Quite disappointed. Dirty wall, dirty carpet and hairs on the armchair in my room, moved to another room afterwards. The food in main restaurant is just average. Line staff doing their best but nobody manage them duly. Sorry to see this is NOT ALOFT property I know from other places. Do not recommend to stay here on ALL INCLUSIVE basis.

We have stayed here in February for a week with the family. Hotel is clean, very friendly helpful staff, very good Mexican restaurant, good breakfast, nice pool area with good food and nice cocktails, private beach and beautiful skyline views. It was great staying at the Palm! Thank you.

Brand new hotel on the palm. Visited the Mexican restaurant on the top floor of the hotel, quality vs price extremely good! Great tacos and margaritas. Service was ok there was several confusions between the waiters and kitchen with tacos not arriving to the correct people. Great addition to the restaurant was the spin the wheel after dinner with your receipt depending on how much you spent the more Alina you get. I won a bottle of tequila! Only down side was the distance to get to the hotel and restaurant with it being at the end of the palm.

Very clean and new hotel. All staff are helpful and friendly. They have an shuttle bus that bring you to the principal highness. Nice service. Thanks for make our stay so welcoming. Thanks to the receptionist Mr. Bong, you are so friendly, and also Mrs. Alessandra, you welcoming us so lovely. But Mr. Bong my gratitude get must to you! Joan, Jessica, Hind and Michael at the restaurant very attentive to costumer needs. They pamderd us a lot.

It's a palm tree. This is a lovely new hotel in a modern style. It is a beautiful view of the "sail" and also visible Burj-caliph.
It is a lovely pool, bar and kitchen, and especially desserts! It is a restaurant with live music on the last (11m) floor…

What a pleasant experience in this hotel! My girlfriend and I picked Aloft for a small girls trip and enjoyed staying there. ABBUD at the front desk was absolutely amazing and helpful. All the staff are nice and helpful. They have a small pool with a bar next to it. Privat beach access across the street from the hotel with chairs and towels. Their breakfast buffet is pretty good too. They also have an authentic Mexican restaurant on the rooftop managed by CRIS who is the go to guy! I definitely recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Dubai.

SPG platinum member: — Food is great, service is hit or miss. View was unreal during sunrise. — Nice modern/hip hotel vibes — The energy was just bad from some employees, but they were still helpful. Some like the Sous chef and waiter downstairs, and overnight front desk guy were great. — I called the landline number because I was out of the hotel 7x and nobody answered once — Not many options of rooms, I got stuck with two double beds and had to push them together — The ride to the hotel is super bumpy and annoying — Would consider for the view and the good food, but only if the service quality is slightly upgraded.

The location, the staff, the catering, the bedding, everything is perfect. The view of the Skyline of Dubai is fairy. The quietness of the location at the disadvantage of having to always take the taxi to get out of the palm, even if the hotel offers a shuttle to Atlantis. From the hotel to the marina, it takes about €7.
The staff is to be congratulated so much it is to the small care. The lifeguard is continually present. At the reception Abeod us perfectly informed and met our expectations, in French in addition.
If bikes could be made available to browse the palm it would be the top. A kiosk is nearby but cannot be rented without a local phone number.

First time I've visited the hotel. Really cool vibe. Just what Palm Jumeirah needed … a nice hotel offering great value. The Mexican restaurant, Luchador, is a must! Looking forward to a return visit.
