Really nice restaurant, friendly staff, great atmosphere, and the homemade Glateo is amazing.

Would not never stay here again after many visits here. Asked for an early check in last time I stayed. Was told need to speak to the manager. So spoke to the manager so was very blunt and highly unfriendly. Was told that cannot check in before 2.30 which is fine but was then told to go elsewhere and that the hotel wasn't for me. All because I asked to check-in early. Gutted because it was special for me personally which is now ruined. Would never recommend on this basis considering your paying over £100 a night. Especially after being a loyal customer I would never expect this in return.
