Very warm welcome from reception staff. Room as you'd expect from Premier Inn. Room quite warm during the night and no air-con available. Fan provided but we just slept with balcony door open. Would come back as set on the beautiful Willen Lake. Lovely view at breakfast.

Booked this hotel as it was close to family in the area. Rooms were fine and staff were really friendly. Breakfast was absolutely terrible, the first morning I had to ask twice for a spoon for cereal eventually the lady at the next table gave me one she has not used. We asked for orange juice only to be told they had run out. We had to ask 3 differnt staff for butter. There was no proper teabags out and after already asking for so much we didnt brother. As we have paid enough for breakfast we decided to try it again the second morning again they had run out of orange juice and had also run out of white bread. If you are interested in staying here the hotel is grand but save your money on the breakfast it's awful.

Fantastic location. The best premier Inn I have stayed in so far. Waking up to the scene of swans and ducks on a beautiful lake especially on a sunny day is a most relaxing experience. The hotel it's self if clean and tidy and food if the same standard as in any other premier Inn.

Quiet place to stay. The very nice lake makes this place really special. The only two downs are the paid parking (apparently the hotel is inside the park and the parking area belongs to the park), and the other thing is the rooms, they need to be updated. Ages since I used a physical key to open a room door, lol.
Internet is very good and because they were making a revamp in the restaurant we got "happy breakfast boxes", really appreciated. I'm sure the place will be amazing when the restaurant revamp is done. The restaurant will offer the great views to the lake.

If you want to treated like dirt and spoke to with no respect what so ever then go no further than to talk to the manager of this hotel. I have been parking my motorcycle outside the hotel for almost 3 months with no issues what so ever, that is until this week when I was confronted by the manager of this hotel and was spoken to with no respect or manners at all, he gave no reasoning as to why my bike was all of a sudden causing an issue and gave no helpful information as to where I can park my motorcycle, even when I asked why is there no allocated motorcycle bay parking he just completely avoided the question, instead he informed me to buy a parking ticket, for a motorcycle, even after I told him this doesn't make sense as the wind would blow it away or someone would even steal it, nearly no where in the UK charges motorcycles to park, and it turns out Premier Inn don't even own the car park, he was in fact trying to represent the Willen Park Trust. From the photos you can see there is clearly enough room for a motorcycle to just pop up somewhere without blocking anyone's pathway The manager has no respect for the general public and clearly has issues against motorcyclist, I would hate to imagine how he treats guests at his hotel, he is such a petty individual, I would avoid at all cost.

Friendly and v helpful here. A potentially complicated billing query was dealt with swiftly and efficiently by Olivia. Recommend. Oh, and nice lake view with swans.

Visited the restaurant for lunch on a day out at Willen Lake. The service was great. The stuff were really friendly. The food was enjoyable for the price.

Receptionist was extremely nice. Area is wonderful for a walk and bikes can be hired for £1 an hour! Fayre restaurant makes lovely food too, bed was very comfortable too. Would go again.

Willen lake is a great place to visit. The scenery, the attractions, the food. There's a little pizza place run out of a VW van that is incredible. Highly recommended. I didn't do much at the premier Inn itself, but the location is perfect.

Practically live in Premier Inns for work. Not a terrible stay, the bed was comfy but as far as the room is concerned it would have been dated 10 years ago, shower was dodgy, no plug socket next to bed, light switches next to bed don’t turn off the main light, small TV… The restaurant matches the hotel, if it wasn’t for the nice lake I’d struggle to find a reason why anyone would come here. Plus you have to pay and display in the car park and can’t pay on reception. I would add that the staff were lovely. Nothing too bad but just a collection of inconveniences in a tired hotel.

Nice place to stay. We got a balcony overlooking the lake. Rooms clean and tidy, but not at the spec of be latest premier inns we’ve stayed at. I guess they’ll get round to it sometime. Helpful staff. Meal was lovely too. Only downside was a group that were loud early evening and the came back worse for ware on drink around midnight and shouting down corridor. So much for a quiet zone.

Rooms need updating, cobwebs in corner or the room, sealant coming away in bathroom. Comfy bed and good sleep had. Quiet. Food good in adjacent Fayre & Square pub.

Staff were very friendly but not happy that for the two days I stayed there, the men’s toilets in the bar were not cleaned, there was no soap available either, even after reporting both issues nothing was done about the cleanliness or the soap issues. My room was comfortable but had cobwebs in the corners that looked like they had been there sometime.

Lovely location overlooking Willen lake. Room as expected and breakfast was usual buffet. Staff all pleasant and I would consider staying there again in the future if the need arises.

I had a one night stay at the hotel, the location is very nice being close to the motorway and right on Willen Lake. One of my colleagues rooms had a lovely view across the lake but sadly my room only had a view over the carpark, I was surprised to find my room had a small balcony. The room itself was adequate but a little dated even compared to other premier inns that I have stayed at. We had dinner at the adjoining restaurant which was great value for money. The staff were all nice and friendly. If I was staying in the area again I would happily stay here again.

Willen Lake Premier Inn is an excellent place to stay. The rooms are clean and the staff very helpful. As a businessman I always recommend Premier Inn to all my customers.

Advertised Autumn Menu on their website, decided to visit as they finally have Vegan main and Vegan desert. Upon arrival no sign of Autumn menu. Told "that is the only menu" pointed at the summer menu. Ok. All three menus on the table were sticky and had food bits on them. Asked for the allergen menu, it arrived quickly but absolutely covered in sticky what ever, so God knows what allergic reactions people could have just to the allergy menu! After looking through and fining no suitable food we had a drink and left. All tables and high chairs also filthy. Terrible really. Most disappointed.

Best view from a premier inn I have ever had. Blackout curtains. Comfy bed.

It looks beautiful but I get quieter nights in the middle of London. A hot donut stand six foot away, complete with noisy generator, from our bedroom window since 8am. A very loud funfair 2 mins away complete with screaming patrons, loud music and loud speaker announcements til nearly midnight. Do not expect a good nights sleep or chance to relax here. The bedroom window is 2ft away from a public path around the lake with shouting youths, screaming children and early morning deliveries from noisy vans. The "good night guarantee " doesn't count here apparently as it's "out of our jurisdiction".

Aside from needing to take dance lessons in order to avoid the "mess" left by the ducks, swans, and geese the whole day was perfect. The event I needed to attend was put on perfectly. It was set up so much better than previous years to the point that you couldn't be sure walking into the right place as everyone is so pleasant and polite not one request anyone made took them any less than a few minutes.

Was good but very busy during the day and evening meal at the pub recommended was slow very slow and was not up to standard.

Great location if your wanting lake views and the gym. But rooms are a bit tired and no Air con. Pub is not great if you want a good meal in nice surroundings for about the same price, there's a pub 15 mins walk away called the barge. Great little pub with fantastic food.

The lake itself is really nice. Highly recommended to walk run or bike around, especially on a summer day. Lots of interesting stops and encounters. You can get pizza from a converted can which is amazing. Never even stepped foot in the premier Inn though.

Great location. Rooms nice and tidy. Staff very pleasant. Bed comfy. Will stay again.

Great value for money and in a great setting on the edge of Willen Lake, the restaurant could use a few extra staff but it's difficult to complain for the price.

Nice but they don't do a buffet breakfast. Clean and tidy as you'd expect from a premier inn.

Stayed here for one night (sat/sun). Reception and restaurant staff very helpful. Room very clean and a comfortable bed. Restaurant next door, food very good, large selection. Lovely location with lake and walks for after that large breakfast. Would recommend this hotel for a peaceful overnight stay.

Only negative is that you have to pay for parking.
