Amazing everytime myself and partner have been we have had an incredible stay from the friendly staff stunning food and tranquil facility's we could expect anymore. Each time we have felt it ashame to have to leave. Highly recommend and we will continue returning.

Great oasis on the outskirts of St helier, close to everything. Great service, good food and good spa and pool. Booked for 119 Inc continental breakfast in March on their website. Would definitely recommend and return.

Had an absolutely incredible meal last last, the food and the super attentive staff were absolutely faultless. Was a little disappointed at the " gentleman " sitting close to us with his beautiful wife complaining constantly at the prices, a tad embarrassing actually.

Fantastic place food stunning, feel a bit sorry for that really attractive young lady with her dad who kept asking for more gravy.

The staff are really friendly and make an amazing atmosphere. All guests seem very relaxed and happy.

Had a week here on a staycation from Shetland. Great hotel, staff all very helpful and friendly. Rooms spacious very clean and comfortable. Pool area and terrace relaxing. A very central hotel, I would highly recommend.

Had a little treat staycation from hubby. What a lovely night, morning swim and breakfast. Highly recommended.

We had a perfectly fine stay at the hotel which has been completely over shadowed by the terrible service we have received since check out. I have been mistakenly charged by the hotel. They cannot provide me with any receipt or reason for why the payment has been taken. I have sent FOUR emails which have gone unanswered, including one to the general manager. I have also made THREE phone calls — each time I have been promised a call back and I am still waiting for a response. I simply want to have the charge refunded, or at least for the hotel to explain what it is for? Not a lot to ask. I am absolutely livid that I have now had to take even more steps to find out what is going on. Not impressed at all, would not return to the hotel and would actively discourage anyone from staying here.

Wonderful stay as normal. Staff can't do enough for you an I also recommend the Bohemia restaurant as a must. Thanks to all the staff and Tim Phillips.

I just had the most amazing deep tissue massage in the club hotel&spa.
Very professional, working hard in my very painfull body and OMG what a relief I'm so relaxed and out of pain. I do strongly recommend, Thank you very much.

We came on Friday evening, we have never been before. … food was exceptional the sharing aged beef was absolutley incredible. Drinks were amazing and service was fabulous. I wish I could remember our waiters name he was awesome. Thankyou so much for a wonderful evening it really was needed more than you could know. We will be back soon hopefully can stay over next time. Thanks again and see you soon I forgot to mention a huge Thankyou for our introduction to lanique.

Brilliant and very well stocked mini bar. They have literally thought of everything. Even get a teddy bear.

Really enjoyed a 3 night stay here. Bohemia restaurant had fantastic food, breakfasts were brilliant. There is an honesty bar for late night drinks. Room really spacious, bed so comfortable. No complaints at all. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

It was more than 10 years that I last stayed here with my mum. I love the customer service, room amenities, spa & great food. We had an awesome party for my friend’s 50th and they took wonderful care of all the guests! And I had a great massage & facials with Mauricia (? ) after a long flight from LAX. Please tell me again her name? I owe her a tip, she was gone for her break when I left. Thank you once again! Who knows I might be coming over after 10 years. But highly recommended most definitely!

Lovely rooms, staff, food and service! Would recommend to anyone who wants a weekend get away to relax and be pampered!

Very upset on arrival as our room was not available due to mix up in booking. We were asked to stay in another hotel for one night, this was booked and taxi provided for us. Taxi picked us up for return to The Club the next day. The receptionist was very poor and told us the room would not be available until 3:00pm, as we had not been able to unpack overnight we were not very happy, however, the reservation manager got this all sorted to our satisfaction and more than made up for the upset. The room and service was excellent as was the breakfast. We also ate at the Bohemia Restaurant which again was excellent the staff very attentive. Also the housekeeping service was very good. All in all a very good stay, only the one receptionist who was very poor and needs some training in customer service.

Massage and afternoon tea. The massage was good, the facilities are very good. The afternoon tea is very rough with very rich sandwiches and cupcakes.

Good location for town shops but a bit of a walk to business locations. Luxury hotel but starting to show signs of wear and tear. Friendly staff. Bar food is a little disappointing but attentive staff.

Great stay here, central location and a lovely facility. The heated indoor salt pool is a decent size and the salt room sauna excellent. The spa facilities are overall beautifully done and the whole place oozes a luxurious finish. Excellent staff, great breakfast and a Michelin star restaurant downstairs; what else do you want?!

Very small rooms and bathroom, fittings in bathroom rusty and shower is so hot and powerful the entire room is soaked in condensation. Needs a bit of a refurb.

Underwhelming in my opinion given the '5 star internet hype'. Definitely did not meet our expectations. Also the air conditioning generator continuously emits a loud droning noise including all through the night. It kept us awake pretty much all through the first night. They moved us to another room however we could hear it even more in the second room and also the bed was smaller. We asked to be moved back to the original room or another but were told they were fully booked. Will not be returning here. Extremely disappointed given the price of the rooms. We discovered much nicer hotels for the same money or a bit less even though they were only 4 star.

Very good hotel, nice and clean with excellent facilities. Rooms are cleaned twice a day and the staff are friendly. We especially enjoyed using the indoor and outdoor pools (very useful if the weather isn't so good outdoors). There is a Michelin star restaurant as well but we didn't use this, a bit too expensive for us…

Amazing afternoon tea and a dinner in the Michelin starred restaurant. Expensive but excellent — staff are excellent in all areas.

It's where my wife and I go for a day away from the kids. Excellent food and a great spa.

Lovely hotel, well placed in the middle of St Helier. Two swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, the later being especially welcome during the recent heatwave when we visited. Downstairs is Bohemia restaurant when you fancy pushing the boat out, but the bar food is extremely good as well.

In the closed Jersey market it is reasonably good value. However the quality of the hotel is not of the standard usually expected in the price range.

I was a little disappointed by the SPA facilities (there is no sauna, the place is small and underwhelming, the underground pool has cold water, which for a SPA pool with jacuzzi is ridiculous), but the hotel is nice and well positioned, the room are welcoming and the restaurant/bar downstairs pretty good. A word of mention for the staff: we had lost a bag with a couple of valuable items in a restaurant and we couldn't get back to collect because of an early flight. A fantastic French receptionist offered to go collect for us and had our stuff sent back to our place in London: perfect customer service!

A pleasant night in hotel. You can not clean and comfortable room. The spa area is one of the great thing about this hotel. A breakfast with many choices you is available there. I recommend to those who want a holiday in Jersey in the largest of the comfort.

Jersey is stunning and the staff here are wonderful.

We had the loveliest experience at the Club hotel over the valentines weekend — the room was beautiful, and the staff couldn't do enough to help. All the romantic gestures I requested were executed to perfection. Fantastic.

The room and service was excellently perfect but lady who answered phone call at Spa was not very nice. I asked to change the appointment time she said she could't as the spa was fully booked. I understood Christmas time would be very busy for spa even for everywhere. Because the treatment was not I prefer one, I decided to cancel the treatments. The lady on the phone seemed very happy or excited I could cancel the treatment seems like she didn't want do more work and cut the phone before I hang up. Kind of disappoint about spa! But if you want to stay at the Club hotel I will absolutely recommend it is very nice hotel and the services are great!

Excellent stay. Clean and new and with a surprising nice outside pool area. Close to the nightlife, all walking distance.
