We stayed here Friday night. The hotel is lovely, lovely staff and room. We enjoyed the breakfast in a box which to us was a lot easier than going to a restaurant in the morning ❤

Apparently it’s acceptable to charge £20 for breakfast when all you get is a croissant and some jam in a box which I can’t eat anyway. Nowhere on the website does it state this. Hotel unwilling to give a refund for the difference in the room and breakfast rate. Apparently that’s how loyal Hilton customers get treated.

Great hotel with lovely staff.

A very nice, clean & comfortable, nothing negative to note at all. All the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The single room with a double bed was an adequate size and had all of the amenities I needed with a 49 inch Samsung smart TV. The bed was very comfortable and soft sheets. There was a room safe, iron & board, tea and coffee making facilities. The shower was nice and powerful with plenty of shampoo etc. My breakfast was plentiful, fresh and hot. Compared to prices of other hotels in the area this was the cheapest by far. Highly recommended and a very satisfied customer, will def use again.

I cannot reccomend this place enough, from the minute we booked to the minute we left the staff have been nothing but helpful and welcoming. They go above and beyond to help you and made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you! we received an upgrade upon arrival, the room was clean and spacious.

Stayed here for a night before Lapland UK & couldn’t fault it. Ate in the restaurant & food good, room fine, staff friendly & fir the price we paid as a Hilton member was fantastic. No sure why the reviews so bad but we had a lovely time.

Stayed on Friday 13th checked out on Sunday 15th December. Cannot fault this place lovely clean spacious room, beds very comfy, food was brilliant and the kids menu great value, enjoyed the facilities use of the pool, staff very friendly and polite I would def stay here again with my family, kids loved it.

Spotless clean bedrooms, very pleasant staff. Bar prices and meals a tad Pricey. Sainsbury supermarket very accessible if you need anything. Excellent value for money if you get a deal. 3rd time here. Would stay again. Recommended.

I'd have slept better on the floor. Beds are exceptionally hard. Wouldn't stay here or any Hilton again they are out dated and shabby now — should have booked the premier inn!
Also know of 2 other guests on 2nd floor (2 adults and 1 child rooms) that had shocking beds and old fashioned cluttered and poorly maintained rooms. At £132 a night for a Thursday Friday night stay would not recommend at all.

Not my first choice of hotel. Some of the staff especially bar staff and morning breakfast staff very helpful and friendly. No activity packs upon arrival for my 2 children or free ice cream as described. Room was nice (261) toilet doesn't flush properly the hot tap when you turn it on turns around and sprays everywhere and you. Swimming pool could Do with a good grouting and clean. One member of staff in the pool area was very rude on two occasions. But on the whole it was OK. Not worth what you pay a night especially for a Hilton hotel. Stayed at the copethorne in slough before and I'd recommend that hotel anyday of the week.

Sadly room was cold for most of our weekend stay. Bathroom was looking a bit tired. Room service was terrible. Missing items but couldn't get through to room service to resolve issue. Got through to reception and lady said I rang wrong the wrong number. Explained I rang room service but they didn't answer. No help offered when I explained why I rang. The bed was extremely hard and the duvet was thin and basic. Not what I expected from a Hilton Hotel. Stayed in previous ones in London and they were amazing. Spoilt our weekend to enjoy Ascot races for the first time.

The hotel is decent. It's older but they've tried to update it. The beds are comfortable. However, the food at the restaurant in the hotel is terrible. Rib eye steaks that look like they were left on the grill with the heaviest weight around to cook them faster. The burger tastes like it was a frozen party bought from the grocery. Don't eat there.

My family and I stayed here during one of the busiest periods and I would definitely give this Hotel more that 5 if I could. The staff are extremely professional and friendly, breakfast is top notch, can't fault their dinner. There is one thing you don't want to miss: there's a waffle maker and the waffle is delicious, swimming pool: not too big but we enjoyed ourselves. I would like to say thank you to all the staff and especially Christian who would never pass by seeing anyone looking lost or worried. He helped a couple of times and there was a particular day he made sure my little one got a highchair though it was obvious he was doing other things. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay, used lovely indoor pool and bubble pool. Staff friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast which was excellent, with a large choice including traditional breakfast, fruit, cereal, pancakes. We had a desert the night before which was very nice too! I would definitely recommend. Stayed here whilst visiting Legoland.

Very nice and friendly staff especially Mario in Reception and George in the restaurant. We had dinner and the food was delicious and the breakfast was as expected. We had a nice and cosy stay.

Lovely stay at the Hilton bracknell, stayed here this weekend with my partner an both boys as we went to Lego land for two days, couldn’t fault this hotel at all, staff were so helpful, family room lovely an clean an spacious, excellent breakfast, breakfast selection was amazing, used the pool facilities kids absolutely loved the pool, once again staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend this hotel to families, and would definitely visit again.

A very nice hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Access to the gym and pool facilities are also included at no extra charge, and children are allowed in the bubble pool as long as they are supervised by an adult… not all hotels allow this. The beds were firm, but comfortable, and the room was clean. The en-suite bathroom had a shower with body jets, which the children loved. A good choice of food for breakfast, which is laid out as a self serve buffet. We are already planning to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic. We were staying with Lego holidays and this is the best hotel we've stayed in with this deal. The staff are brilliant with kids and just make the stay so much better. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great. Buffet full English, really fills you up before a long day out. There is everything you could possibly want for breakfast. The waffle maker went down a storm too. Never has my son been so excited for breakfast! We will definitely be back next year.

Have stayed and dined there many times. The place is hard to get into as the entrance is not easy to locate (almost everyone I know had a hard time getting there first time). Rooms are same as most Hiltons, plenty of parking and food is also great. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The only time we had a challenge when we hired a conference room (phone / Internet) did not work and it took a lot of time to get resolved but they got it working in the end.

Restaurant food on freezing cold plates, made hot food very cold very quickly, lots of children running round everywhere, bar prices very expensive. Room not very good regarding health and safety in shower area, no grab rails, etc.

Friendly staff and nice walking trails around the area. Rooms are decent but I did have to request new room due to a few items not working.

The staff were incredibly helpful, nice touches like a kids activity pack and ice lolly when you check in. The put up bed in the room was incredibly uncomfortable but this was the only downside. Food was good, there was a free buffet for under 5s and breakfast was excellent.

Friendly staff, comfy beds. Breakfast is tasty with lots of choice. As well as catering for business people, they are family-friendly. Stayed here while visiting legoland and would do so again.

Rooms are clean and comfortable although some decor a little dated. Breakfast was very nice. Family friendly. Has pool which children can use but small and the only family changing room has two locking doors, easy to forget to lock/ unlock leaving exposed to bring walked in on our leaving a family waiting outside for nothing as we were. Overall ok but not amazing.

Pretty nice looking hotel. Nice and airy. Room a little small, but it was advertised as compact. All in all nothing to complain about. Not tried the restaurant, so can't cooment. Staff are polite and helpful. M.

What a waste of money. The food is sub standard and the service is mediocre at best. The rooms are, however, very good with all the amenities a business hotel needs.

Difficult to follow on the Sat nav especially if you are coming from the Lexicon. Good ambience to the hotel. The cab service is super expensive and unpublished so word of caution there.

Convenient for our needs. You arrive to what looks like a dump but don't be put off once inside the hotel is modern, clean & staff friendly and helpful. Room was good nice big comfy bed & all clean. Food at dinner was just ok for us not great but just about edible… Breakfast time was chaotic with a lot of dirty tables that hadn't been cleared & nobody seem to be clearing up. They was running out of tables for people to sit down because of this but it dosen' t take a genius to solve that problem. Breakfast food was good plenty of choice. Only negative is the dirty tables & food at dinner apart from that it was convenient for our 2 day staff & room & staff were nice.

Most conveniently located for all attractions. Therefore our family's favourite choice in the area. Close to Lego Land, Windsor Castle. Thorpe park, Chesington… Sainsbury supermarket is right next to the hotel with petrol station. If the hotel pool is too small for you then Coral Reef water world is just around the corner and outdoor activity centre as well. Also nothing beats the 'Hilton Breakfast'

Ok breakfast was good. Room was clean staff friendly just something lacking. And very difficult to confirm a booking with hotel staff as reservation system on updated 1nce a week.

2 night stay as part of a Thorpe Park Break! The hotel is ok for location to the park. We had trouble with the heating in our room and reported it 4 times before we eventually got given a portable heater which is better then nothing. By this time it was too late, we had been out all day in the cold and rain and had been back at the hotel about 1/2 hours before this was given to us, Julie on reception had only worked there about 2 weeks and seemed to be the only person interested in putting things right for us. There was also a noise from what sounded like coming above our room, think it might be a laundry room as it sounded like a washing machine on all light and didn't stop it actually woke me up in the night we stayed in 415. The breakfast was good, nice variety of food. Dinner was disappointing we opted for the buffet which was poor as the dishes didn't make a meal and charged at £30 per person I expected more from it. We probably won't be back as we both left with colds as well probably from no heating in the room. When we checked out I mentioned the heating and the noise again but they didn't even write down notes or ask if I wanted to speak to anyone. I am a hotel reception assistant manager and it felt like we wasn't looked after in the slightest. Bet the hotel won't even read this or give me feedback.

Dreadful service, different pricing within group for rooms and breakfast, 3 nights payment taken for 2 night stay wouldn't refund cash payment made, closed restaurant at lunchtime for a 1 hour meeting, losing lots of food orders from event held there. Rooms were nice and clean.

Decent hotel the Mrs loved the spa and came back relaxed. The staff are very helpful and made the weekend easy for us.

We booked a Mother's day lunch 2 weeks prior. When we turned up on the day, they informed us that they cancelled the whole event and apologized why they didn't let us know earlier. We were there with three kids and a very disappointed Mother. Then I tried to book a table at many other restaurants to save the day, but indeed all was fully booked as it was Mother's day… completely ruined our day… Unfortunately, we had similar bad experience with Bracknell Hilton with the New Years Eve party as well, which we booked in advance but they also cancelled, although luckily they informed us two weeks before, so we had some time to find a book another party. I will never ever and advise others NOT to book any public occasion/event with them.

It was one of the best hotels I have been to, it had nice staff lots of facilities and it overall cleansingness was great. I would recommend this hotel for anyone playing to stay near here.

Amazingly comfortable rooms, great food. Very close to the hotel there's a Sainsbury's and a Starbucks. Very good Wi-Fi connection and attention from reception was lovely. Outstanding experience, I'd come back here!

Perfect place for detaching from the city without driving too far. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

Good facilities and food and great service. Only criticism is the 'VIP of the day' set up. Literally just meant I got a complimentary chocolate in my room. Seemed pointless and a big anti climax.

Terrible service, awful experience. Might as well have stayed in the Premier Inn, would have been much more comfortable (Beds were are hard as rock and room was cold — no heating! ) and cheaper! We managed to leave our hairdryer in the room, after 3 calls over 2 weeks they finally say they cannot find it. Will never go back and advise you not to bother.

Stayed here twice now when visiting Legoland Windsor. Nice double double room with comfy beds which is ideal. Super! breakfast to set you up for the day. The carpark is too dark and there's no clear path to the entrance without walking over grass… They really need to fix this. Will return here again and again.

Attended a recent Christmas party at Bracknell Hilton, the starter was great, the main was exactly what I expected from mass catering and the desert seemed to come out of a packet from Iceland. It wasn't a terrible event but it could have been so much better.

Very disappointed in this supposed Hilton hotel. The reception was very good and helpful. The room was very clean and well appointed but very cold. No heating was on in the room … no wall thermostat… no instructions on how to get the heating to work. The cold draught was blowing through the window.
The restaurant let the whole hotel down. I ordered a burger and fries… well the first one came out with a huge hair on it… I sent that back and asked for another one. This one came out and it must have been the same meal as the chips were stone cold and the burger only just warm. I took this one straight back… the gentleman on the bar was very apologetic and ordered me another one. How wrong was I to do this… it came out yet again cold and luke warm chips. The waiter called the manager who in my mind was very off… trying to tell me that’s the way burgers were served… even the waiter had agreed with me it was cold… So in the end I decided three times of trying and failing very badly I went out and got a takeaway. Such a shame that ruined a supposed relaxed night.

Stayed twice now after Legoland and Lapland. Staff are amazing and helpful. Rooms are larger then you'd expect and fantastic choice at breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Rooms very nice and clean and its fine for business people but in an isolated area and nowhere to eat apart from in the hotel itself. We were spending a weekend with family and friends so wouldn't recommend it for this type of stay. Next time we'll try Windsor itself. Just a pity there isn't anything in the area itself.

Have been 4 times before but this time had a bad experience in dining room with staff. I get impression they had no experience. But the food for the evening and breakfast was very good. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall it's a good place to stay.

Well deserves it's 4 star rating. Hotel including rooms are well maintained. Good ambiance, helpful staff all add to it's high standards. Food of a good standard with plenty of choice.

We attended the Prestige wedding fayre at the hotel as we are looking to get married next year. The hotel was well presented in the events area and the selection of suppliers was good. They also had a little fashion show for the bridesmaids dresses which we decided to stay for. We went for coffee as we waited for the event and that's when we started to notice that there was not enough seating made available, the floor was quite messy and when ordering our coffees the order was not correct and we were over charged. I don't think that I would ever stay here as it was definitely not up to scratch for Hilton prices but in fairness to this review I'm scoring based on the wedding event which was actually nicely done.

Large number of children and families due to proximity to theme parks during summer months can be a nuisance for the business traveller. Rooms are of an acceptable standard and staff are pleasant however often issues with charging where staff try to defer you from charging your room in preference of credit card or cash. Very peculiar and highly frustrating.

I stayed here on business for 3 nights. The hotel is very presentable. Staff were extremely pleasant and check in was smooth. The Room was clean and a good size. Bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi had a great signal and was fast. The leisure facilities are excellent with a gym which has very modern equipment. A good size swimming pool which is split between family swim area and an adult swim lane. I will be staying here again and bringing the family as they have plenty to entertain the kids with their own play room with a wii console and games. An excellent hotel.

Three stars. Poor selection in the restaurant at night. Swimming pool had restrictions on when kids could get in. Positive breakfast if you get in early. Staff not really engaging. Quiet enough.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Hilton Bracknell. Very hospitable staff, amazing food. We will most definitely be back. Thank you everyone who made our staff an enjoyable one.

Very good value. Could do with a signpost on the roundabout. Restaurant was good with a great vegan menu. Doesn't have a Jacuzzi as such but more of a bubble pool that is same temp as pool. Massage was good although have to walk though the gym so doesn't feel like a dedicated spa. Very busy with kids.

Friendly staff as expected from Hilton. The hotel building is quite old but it was well furnished inside. Spacious room, hot & comfortable shower. It was the England match last night. There was a distinct lack of TV in the lounge area.

Cant complain really, second time staying during the royal ascot event. Rooms clean and good value for money. Service hit and miss. Very promt attention by duty manager (he knows what he's doing and is very professional) will stay again.

Hotel is lovley, staff are very welcoming. Yet the 4th floor which we were staying on, had piles and piles of left over room service food on the floor and in the hallways, didn't get moved my whole stay. Plus the curtains had cigarette burns through it. Not great for the Hilton.

Had an overnight stay at the hotel as we had a 2 day pass to Legoland. This was our second stay, all the staff were bubbly and friendly, our room was clean and tidy. Our children were given a pack on arrival with games and puzzles which they enjoyed. We decided to try the "Larder" restaurant which had a buffet, the food was OK but the desserts were amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

We've stayed several times at this hotel and can't fault it. The facilities are great and very child friendly. Rooms are well equipped, clean and spacious. Staff are happy and friendly and can't do enough to help. We will definitely be back :-)

Unfortunately I have not stayed at the Hilton Bracknell as I live fairly local, however I do use the gym on a regular basis. It is nice to find a gym pool that is 25m long so you can get some proper swimming lengths in.

Ok business hotel. Decent amenities, including good size gym and pool.

I stay here quite regularly. Location is OK although in certain rooms you can hear road noise. Rooms on the whole are OK although Wi-Fi can be patchy, TV picture is often quite grainy. The showers have economy spray heads fitted, not a great shower experience as I find that actually being able to get wet helps. Restaurant is good and breakfast is excellent, especially as it is available from 06.30. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Overpriced and average. Had a full bin at my room. I understand that there have to be rooms with bad view but it felt like in a jail. Overall a bad experience.

I have yet to have a bad night here. Even the road side of the hotel is quiet enough to sleep. Also the staff are excellent and always polite.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, upon arrival reception staff could not even manage s smile were rude and unhelpful not prepared to listen to my requests manager was also rude and not bothered when I arrived had better setvice from the local store across the road. In the end I had enough and moved hotels overall this hotels service is appalling AVIOD.

Front desk staff (CJ) was very helpful. Nice rooms. Great breakfast that was convenient and tasty.

This hotel has no Hilton touch, stayed there for 5 nights with 2 kids and the interior decor was nothing to write home about. The bathroom is very dirty and never cleaned properly. The Wi-Fi was so so crappy and it was part of the hotel charges. We went to the swimming pool and the heating wasnt working, the water was extremely cold and unbearable. Poor poor hotel for an Hilton standard.

Decent hotel which you can get much cheaper if you book in advance.

Rooms are fine. Quality of food and service for function was terrible. Not what one expects from a Hilton.

Average hotel, room is standard, lobby is nice and spacious and pleasant to sit in. Breakfast staff are arrogant, food is good, coffee is rubbish. The Costa in the lobby isn't real, they don't know how to make a flat white! Had to wait over one hour to get a table for dinner, or wasn't even busy.

Nice reception area and friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are OK, nothing overly exciting — they were clean and tidy. Facilities looked good although we didn't use many of them. Would stay there again if there was a special offer on the price.

This hotel blows hot and cold, but mostly cold. The staff are great. Yet that doesn't make up for a tired and run down hotel experience, rooms are kind of depressing and do not make for a home away from home. The restaurant is hit and miss, we've had good and really poor food in it. Parking is OK but DO NOT leave valuables on show, one night I drove in at 1am and a car had its rear window smashed, not long ago a colleagues Range Rover window was smashed and his laptop nicked. A large Sainsburys 5 minutes walk away is very useful. The Coral Sea water park and Lookout are only 5 mins by car, with Legoland nearby too. Thai restaurant, Hideout, only 10 minute drive away.

For my little cousin's birthday present — a trip to Legoland we booked 3 enjoyable nights at this hotel. We'd mentioned that he was a birthday boy — they noted it down and presented him with a birthday cake with candles and singing to match by the staff. Such a lovely gesture. Overall the hotel was easy to find and I think it is the best base for Legoland.
