We stayed in the Deer Park Room for three nights. On arrival we were met by Caroline, very friendly and welcoming. Caroline took us into the house and the first thing we noticed is how lovely fresh and clean it all is. Upstairs to our room which was immaculate; walk in shower, white fluffy towels, big comfy bed with pillows, cushions and duvet, free view tv, tea and coffee. Breakfasts freshly cooked to order, plenty of selection; full English, cereals, fruit juices, teas, coffee — couldn’t ask for more Caroline is an excellent hostess, very knowledgeable and a great source of advice. Would not hesitate to stay again.

A super place to stay very warm and friendly, we were visiting Windsor, ideally situated, would definitely return, also great breakfast.

This B&B is lovely. The owners are friendly, welcoming and informative. The rooms are very comfortable, extremely well maintained and cleanliness is 10/10. Caroline does amazing breakfast too, nothing is too much trouble.

Charming B&B 30 minutes walk or £5 taxi ride from central Windsor. Nothing was too much trouble for Caroline from her warm welcome to our freshly cooked-to-order breakfast, a great find.

Room for the 1st night was immaculately clean and very well presented, sadly though, this room had a very low ceiling that I hit my head on twice in the night. The hosts were kind enough to swap rooms for us with no additional cost on the second day. The second room was not as well presented but was more comfortable. The breakfast was very good and far superior to lots of other B&Bs I have stayed in. A small parking problem on the second night once again gave the owners the opportunity to show how accommodating they were when they moved their own car so I could park in their space at 22:45 in the night. I would stay again.

Booked 4 rooms here for the night whilst visiting family. The rooms were of a very high standard and cleanliness. The hospitality was next to none. I had no problems whilst visiting park farm and would definitely return. There is a corner shop immediately over the road which is handy and a pub called the Prince Albert which do nice food and good beer. There is a Tesco also half a mile away. This location is ideal to explore windsor if you don't want to reside immediately amongst the hussle and bussle of the town centre. Also save yourself a few quid by staying just outside the town. I would definitely stay here again. Really deceiving at first as it's located on a main road. Do not be put off by the location at all. Absolute gem of a B&B…

Stayed with my toddler twin daughters here. Beautiful room, so comfortable and warm. I want the bed. The lady that runs the place organised a private bathroom for our stay that had a bath so we could bath the girls. Everything about our stay here was great.

We have just had a wonderful weekend at the Park Farm we went for my wife's birthday the hosts were really great nothing was to much trouble from sorting out flowers and Champagne in the room to a Birthday cake on the day and lots of help with directions would recommend this B&B to all thank you.

Lovely warm and welcoming hosts. Bed so comfortable, yes noise is present but what do you expect being in a city with major airport's around. Quiet through the night so had a lovely sleep. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you Caroline it was lovely to meet you.

Good rooms, friendly staff, and nice breakfast.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, cozy room. The only con about this place is probably its location, but there are plenty of buses that can bring you to the city center of Windsor.

Excellent place to stay! Great breakfast, spacious room, free Wi-Fi. Well located. Easy access into Windsor.

Nice and clean rooms, food is good and the Staffs are friendly, always happy to help.

This is a fine B&B, and hostess Caroline is unusually warm and helpful for a Brit. We loved her full English breakfasts. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous, very warm welcome and it felt like home from home. The owners couldn't do enough for you, even going so far as to loaning my wife a very nice umbrella to cope with the great British Summer. We would have no hesitation booking again.

We had the pleasure of a two night stay in order to attend a family wedding. From the first phone call to our departure the experience was first rate. The rooms are spotless, warm and comfortable. The bathrooms equally clean. The welcome was lovely and welcoming. The service and quality of breakfast was first class. If I'm pushed to find any fault we found the shower in our bathroom difficult to regulate but that may have been me! A first class Bed and Breakfast, ideally located for Windsor and Legoland I recommend Park Farm to anyone.

Park Farm is a terrific B&B within walking distance of Windsor Castle. Caroline serves a wonderful full-English breakfast cooked to order. The rooms have more storage than I have ever seen in a B&B. Terrific friendly hostess, nice rooms, nice location. Try it out.

We stayed for 1 night in the family room with bunk beds very clean and tidy and the hosts are really friendly. Park Farm is not far away from Legoland Windsor and not far away from Windsor town centre. We would really recommend this B and B to anyone :).
