased with the food left in the coffee room, amazing guests at 4, by a great selection of food. So advise.

Not bad, no lift, no air-conditioning, absolutely lousy water pressure and the water wasn't hot enough…

We were stung by parking on a bay with a red line instead of a purple one. Staff didn't warn us. So despite paying for a ticket we ended up with a £25 fine. The room had only cost £65. Nightmare. Very disappointed.

I stay in quite a few Premier Inns, some better than others, this is better than most. Very clean, good size TV and just over the road from Xscape. Car parking isn't included in the price and will cost approx £25 for 5 days parking. Food wise, there is a pub next door which does a really good Mixed Grill. Other food is available.

Fairly average premier inn they dont change too much, however the staff at this premier inn were all extremely friendly, colleague and I both left having a conversation about how great the service was.

My stay at Premier Inn Milton Keynes was made exceptional by one person — Marvia! I stayed 4 nights. I had an injured neck and Marvia carried my bags up to my room and offered to get me ice packs and/or pain killers. Marvia then organised room service for me which is not even a service offered by the hotel. If it wasn't for Marvia, my stay would have been significantly more painful. Marvia is a very valuable asset to the company, making peoples' stay memorable and creating repeat-business. Thank you marvia.

Beds very comfortable for a 24 hour shagathon.

Staff are brilliant and very friendly from mr prince security officer.

Tired rooms, poor customer information. No information on breakfast times or how to get it. Phone in room, but unable to use to call reception. Certainly not Premier anymore.
