I cannot find fault in anything at this hotel. The staff, the family suites, the food, the restaurants, the buffets, the pool were all 5 star. We were 7 ladies celebrating a 50th birthday and it was a holiday of a lifetime.

Just returned from our second stay at Rixos. We’re already planning our third visit! It is a fantastic well rounded hotel with a lovely feel and amazing staff! Food and drinks are great, the rooms are spotless. Our families highlight is the diving team! What a fantastic group of gentlemen! Our children Lennon and Ella loved their time with you all. An extra special thank you to Mohamed who gave my son memories that’ll last a life time and started a passion that will bring him years of fun! Thank you ♥️

Amazing, staff were brilliant.

Madhu is our room cleaner at the Rixos and the service absolutely brilliant, the rooms are always left absolutely spotless and the mini fridges are restocked daily. All the staff are very friendly and always go above and beyond.

Would highly recommend the Rixos had an amazing 7 night stay. John from Philippines (bar area) looked after us perfectly with faultless service, lovely hardworking man! Stunning hotel, idealic location, attentive friendly staff, luxury spacious suites, amazing food and drinks, spotlessly clean throughout including pools. If I had to fault one thing, there was not enough plug points or well lit mirrors throughout our suite. Overall I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend.

Lovely hotel, nothing seems too much trouble. Staff are great from reception desk right down to those looking after you on the beach.
The hotel us a little further out than most (any further it would be in the sea …😂) but this is far outweighed by the all inclusivity you have — which in Dubai us most definitely worth having.
Restaurant food is excellent (not tried the special restaurants yet but am told by other the steak hose is superb, so we’re in there tonight.
Will definitely be visiting again 😎

We enjoyed our stay at Rixos The Plam. The welcome was warm and our suite was beautiful, large and spacious.
We loved life from our balcony. Special mention for the olivo restaurant that we loved very much.
We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and drink for an "all inclusive" resort. For a first in this style of formula, we enjoyed it very much!

We just spent 7 nights at Rixos The Palm Dubai and it was amazing! The staff was wonderful, friendly and very attentive. The hotel was so clean and the housekeeping staff was wonderful. Our room was sooo clean daily and would leave us cute animal towels every evening during turn down service. We stayed in a deluxe suite with sea view and it was soo worth it because the view was amazing. The pool, the food, the service all was great. This hotel definitely made my first trip to Dubai incredible.

Just this minute came home from our 5 nights stay at rixos the palm. What can I say. What an amazing experience on our 1st visit to Dubai. The staff cannot do enough for you, very friendly and responsive service, food was out of this world and even had the privileges of having the presidential suite to ourselves for my girlfriends birthday meal. With butlers and our own chef cooking our food. 6* servicing cannot wait to book our stay there again.

It was our first visit to Rixos in Dubai on the palm. The ride to the hotel site takes quite long, however it is a very nice landscape to look at. The hotel entrance, the welcome message by the valet parking team is pleasant, also the smell in the lobby area is very nice. We just wanted to enjoy a coffee along with some Turkish baklava. It came out, that we made a good decision. Both, coffee and baklava were delicious. The lobby area is well organised and well managed. From what we could see, the pool side is also well visited by the hotel guests. The only point I have to criticize is the valet parking service. Although there was only one person ahead of us, it took the team 31 minutes to bring our car and meanwhile busy but also less busy moments passed. The management might need to think over, whether in such hot days, especially on Friday Brunch days, they do not want to deploy more resources. What also caught my eye is, that the valet parking staff has no A/C of fan, to cool down. Standing outside, running forward backward for cars in 43 degrees Celsius throughout the day is not a piece of cake. Management who sits in A/C cooled offices cannot understand it, but as a customer, I do not blame the staff for 31 minutes delay, I blame the management, who needs to offer a proper work condition to the staff. And I am sure, it is possible. Other than this, Rixos is a very nice hotel and I am sure, I will visit it again with the whole family.

Have to say the stay was amazing, I opted for the all inclusive option and couldn't fault it. The choice was really good, so much to choose from. The staff were second to none, literally helped me with anything and were really quick about doing so. The room was very spacious and a lovely view. There's a nice quiet adult pool to away from kids. To be fair there wasn't many kids really. They supply you everything you need to do activities from ping pong to football. A lovely private beach too. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The hotel is not worth the money. It's boring. How dark so you can sleep to go. Everyone is everywhere for the money. Along the beach there are tents where you can lie down, but they are all paid. Around the pool there are the same and all for money. It costs about 10, 000r a day. Breakfast is so-so. The beach is covered with cheap sand with dead shells. It is not pleasant to go into the sea on such a sand. The pool stinks of chlorine heavily. Smoke a hookah from 4000r per person. Cycling near the hotel and also worth the money. You pay 25, 000r a day and get a stupid room and 3 meals a day which is priced 500p in the nearest cafe. Before checking in I read on the Internet that there is a free transfer from the airport. Wrote a letter in advance to the hotel. Responded in 3 days that the transfer is paid. I don't understand why there's entertainment in Risalheim in Risalheim and everything dies out here. The hotel itself looks like a sanatorium from the USSR. Neighboring hotels are illuminated beautifully and here at night just gloom. In the evening, mosquitoes were devouring on the balcony. It was 37 on the street, and the mosquitoes were apparently cyborgs.

I love that the party's was round the clock and the ease of the pools and hotels. Definately a place to bring your family. Enjoyed every moment of my time here.

Exclusive food and very relaxing, beautiful premium rooms. The hotel is very suitable for couples, but also for families. There is a mini club that offers some activities. Please note that there are no shows in the evening. On weekends, many visitors come from outside, especially on Fridays, as there is a very exclusive lunch brunch.
Summary: Food 5 stars, all-inclusive offer includes many exclusive alcoholic beverages, rooms and service very good. Sea very beautiful, however, no view of the open sea.

Just came back from a 7night stay at the Rixos Palm Resort, we had an amazing time, the staff were all very friendly especially Ganga the main concierge who was so helpful and even advised on some of the best places to eat at. And it was not just with us as we noticed when observing him that he was like this with all customers. He made our stay extra special and we would definitely be coming back because of this. The hotel is very lucky to have him.

If you love all inclusive like in Turkey then you are here! There are even half of the management staff Turks who behave like in Turkey. And so basically everything is OK. From the room a good view of Dubai. The food is not bad but super I wouldn't say. One minus is the management of the Turkish which works as in Turkey and it means not as) its questions have solved only through the girl Govorivshuju in Russian soon it from the CIS countries. Thank you for that.

5 stars! The best place on Palma! Well done. Big and bright Hall, in the daytime live music sounds. Great beach, great view of Dubai. Everything is very clean. There are beds, umbrellas. On the beach there is a children's "pool", it is specially fenced and equipped for parents with small children. There are areas for sports, the coach is always close by. Great pool with bar, convenient and practical.

Lovely place we had an event there. A surprise which made our day even more amazing. Veri nice and kind staff. Great view to sea.

Hotel beach and food very good. But little German guests. More Russians.

The Turkish lunch buffet was fantastic. A great selection of food and all very good. We will be going back again. The reason for the four stars is the small beach that is quite crowded. They need to space out the chairs a little bit. And the canopy beds at 500aed are too expensive for an off peak day. If they made these a bit more reasonable, it might spread the crowd out a bit. So go for the Turkish restaurant, not the beach. It's worth the long drive all the way around the Palm.

We were in October to "guest" in this House.
Despite early arrival our room was still not ready after 3pm. The room was very comfortable and the staff were very nice.
So after complaint the room changed that new room was acceptable at first sight.
But already at dinner, disenchantment arose again. The main restaurant is extremely noisy and you should try to get a table outside when opening. The service is a disaster, there's always something missing. The friendliness of the staff is adapted to the approximately 80% Russian guests.
The chairs on the beach were already reserved morning around 8Uhr, El Arenal greets.
The prices are outrageous even for Dubai. Heineken 0, 33l approx. 9 EUR and should you arrive with children, make a wide bow around the stand, in Germany you get a whole Coppa Italia for a ball!
The pool and the sea were OK as well but not outstanding. Up to here, the hotel would have received 3 of the stars, but the following events are an absolute no-go to the guest.
1. We planned a trip to the city, the lady at the hotel's entrance refused to order us a public taxi. Supposedly would be rush hour and no taxi to get (in Dubai no taxi;-)
We bite into the sour apple and name the hotel's shuttle at double price compared to a normal taxi with meter.

Great place to rest with kids. Though Rixy club is much smaller than usual. Pool is heated. Food and its selection are great.

Great hotel but on the Palm, you go out, there is nothing.

In Dubai has already had a rest and not once, but I want to tell about the hotel Rixos Hotel Palm Jumeirah, which at the moment liked more than others. On arrival, my friends and I were already waiting for the car to 13.00 We were at the hotel. Check in Area 15.00. Met quickly, the staff tried, were polite and as far as possible took into account the wishes. The room is decent, the renovation is good. Beds, TV, air conditioning, bathroom, little space for clothes. But the cleaning and change of towels/linen is regular and daily. By diet. In the restaurant just excellent buffet, a very large selection of dishes, all the freshest, especially pleased that there are dishes of Russian cuisine, our soups) breakfasts were happy with delicious fruits and cereals, omelets with various additives. Not Turkey, but quite cool. The beach is nice, of course a little confused that a lot of shells in the sand, barefoot just do not resemble. The hotel is located quite far away from all the entertainment spots, but we took taxis and tubraly and then spent the day in serenity and peace. The hotel is nice, but more for families with children, there is a very thoughtful entertainment system for them. The rest was beautiful, the atmosphere of peace and tranquility made it full. I am very pleased and in the future I am ready to visit the hotel with my family and children.

The hotel would like to see itself as a 5 * hotel. That's what service comes first for. The food at the buffet or in the sun restaurants is really spitty.

Unfortunately, though, it still hacks in some places. For example, the housekeeping looks beyond dirt or distributes it while swiping in the room.

On the beach, many rattans are defective and the requirements are polluted with bird droppings. In addition, the number of heavily represented Russian guests with soundbox next to it. There are also a lot of families with children. Unfortunately, those who are looking for peace and quiet are not in good hands here.

The rooms are very large and beautifully furnished.

For trips to Dubai City, the location at the end of the palm tree is a bit awkward.

In general, it is important to say that the staff is very nice and that almost all wishes are read from the lips.

No 5 * hotel. Food is very good. Rooms are beautiful and generous. 80% Russians with appropriate behavior and demeanor. Often quite disturbing loud music in the pool area, which unfortunately you can not really escape. Retirements are not in good hands here. In the restaurant, the cleanliness of the tables leaves a lot to be desired. It's just quickly wiped over. When cutting bread, for example, there are no napkins to hygienically touch the bread. Nevertheless, you can stand it quite well here. Next time, however, we will choose another hotel.

Had a daily Beach and pool pass, which also included a free brunch. Was a pretty great deal. A welcoming service, which was a bit 'slow' and lacking in terms of efficiency but still kind. In terms of the amenities, we arrived to find pretty much all couches taken. Fortunately, we were offered a free private booth to stay for the day, free of charge. The facilities were pretty good, pool decently sized with a pool bar. The only drawback was that the beach swimming area is downsized as a result of Jellyfish danger which left little space for swimming in the sea. Food wise only positive things to say, lots of variety and something for everyone to eat. To summarise it was a pretty nice way to spend a day.

Beautiful just beautiful. If you ever get the chance to visit please go. You will not regret it. I went to a beach party and had the best time. Didn't stay overnight though.

I spent 4 nights at the Rixos the Palm with my partner the beginning of October 2017! From the moment we stepped in we were spoilt by the staff who just can't do enough for you. We received welcome drinks at the reception before we're were ushered into our rooms with our suitcases already waiting there. We got an introduction about the room and services. Our room was absolutely amazing. We booked the all inclusive option which covers all the food and pretty much 95% of all alcoholic beverages. The pools and the sea are very clean and plenty of loungers to go around. By the 9 am the temperature was reaching 32 degrees and the see is warm too. Perfect place for someone not so confident in water or for children. The restaurants are amazing — huge variety of different foods in the Turkish buffet restaurant where both breakfast and lunch would be served. For dinner one have the option of buffet again of can choose from Italian and sea food restaurants! The Italian restaurant is brilliant, what one would expect from a 5 start restaurant, and the seafood option is al fresco dining on the beach. Can't go wrong with either, but if you don't eat shell fish you will be limited in the seafood restaurant! I can't praise the staff enough — made us feel very welcome and pampers throughout out trip and would definitely return.

A Wow Experience! The Rixy club allows you to spend a quality time with you loved ones without worrying about your kid! U get an amazing JBR view from the beach. Where u can sit back and enjoy your beverage from I-Chill pool bar. Very friendly staff. Always smiling and there for you. The rooms are very spacious and the interiors are amazing.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good, the hotel itself was very small, the food was a bit repetitive, the waiters were forced to sign a check, the servers had to sign spirits which we did not take and then were forced to pay, although we had All inclusive. Drinks had to wait on the beach for 40-60 minutes. A lot of negative, for the money there are hotels much better! The hotel was very well-kept and the bed was very very quiet.

Nice place, like the whole Rixos network. The hotel grounds are small but green. The food is varied, but the choice of seafood is small. The staff is polite and the room service is daily. Quiet family friendly hotel.

Service used to be better Cleaning of the room is not that good, not like a 5 star hotel should be. Towel lady at the beach is rude. Breakfast has a big variety but not tasty. Beach area is nice and the seating, but lacks the fun see games. Nice beach music. Beach food is basic and needs improvement. Room bathroom shower was broken I used to love to come here but not anymore till they fix their staff engagement and the other points mentioned above.

We visited Rixos The Palm Dubai three weeks ago for a schoolproject. Although we weren't hotel guest we were warmly welcomed. One of the staff members showed us around and made us feel at home. We were showed some of the most beautiful parts of the hotel. One of the most beautiful part of Rixos the Palm Hotel Dubai is the location it self. No other hotel is located on such a special place, on the tip of the palm island. This location results in such an amazing view from every part of the hotel. We were very excited about the hotel and the lovely staff member and we definitely want to go back to the hotel another time.

Hotel is nice. Staff are exceptional. The ultra all inclusive package is great (would highly recommend). Hotel is c. 50mins from the airport, note that the drive from the beginning of the palm to the hotel is quite long which left us staying in the hotel majority of the time. There is a shuttle bus and water taxi to take you to the Mall of the Emirates which was great. Hotel had a lot of kids and families so one to keep in mind if you're looking for a quiet holiday. There is an adult only pool but its quite far away from the poolside bar etc. Food was lovely with a massive selection available in the buffet. Turkish ice cream is available next to the main pool included in the Ultra All Inclusive package as well as a lovely coffee shop which sells great cakes (open 24hrs I believe). Bar is decent — Heineken and a variety of well known spirits are all included (served after 12pm). Minibar is also included which is a nice touch.

Nice hotel with a lovely beach and clean water, unlike many other hotels on Palma. There is a night club with a swimming pool. The space is very well suited for corporate events.

Gorgeous very missed here if Turkey again in Turkey.

Nice place for a hotel, great view to the city, big and clean rooms, delicious food, cool swiming pool, fantastic pool area, expensive but it's normal in vae.

One of the best hotel I've stayed at. Was beautiful clean and perfect staff. Bedrooms were very modern large simply perfect. Pool and breach was amazing place to just relax. For me it was the very perfect hotel.

1. On arrival, we had to wait until 16:00.
2. The employees are very clean.
3. The bags were exchanged with colleagues. It went wrong pilot on the first day.
4. Very important.

Spectacular in every way. The food from the main restaurant is beyond compare. Amazing attention to detail. All staff were highly trained and extremely polite. Lovely location too.

Very nice but the food not much.

The facilities are new and first class. I travel a lot, and have seen a lot, yet the design of my suite still impressed me. My only negative was the bed wasn't very comfortable (too hard). But so much more made up for that. I had an issue with reservation procedure, but the manager quickly came on board and rectified it for me and gave me an unsolicited upgrade. I was impressed. Managers name was: Firas. Thank you Firas for making me feel welcome. It's because of you that I'm writing this nice review.

Gorgeous. Great beach, kids club, pools, gym, excellent food, well-kept grounds, stroll the place lacks, unobtrusive service.

Spitzenhotel in a great location. Again and again recommend.

Compared with Greece this year is just great.

The 2nd best place in the world after Rixos Sungate in Antalya — Turkey.
