It was recommended to me by my agent Dnata, it is actually one of the worst hotel ever seen in Dubai, staff are not helpful rude and they do not know what is meaning of customer service …!
When I reach at lobby, they told me booking is for next month … no dame day full miss up had to wait 1 hour to sort it out
Imagine to go for dinner I was informed to call the restaurant from room and tell them, when I called them they said sorry fully booking after 1 hour 40 minutes is the available slot, imagine and I had.

This hotel is just great and the staff really know how to treat their guests, just amazing from the first to the last minute, We simply loved our stay at the hotel so much we booked 2 extra nights in our suite and they were so accommodating to our needs and the needs to maintain social distancing etc (to be fair everything was in place but covertly so we could forget about the world problems and simply enjoy the hotel and rest) Special thanks to Mark at reception and Sami at breakfast for everything they did for us and we will be back. Adam & Michelle x.

Honestly can’t fully put into words what a truly world class experience we just had at the WA! From the moment we arrived the service was absolutely exceptional. The staff are attentive, accommodating, warm and professional at all times. Every single member of staff said good morning or asked how our stay was going. Nothing was too much for them and our every need was anticipated, met and exceeded. Social by Heinz Beck was the only full restaurant open in the hotel (midweek) plus Palm Avenue near the family pool which has a small menu suitable for pool lunch and snacks. The food in Social is exquisite and we enjoyed both our evening meal there and breakfast the following morning. With the half-board option there is the possibility to choose either your evening meal or credit to use for lunch at the beach bar / restaurant. Palm Avenue is on the Entertainer and the staff are flexible with which options you can put together. For example you can mix starters and main courses on the two-for-one option. Bring a reusable bottle to help yourself to drinking water by the pool and you can request water to your room anytime. We were lucky to be upgraded to one of the best rooms in the hotel with ab impressive view over The Palm and across to Marina. It was the most breathtaking view and certainly the best one I’ve ever had of Dubai from a hotel. The rooms are absolutely stunning and the decor is classic Waldorf Astoria.

I cannot say enough good things about the incredible and superior service at this property. From the bellman, to the front desk checkin to staff on the floor and down by the pool, absolutely stellar staff. It speaks very well of the staff and management that a shaggy guy walking in with boots and a backpack gets a level of service you might expect if you pulled up ina Ferri and Armani. Well done.

All the staff from the reception, housekeeping, dining and pool staff were brilliant; so professional and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The room are very spacious and beautifully designed, would recommend anyone to stay here and I will definitely visit the hotel again.

It’s my absolute pleasure to recommend Waldorf astoria palm jumeirah, this hotel is everything you want it to be! The photos are 100% accurate and the hotel and rooms were stunning. Food is great, many choices and styles of dining to be had. Service was pretty good, better inside the hotel than poolside though, at times we were left a little neglected and waiting to order. Service and drinks at the inside bar were particularity good, hot happy hour though as it's very pricey. The casual dining restaurant by the pool offers great food options and resort style drinks, the chairs however made a noise on the floor that resembled a knife scratching on glass which was horrendous. You could spend the entire trip just at this hotel and in the stunning rooms if you wished. Take plenty of cash and you will love.

We stayed at this amazing resort for 3 nights in June & it simply wasn’t long enough, we had a fabulous time. We were upgraded to the best room we’ve ever stayed in. Well it felt more like an apartment. Very stylish & clean. All staff members were extremely helpful in every way. The weather was 40-41 degrees. The pools were fab. The beach is stunning & everywhere was spotless. The pool & beach staff were always offering out waters & making sure you were happy. The staff at the Yellow Boat trip were lovely & friendly. We had fun travelling around on the boat viewing the amazing buildings surrounding the palm island. We’ll definitely be travelling back to Dubai in the future.

Absolutely amazing hotel with the best staff. We stayed here in May 2019 with our two daughters and had a fabulous time, as did all the other guests. Nothing was too much trouble and everybody was so welcoming. Food is faultless and facilities spotless. Very child friendly — daughters did not want to come home. Special thanks to Marie and Esther in Mezzanie who went the extra miles for our daughters and their dietary requests. We will definetly be returning. Thankyou so much!

Went for dinner at Lao with my very good Mercie and Valentine. The food was amazing, great vibe about the place and the staff was welcoming, friendly and efficient. It’s a place you’d just love to come back to.

Simply incredible. Staff go over and above to try and help guests from the moment of check in. Food was excellent and numerous restaurants to choose from. Two pools for those with kids and without. Had an amazing experience.

Excellent hotel. We stayed here for 10 nights. Our housekeepers, Deepak and Mali made us towel animals everyday — always a lovely surprise when we walked into our rooms. We did have a few minor issues with our suite but the staff were so lovely and receptive I can't give them any less than 5 stars. This will be our go to hotel in Dubai.

We are checking out tomorrow to return home from our stay at the Waldorf Astoria on the palm and what an incredible experience it has been. Everyone has been so attentive, polite and welcoming This is the first holiday We are leaving and feel sad to say goodbye to all of the lovely people who work here. A very special thankyou to Sai, Leslie, Pamela and Ing who work so hard at the Mezzerie restaurant and have really made our stay here. We will be back x.

Stayed there over the weekend and the place is just beautiful and everyone was accommodating from the moment you step into their property — from the valet people to the reception to the housekeepers. Moreso, we misplaced my daughter's ipad and so we called the reception to report it. In just a few minutes, they handed it back to me. The buffet breakfast had a very good selection. I also loved that they had Coco Kid's Club so kids had a play area when it was too hot outside to play or go to the beach!

Not only the facilities are a marvel if not that the service is amazing. 100% recommended, I can not put a paste.

Magnificent! Completely stunning hotel with huge rooms and fantastic views, excellent service and great food. 2 for 1 offer on a range of Cocktails between 5 — 7 pm. Shuttle service to various different places and a reasonably priced speed boat tour of the Palm from the private beach. I'd highly recommended it.

Super Hotel, very nicely located. A manageable hotel with 5 floors. I liked that very much. Most of the time in Dubai there are only the "skyscrapers" hotels. The service here is excellent. Free water was served on the beach. There are several restaurants with different cuisines. All are outstanding. On the 5th floor there is a club lounge, which is only open to executive guests.

How Dubai should be. Beautiful hotel with attention to detail in every respect. Spacious well appointed rooms, great food in all the restaurants. Welcoming and friendly staff. Great for business or leisure. It's a long way around the Palm though, so allow around 15 minutes in a cab from the bottom of the Palm to the hotel.

Stayed here for 1 week. Unable to fault the hotel at all. All amenities we used were excellent and the staff very attentive. The in house restaurant boasts excellent culinary skill and their breakfasts and dinners did not disappoint. Met one of the senior chefs who also took good care of us. They have a separate adult only pool, with plenty sunbeds available. And the beach is easily accessible too. Rooms are very spacious and luxurious. Very beautiful hotel which is well maintained. Hotel has a free valet service too.

Spectacular Hotel. Dazzling. All first level.

One of the most exotic and expensive hotels out there in Dubai. A must experience, you guys. I loved this hotel beyond anything I have ever experienced so far. The staff, the breakfast, the facilities everything is just worth the money spent… Loved it and I cant wait to stay in this chain in other countries…

The Vietnamese food was good. A visit for a romantic evening is worthwhile.

Very nice atmosphere, clean and comfortable, good service, excellent food, always on time, cleaned the room, replenished mini bar, large beach, two areas near the pools. We had fun, nothing daunted, returned even forgotten shorts.

The hotel is amazing!
The cleaning comes 2 times a day and is so laborious because for example I just threw my charging cable onto my bed and they just rolled it up!
They also just left me a note with hand-written where it says that I want a great day and they also signed!
The food is very diverse it goes from bread to sausages and bacon to yogurt and fruits!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel to which you can return super, the hotel has its own park Bentley with pleasure remember as lived there the most delicious food on the palm tree and cool karaoke nightclub, there is a gym of excellent level, rests normal public as opposed to nearby located ricox sky and earth!

Fabulous service! Wonderful rooms! Everyone working at the hotel — from the reception to the chefs to the housekeeping — we're clearly there to make our days and let all our wishes come true. Probably the best service I have ever experienced (save only Burj Al Arab) — as their motto goes True Waldorf Service! I can only recommend it!

Amazing hotel with excellent service and a private beach. Incredible interior design and service that is well organized and delighted to help. Fresh fruits at the beach and two pools. The location means that your are far out from the city but you can simply take a taxi or use the hotel transfer shuttle service. Simply make sure you don’t get a room next to the loud facility with fan noise all day long (that is located directly next to the hotel). Absolutely recommend a stay here!

A very nice hotel on the Palm Jumeirah. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. Staff very nice. Have had rooms overlooking the Burj Al Arab. A little further to the centre but you know that before you decide to go to this hotel. Hotel Highly recommended.

First visit to Dubai and staying at the Waldorf Astoria where nothing is too much trouble. The staff are amazing as is the room and the view from our balcony. The food is fabulous and I would have no hesitation in recommending. Best all round overall experience to date.

Wonderful place, all is well organized. Staff is extremely helpful. Food is really tasty. We enjoyed 2 restaurants there. Got samples from Italian restaurant — amazing pasta also. Would definitely recommend.

We were just there for the day as Privilée guests, a scheme that allows you to use pool, restaurant, spa and gym facilities in several hotels around town. We visited four during our stay in Dubai and I have to say our experience here scored 10/10. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. The buffet breakfast was varied and very good, catering for all tastes and needs — as far as I could tell! There are two pools-one for families and one for adults only + a paddling pool for very little ones. I musn’t forget the beach with its myriad styles of loungers and “nest” seating. Lunch was great, served from the pool bar and again a variety of foods, including healthy options and delicious smoothies. A wonderful afternoon, I hope to return.

Super Nice hotel located on the Palm in Dubai. Unfortunately always a very long journey. The Club Lounge is one of the best in Dubai.

Lovely place. Rooms are spacious, hotel is quiet. Very good restaurants on site. A separate pool for adults and lots of sun beds around pool and on beach. Spa is excellent with a variety of options. All the staff were incredibly courteous! since its at the end of the crescent, It's a long drive off the palm. Shuttle times are few n far between. There is the option to take a boat out to marina bay, but the times are limited and can get costly if with many people. great view across the gulf of the city skyline on a clear day. Makes of a perfect morning or evening stroll overall amazing hotel!

Rooms are good. The staff is friendly. Pool area is nice. SPA and gym are well equipped. Unfortunately just one tennis court. Social restaurant top and expensive. Breakfast buffet could be improved the fruits are always repeating and not always fresh. Fruit juices are compared to other 5 star hotels limited. The cheese variety is limited as well. In general is a upscale and beautiful hotel and not crowded like some 4 or 5 star dubai hotels where there is a fight over breakfast buffet. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect ambiance, spotless service, the staff always welcoming, friendly and helpfull. Good from any restaurant I tried always cooked to perfection. This hotel is my Nb. 1 choice at the Palm Jumeirah.

We hosted a 50th birthday party where we had lunch, chilled at the pool and had afternoon tea. We had such an amazing time all thanks to the wondeful and helpful staff. Mercy at the Peackock Alley with her team made our time very worthwhile. The staff really went out their way to ensure that all the guests were comfortable and had a good time. Thank you so much Waldorf will definitely come back.

A lovely high-end hotel with top notch service from the Hilton diamond concierge department. Check in is done in a separate room, staff is super nice, and you feel special through and through. One thing to consider when staying in the palm, you'll have to add an additional 15 — 20 min when wanting to leave the palm for food, shopping, misc. The view is spectacular. Depending on which side of the hotel, your view could be the Burj Al Arab and city OR the ocean and Atlantis. Either way you win! Breakfast and lunch was just ok. Dinner buffet changes every night and was quite extensive and good quality. Overall, a great secluded high-end hideaway with superb views of Dubai.

My 1st entry was not great, I was not given any benefits as an H honors member by Christina the Dutch receptionist who checked me in, nor was her welcome warm & she provided me with no hotel information at all — her only concern was taking a high security deposit from me almost amounting to the room rate which I'd already been charged for immediately upon making my booking. The so called partial sea view rooms in fact have NO SEA VIEW, it looks directly onto an unsightly wall only meters from it & have terrible beach/pool excess, as you have to change lifts to reach them, which I was also not informed of & had to figure out my way around myself; & the road is jus below the room so extremely noisy from cars & street racket all through the night. Asked to be moved, but was told hotel is fully booked, which was a blatant lie as I went online & saw several rooms available that very day. Housekeeping comes for Turn down service inappropriately late at night, after 9.30pm, which for people like me that don't go out at nights, is an invasion of privacy as 1s already in bed at that hour. On the plus side, bed's very comfortable & pool staff are helpful & friendly, especially Blessing the Nigerian man. & Priyanka the personal concierge is a star.

We had a great experience our host was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Philip suggested different kids of dishes and we took him up on his offer to choose our menu and we enjoy every single choice. Definitely will be going back there.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Great food! Location — right by the beach and overlooking the city/buildings (great)! We had an amazing honeymoon here for 2 nights before heading on elsewhere. Great beginning to our honeymoon. Staff are very helpful/ advised us on many trips in the evening! Go and see La Perla show — I've never seen anything like it! Between 100 — 70 Dirhams for Taxi's to the main city. Thank you, I would come back here again!

My stay here was one to remember. The staff are very friendly, excellent service and great food, all in a luxurious environment. My greatest highlight though was the view you get of the Arabian gulf and of Dubai city from the hotel room.

Truly a great value! The room was fantastic and as a Gold HHornor member I received an upgrade to a suite room. The lounge staff was accommodating and helpful (Carl as well as the others). When I return to Dubai I am looking forward to a relaxing stay.

The luxury you feel when the security stops the Uber just to check if we're hotel guest is awesome. Once you enter the lobby you will feel the grandiosity of this hotel. The service was great at all times. The food was good and the beach is stunning. They have two pools one for family and one for adults. The room was so clean and it really has everything you ask for even the beautiful view of the Burj Al Arab. If you want a two day get away I highly recommend this place.

Very nice hotel with very good service. The buffet is very good quality, but it could be a bit more varied. A shortcoming is the situation. A taxi e. G. The Burj Khalifa costs approximately €18. —. The hotel shuttle bus goes to the Mall of the Emirates. Then there is the Metro.

Very luxurious and a beautiful setting. Great facilities… Love cocos kids club, which allowed us to get rid of the three year old and have some time to relax. Had very attentive and helpful staff. A bit far from the main attractions in dubai, but take the tourist ferry to the marina. Also great restaurants on site although a bit pricey.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Impeccable service from check in, with our hosts Hawa and Max, to the adult pool area where Mohammed and the recreation team (Amit, Tilak, Rizwan) waited on us, always with a smile, a fresh towel and ice cold water. Hats off to them for working in temperatures above 40'c. The service at Mezzerine and Lao were amazing, with excellent staff and service again. The whole team are a great asset to the Waldorf Astoria Hotel at the Palm Jumeirah. Me and my family will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Was with family in August 2016. The hotel is not suitable for families with children. The staff is very attentive! If there is a misunderstanding, solve the problem instantly. Waldorf RAK is far better, unfortunately for this hotel. It will no doubt do well with visitors as its location on The Palm is great but the service, food and prices are not in balance. It's a little too 'Dubai' in that the brand is here but the service to the brand is not. It's not bad, and there are far worse places to stay, but as value for money is concerned it's too expensive for this level of service and food. The staff are pleasant but don't ask something that is more than the standard, because that brings a panic and fear to the eyes that seems to mean they have no idea of that answer, but training seems to have meant they cannot go and find out.

Waldorf Astoria brings a whole new meaning to luxury, coupled with great service and amazing rooms. My family and I had a very nice time. The team will go an extra mile to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect! Attention to detail is great, the staff go above and beyond to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Great facilities, beautiful hotel, fantastic beach and more importantly an amazing service. I am especially impressed with the adult pool attendants, Shays and Mohammed in particular — their customer interaction is outstanding.

A beautiful hotel with beautiful views. The staff are friendly and the hotel has a sweet charm to it. The conference rooms are large an well equipped. The cafe at the lobby serves good coffee and snacks.

Waldorf Astoria is again exceeding expectations for us! We had an amazing wedding on the helipad and in the ballroom! Rana, Vlad and Jinu are amazing people who we mostly collaborate with to organise this special event for us! Rana is the one of the most beautiful and professional persons I ever meet in my life and she's been more than helpful in organising and make our wedding day perfect! Rana, a big thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Vlad upgraded us to an fabulous room and we felt comfortable for the whole week! We received nice flowers from the reception welcoming our stay as well! ;) Jinu helped us finding the solution of the sand bottle misplaced from the ceremony. He went in the bazar an made the exactly replica of the souvenir sand bottle from the ceremony. This sand bottle was so important to us and he understood that and made things happening and brought us back the item lost. He came and knocked on the door at 1 am to bring it to us! The hotel had an amazing tailor as well which helped when I need it for a small adjustment on my wedding dress. Overall on the last 8 days at the hotel we received amazing customer care, great employees and excellent leaders which without we wouldn't have the PERFECT WEDDING!

The hotel beach is good, the Service there also. The Concierge also does a very good Job. Due to an incident have now all the women "cover up", so do that in a beach hotel, no fun.

First the positives, The hotel beach, the pool (especially the family one) is good, good views of Burj al arab, Atlantis and Sea depending on the room type. But overall the service was disappointing despite being a luxury hotel. Starting with front desk, we had twin bed confirmed as part of Corporate booking, but on arrival at 3pm I was only given a King bed and extra bed accommodated on request, What is more frustrating is some of my friends who checked-in later was given Twin beds. They have creative staff who even suggested to put one kid on the sofa. My Eid vacation was compromised, the customer service is poor, during breakfast you hardly see any one approaching the tables to check and on ordering a cafe latte after 3 reminders you get one, this happened on two days not a coincidence.

It's the first time for being staying in Jumaira Palm, I usually stay in Down Town, Marriot Marquis or Sofitel. I'm in transit to Kuwait from USA and decided to stay in Waldorf for two days. The hotel is a gem, clean upscale new rooms, wonderful pool and beach. Breakfast is awesome, Staff are outstanding and very helpful and welcoming especially when I checked in with Valdi. Will be back definitely inshallah! Thanks.
