Lovely, comfy and cosy hotel with great restaurant. Tucked away in the quiet little fishing village of Rozel. Can be difficult to park.

Just can't fault the place. Staff can't do enough for you, didn't pour a drink for myself all weekend. Room was spacious and warm and made — up nicely every morning. The a la carte food was to die for, and there is an extensive wine selection and a very good breakfast menu. If you want luxury and to be pampered then this the place to come.

The hotel is nice. As it always is. It has been a very long time since we last went there. Obviously there have been staff changes during that period. We found the choice of food available from the a le cart menu limited. If there had not been a set menu to choose something from my wife would have been stuck for something to eat as there was not a lot she liked. It was very expensive £145:00 for the two of us. Pre drinks from the bar while our order was being taken £3:25 + 20p GST for a small bottle of coke! And £4:50 + 25p GST for a small of Peroni! From our 7pm sitting until about 8pm we were the only two peoe in the restaurant before more turned up. Needless to say we will not be rushing back there in a hurry.

Visited on new years day for lunch. I was impressed with the staff from the very start, and they maintained a very professional manner for my entire visit. The food was excellent and arrived without too much delay. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Since The Navigator was closed, we came here. Was excellent.

Lovely OLDE WORLDE Manor house with only 14 rooms. Not cheap but worth the money. Lovely walks but no gym/pool which was fine with me. Staff very helpful and curteous. We were in a standard room which was lovely and some rooms had a jacuzzi bath. Fully booked the week we were there in mid June. We were on b & b status but stayed in a few times for evening meal. Again not cheap but delicious. Highly recommended. Just a point tho No Airconditioning.

One of the best eating experiences I have had, both on the island of Jersey and in my international travels. As a value proposition, the wonderful service, stunning rooms and included in between courses to cleanse the palette, it's brilliant. 5 stars!

Step back in time to a slower pace of luxury. Fantastic attentive staff. We will be back!

Booked supper at 8.30 pm then not able to get in. Went to The Navigator instead, which is excellent.

We stayed in several hotels during a week long stay in the Channel Islands in July 2011 and this was definitely my favourite. It's a classic country house hotel — quiet, secluded and with plenty of old world charm. We had a grand room with a four poster bed, an attractive bay window and a balcony/terrace where we took afternoon tea whilst we were there. I don't think anywhere in the hotel has a sea view, but it's only a short walk down to the sleepy little harbour at Rozel — it was a great location. We ate dinner there one night, the food wasn't bad but perhaps a little uninteresting — hotel restaurants often seem to be like that. The overall experience of eating there was very pleasant though — we started with a drink in the nice old bar, then through to the lovely wood panelled dining room, and then after dinner we retired to the very ornate rococo lounge for coffee. Staff were good too I thought.
