Can't fault this place for the price really. Always warm water, very clean rooms, free car park, owner on call all the time and lives less than 5 minutes away. Only 4 stars because the mattress but a bit hard and I was there for two weeks. But would certianly stay again.
Nice and convenient, clean and tidy.

Our stay at Abby House was very enjoyable, very pleasant people, comfortable beds & pillows… very important. Clean. Plenty of places to eat.
