This is the most beautiful place in the world. You will never want to leave here. It is an experience of a lifetime. The staff are amazing and so friendly. The food is first class and so fresh. The pool is pristine and so lovely to swim in. We stayed imperial club where you are half board but also get afternoon tea and happy hour. Well worth doing. The most amazing holiday ever.

Everything was perfect! Once in a lifetime experience especially since we stayed in Imperial Club so many benefits. 1 night stay is not wnoygh but we had the best time from the Waterpark, Aquarium, the beach, dining at 3 different wonderful restaurants and the Arcade. Wow wow wow! We came here for the second part of our honeymoon. What a place. The service was exceptional and everyone was went above and beyond. There was so much to do at the Atlantis, so many lovely restaurants to eat in and the waterpark was so much fun. We stayed for five nights. We could have stayed longer. Will return one day 💖

Everything… from check-in to check-out has been amazing. The food in Saffron was really delightful, staff are warm and friendly. Breakfast was equally fantastic in Kaleidoscope. Covid safety measures are strictly implemented, cleaning was spot on. We have enjoyed Aquaventure, The Lost Chamber, pool and beach. We had the best staycation in Atlantis!

The Aqua park is where I had so much fun with my family. They have some really cool water sports and other activities that will keep you busy all day. It's a perfect getaway for you and your family. The huge aquariums are not to be missed! My little munchkin couldn't stop looking at so many fishes of different kinds. She even sang Baby shark do-do-do-do The beach also is very beautiful and offers spectacular views of Dubai.

Very bad experience. Not at all clean. The service is very bad. The room is not clean and missing a lot of items. Residual drinks in the room from other guests. No seabed in the royal beach. Service in the beach is extremely bad and beach is not clean. Doesn't deserve the money. Really disappointed.

Beautifully decorated spacious rooms. Our room had some plumbing problem in the bathtub they changed at once.
Breakfast buffet contains many options and all of them are amazing.
Definitely recommend.

Atlantis is a luxury and calmative hotel which has all the facilities the travelers may need from their trip.
The staffs are polite and supportive and you receive a lot of energy in this hotel. At the time of check in they came to know that it is my sons birthday and they provided us a cake.
The Aqua Adventure Waterpark remains excellent with a wide variety of attraction, as well as a relaxing sun bed area, and also the Aquarium in the hotel is a sight to behold.

We had an awesome time at the atlantis palm hotel. The staff over polite and the Staff member ZULFA she is from Port Elizabeth really outstanding customer services, help me from the front desk to the lift I had to take to my room. The waterparks is amazing especially dolphin bay, the trainer very friendly.

The shops is so convenient don't need to go out of the resort, everything conveniently the rooms just awesome, room service is perfect.

Eye-wateringly expensive. Great fun. But only when it's not crowded. At busy times it is possibly the worst place on the planet to be. Outside of those times it is clean, tidy, well laid out and Fun For All the family. Discounts are hard to come by. There is an arrangement with MasterCard which usually gets a modest discount off the full price. Arrive early and leave early is the best way. For a drink that avoids the long queues, it to the entrance of the dolphin park where there is a small Starbucks tucked away in the corner.

It was the first resort to be built on the Palm Jumeirah island and is themed on the myth of Atlantis but includes distinct Arabian elements. Atlantis also features exciting marine and entertainment attractions that the whole family can enjoy, and a collection of world-renowned and award-winning restaurants. Atlantis is also home to 65, 000 marine animals, which you’ll find in unique marine habitats at The Lost Chambers Aquarium. You can also get up close and personal with the dolphins at Dolphin Bay and learn to scuba dive and swim with sharks at the Atlantis Dive Centre. Be careful while selecting the suites for stay worth the price you pay. Don't be disappointed after making the choices. Have a great time at Atlantis.

It's a great hotel! All at the highest level! Thank you so much for the warm welcome. We want more there. I highly recommend families with children. Provided absolutely everything, up to diapers for bathing kids you are the best!

I chose not to participate in the water park or the aquarium here because I believe that if you have access to the others not far away, they were a better value. I knew Dubai would be expensive, but the Atlantis resort is above and beyond that mostly because of the name and reputation it holds. The activities they have to offer are fun I'm sure, but similar or better activities are offered outside of this resort for a better price point… Easy to get to via public transportation if you can access the tram, the monorail stop will take you straight to it. If riding the monorail stay to the left side heading towards the resort because you will have better city views.

Great place to stay. Two-three nights was enough to enjoy the water parks, restaurants, spa and other attractions at the Atlantis. Great views, impeccable service. Lots of fun. Free park admission for guests. Summer months can be overwhelmingly hot, but still plenty of water to cool off in.

The resort is definitely one of the best in the world. They offer world class experiences all through the property. At a price all most every amenity is available. The feeling of being on vacation should hit you as your walking through the door. This property has it all from a majestic ambience, premium dinning experience, world class shopping, and luxury resort rooms. This resort seems similar to there property in the Bahamas, with the exception of the weather being warmer here.

The first impression was usual until you visited the water park, it's yes the scale is huge and enchanting! We're thrilled! We think where all the people go and where they are, and all find themselves in the water park! The kitchen is delicious. I recommend everyone to book a restaurant for dinner in advance by calling the reception. The wait staff are kind and in time to get in the room. Security on every corner and changes every hour, require you to show the map from the room. So there have been all sorts of cases here. With children itself something to relax. In the diet includes, tomorrow — dinner, excellent. It's not far from the city. Taxi to Dubai Mall 65 — 70 DRH. And to the Emirates Mall rides a bus, you know the time and everything. I recommend visiting Atlantis!

A big, beautiful water park. There are a lot of slides, there is a children's "corner" (there are several slides and a large playground). All slides are safe (checked by me personally).
But there is a big drawback — long queues. Seriously, to get on one slide, I stood for 2 hours! But there is a way out — a ticket with which you can pass without a queue for any slide. It costs 6000, but the money spent is worth it!
Also in the water park there is a small beach — relatively shallow, but good.
Lots of stalls with snoons, there is a restaurant (by the way, there is delicious food! ) so having some money you will not get hungry!

It's a good water park. Lots of interesting slides. Especially liked the children's town. There is such interesting entertainment with water that even adults do not get out and have fun with children. Of the negative swells — after 12 a lot of people. Everywhere. On the most interesting slides you can stand for an hour in line. Expensive entrance, expensive quick pass. If you go, then only in the morning to the opening, to have time to the main mass at least once to ride on all.

If you want to spend an exceptional day between the AQUAPARC, visit the aquarium and take full the eyes do not hesitate!
I advise you to arrive early in the morning to start with the water park, until closing and then to head towards the aquarium which closes around 9 pm! Then you can also discover the interior of the immense palace of Atlantis.

I want to say that I expected more. Who Edith now or is going to. I note the following there are rooms after renovation and there are rooms in which there is no repair. The truth is that we replaced the room. But I had to wait a few days. There are plenty of entertainment for children. Well, for adults in my opinion there is nothing to do in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and helpful. But the concierge service works for five. In general, the second time I would not go. Haven't had time to visit Mishlenovskie restaurants. Well and so food as everywhere. Not bad.

Good water park, sorry we were unlucky with the weather, it was cloudy and windy, but the children were satisfied. The only minus is the cost, and the fact that this price includes only the entrance ticket, for all the rest have to pay extra, while the cost of entry is almost $100. I would like to note the number and preparation of safeguards more I have not seen anywhere. Fans of thrills strongly recommend a ride on both the coolest slides aquakparks, in both pyramids. Well, I liked the pyramid with family slides more.

Great! Excellent facilities and organization. Too bad for the prices too large and for basic services paying also like the changing rooms. But to do anyway.

This place is awesome. Brilliant views, excellent service. Loads of great rides, relatively short queues and a beautiful beach. Recommend the lazy river and the ride that opens a trap door beneath your feet. Make sure you plan for a whole day or you will run out of time. At the top of the Palm it’s miles from everything and the public transport using monorail and tram to get to the metro is complex — use cabs to save hassle. If you want a family resort, stunning location it’s really a great place, but if you want romantic, near to amenities or anything of substance it’s not for you.

The hotel is old but inside on the ground floor is quite pretty but the corridors to the rooms are awful. Elevators are overloaded to go down, you need to leave up, and then come down!
The hotel rooms are old and dirty.
The beach-it is easier to write that it is not, consists of 3 parts, but the line is one and all terrible: the beach for adults from 21 years, next to the rooms Imperial, and for everyone else, located next to the heliport, take off and landing all day noise, on the other side of the beach Monorail. The entrance to the sea is terrible, shells, and sharp stones, restriction on remoteness of a swim 10 meters from coast, sunbeds are broken, dirty.
Rooms: Cleaning does not produce until you ask and all that concerns the towels also, the sockets are broken that even the phone to charge is problematic! The rooms are filthy, the bathrobes provide dirty, which is even disgusting to touch, the main attraction is the Valera hairdryer, which in the room for the view, it does not dry the hair (for girls).

Mind boggling experience! Amazing rides for the thrill seekers amongst us as well as the sober & calmer ones. This is a fun place to go with friends and family. You challenge yourself to push your boundaries and conquer fears. One day is definitely not enough to experience it all. Loved the options for solo rides and groups as we were a large group. Would recommend starting early in the day to really make the most of it as the lines to rides can get long. Definitely carry cash or depositing balance on your wrist band as you get dehydrated really quickly and you would need food at some point too. In terms of clothing, try and avoid lose shorts or dresses as they will hinder your experiences on rides like Poseidon's Revenge. The views from the tallest rides are stunning and calming! A definite must add to your bucket list.

The rooms are airy and pleasant the views on both sides are amazing and tranquil. They have a great choice of restaurants! The one with the buffet is overwhelming. The hotel has a water park and an aquarium attached.

Really exclusive and fun park with a thousand activities to do, from the slides to the safari with sharks and dolphins. Pity that the only entrance to the park without other activities costs about 65 euros. However beautiful experience.

Expensive and long! Everything is very beautiful… But the incredible queues! Better to come in the morning! The price is not equal to quality. Were on April 25 paid 9500 rubles (AED 550) for two and were disappointed. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. Everything is better to take with you! But the kids will like it, for them there is done a lot!

Nice and very well organized for the kids. There is maximum security, a nice beach and free internal transfers to go from one point to another. Only downside the price that anywhere can be very high except food level or portions are good.

I wasn't inside. To get to the hotel, you need to take a monorail (20 dirham one way). When you go, the view is very beautiful. On the territory of the hotel is a lot of expensive and beautiful cars. Photos are not forbidden. There are also very rare, collectible cars.

Wonderful architecture, incredibly great atmosphere. Inside, everything is really tuned to the smallest detail. The huge aquarium is so impressive to us the food at the restaurant very good.

Although it is a hotel, it has become a destination for tourists, especially the huge aquarium, which boasts the largest viewing glass in the world and is indeed very shocking.

So me and my family went here in October 2017. We decided to go because a friend of ours was having a wedding and we were told that this place was the best hotel in Dubai. This place is wonderful! The food is great. The staff showed us wonderful hospitality. I can't wait to go back.

Amazing Hotel! Dreams big and small… The aquarium, the water park… There is nothing missing, many restaurants, clubs… Various sports activities to practice… 2 swimming pools with a view of the city… The staff of the hotel is perfect at any point… We highly recommend!

On the occasion of my trip to Dubai I visited this hotel, which is a real tourist attraction! It's all developed around the marine theme, it has a fantastic hall with a 10m high Murano glass column! The aquarium then is beautiful, leaning on the glass seems to enter into it! Admission is free, but can only be reached by taxi or by the monorail (A/R 30DH per person). If you come to Dubai you should definitely see it! Go.

Great hotel: Very nice, big room with fantastic view. Nice pool and beach area. We were treated very courteously everywhere. The aquarium is the hammer! We couldn't get tired of seeing each other.

A structure of monumental dimensions within which are present, besides the 5-star hotel, many really nice and accessible attractions even if you are not staying in the hotel. The prices are in direct relation to the size and the quality of the structure then rather, indeed, very high. In the gallery of shops there are bathrooms accessible to all that are managed in an exemplary way.

A must is the water park. The slides are the hammer. Very nice atmosphere. The view from the beach is beautiful. Overall the park was very well managed.

The main restaurants are crowded especially at breakfast so I would advise you to go to the Lebanese restaurant for breakfast you will be quiet.

Our experience visiting Atlantis Hotel was excellent. It is situated near to sea. Beach near to hotel is very well maintained. Hotel staff was very cool and cooperative. Rooms r very good. Fish aquarium inside hotel is of great attraction of visitors besides other things like dolphin and mono rail. In all Dubai is a very awesome place to visit.

A good getaway for a family especially with kids. There are a lot of activities which can involve everyone for at least 3 days. The best of all is the aqua venture and aquarium. Kids would definitely love it. There are variety of places and location to have food and one can find almost every possible cuisine from across the world. The service is good except that they take time to be delivered. A must visit place in Dubai.

For the name and weight it carries, I found the Atlantis to be very average. The hotel architecture and view is one of a kind, no doubt over that but the quality of rooms is pretty average considering the it's tariff. I visited it in December and was staying in the Imperial rooms with my family and we found the rooms not up to the mark. The hotel staff is very nice and warm, their spa is very nice, food is also amazing (but has limited options for vegetarians). All in all it was a pretty decent experience here.

Ooooh It is an amazing and wonderful place I really loved it. Especially leisure and amusement games frankly C was the foot with a nice view of the room and a bed more than cozy. I recommend very very strongly. It's just magical and beautiful. Perfect for a family or lover's Holiday ♥ ️

The stay was pleasant. The facilities were awesome! The water park is a must visit, especially it is included in your stay. Staff member are friendly and helpful. However … (the longer version of 'but') We are aware that security is a high priority, and gave us assured comfort that this place is indeed safe. But, there should be a better approach / communications from security guard towards guests which are staying and being 'asked' whether 'we are guest of the hotel or not'.

It's the unforgettable experience of immersion with sharks that makes me put 3 stars because otherwise it's overpriced for what it is I have more enjoyed the Yas Waterworld in Abu Dhabi.

Located on the iconic Palm Jumeirah island overlooking the Persian Gulf, this luxury resort is 14 km from Wild Wadi Water Park and 15 km from Mall of the Emirates.
The pleasant rooms, overlooking the Gulf or the island, have flat screens, free Wi-Fi and fridges. The luxurious suites have rest areas and some also have terraces, hot tubs or lounges. The superior rooms also have floor-to-ceiling windows with underwater views. 24-hour room service available.
Breakfast and parking are free of charge. The resort has 23 restaurants, one Italian restaurant, a spa, a beauty salon, a gym and a large water park. There is also a children's club and a nightclub.

Amazing is the best word to describe it. It's awesome. All the slides and attractions. I recommend going early. You need at least the full day. Another recommendation is to buy the tockets before reaching the park and Q are formed big lines and reload the bracelet Q put you with money as then at mealtime is very comfortable. You leave everything in the lockers and you pay with the bracelet.

The hotel room was a bit old and the service was good. The room on the floor in the decoration, every day a thump. Call the front desk is also perfunctory, until the hotel manager to find their own room. It's been two days, no words.

More than a water park. A real monumental complex not to be missed despite the expensive ticket. Many attractions to enjoy the water, in a very hot city. It ranges from the possibility of long springs tubing to adrenaline descents of various kinds, to the pools designed for children of different ages co splashes of water and game paths. But the most beautiful thing are the meetings with the dolphins, which allow everyone, big and even small children, to caress these sweet and intelligent animals, play ball and do with them some dance steps. Experienced swimmers can swim dragged or carried by dolphins, while certified divers can play under water. Forbidden to photograph the Dolphins, the official souvenir photos are a bloodletting but they are not to be missed.

Fantastic hotel for everyone! Stayed in the summer and after a mix up with the booking the staff sorted our problems and we also got access to the imperial club which gives you access for unlimited food and drink between certain times which is great. The rooms are spacious and very luxurious, anyone looking for memorable holiday should stay here. The pools and beaches around are kept to a very high standard. The on site restaurants, I can’t remember how many but they are varied and cater to everyone’s needs, even an adult only one with appropriate dress code which is ideal for couples to get away from the busier buffet style restaurants. You will pay a premium to dine at these but the quality is great, with our stay we had the buffet breakfast each day in kaleidoscope as it was included and was worthwhile each day.

This magnificent building in the desert really admires the imagination of the Arabs. The hotel is very luxurious, the facilities are comparatively perfect, the child plays the place to be many, basically, all have no need out of the hotel. Water park is a great place to take your kids on vacation, and it's no problem to play for two days. The service is also very good, has the very good standard. The Chinese regiment came to visit too many people, noisy a bit loud.

Excellent, Majestic, fun and with multiple attractions and services. If you stay here you have to devote a whole day to enjoy it!

If you like us not to be registered in the hotel as a guest, you can consider the hotel as an additional attraction. Exceptional architecture, several restaurants and a great aquarium in the hotel justify a visit quite. Special tip: The sunset from the location of the hotel is breathtaking.

The hotel is made very cool, to attract tourists there are large aquariums, water park. More than a few thousand rooms. For the residents of the hotel it is not very comfortable and cozy. Reminds me of Turkey. The kitchen is very tasty and diverse. But in my opinion, it is definitely not worth the money that is asked for it. You can settle in another hotel and come here for a tour of the water park and delfinary, restaurant. The sea is muddy and artificial bottom, the mask can not be dragged.

Magnificent place with 7 star luxury hotel and water park The price of the water park is a little high for its size however it is fun the hotel also has a private beach and a shopping mall inside. Easily connected to the city by taxi or metro/tram.

Very nice place. We need to spend at least a week to explore all attractions at ease. Kids will enjoy this place. It is located in the sea. The views are great and you need to have a good low light cameras to capture the moments. This is a very luxury place and great getaway place from work.

Great facilities and good views. Imperial club rooms are worth the money with the view of the palm and Dubai Marina. Water park at Atlantic is one the best I have visited. With its own private Beach you will have great time. Some staff need bit more training in terms of handling customer queries and request however management seems to be reasonable and considerate.

Went there in 2015 with my wife and son. Great hotel, with fabulous restaurants. They also have a water park but it was too cold and closed when we went in January. Our room was very nice and big, and the design of the hotel was just picturesque. Need to go back there soon with my second son, ideally in the summer. It was obviously pricey but worth it.

We went to water park, aquarium and had lunch at Gordan Ramsay restaurant. One of the best water park I visited. The lazy river was amazing and kids were able to have lot of fun too. Hotel for outdoor activities. Persian Gulf without waves, swimming is not as interesting as in the open sea, but the territory has pools, a water park, aquarium, a bunch of restaurants, evenings on Fridays and Saturdays disco until 3-4 am. The rooms are great, we stayed in a room with a large balcony on which 2 sunbeds and a table were laid, but our room is rather an exception, as the rooms are mostly without balconies. WF is great. Breakfast is great! Porridge, soups, sushi, pasta for all tastes, cheeses, vegetables (raw, fried, steamed, boiled, smoked) ) fruits (kiwi, papaya, pineapple, banana, pear, apples, lychee) freshly won juices (carrot, watermelon, guava and other traditional), bakery products — above praise! In the restaurant orgarized everything is like this — you are met by a waiter, escorted to the covered table, depending on how many people you are, brings tea/coffee.
There is a shuttle service to Kempinski, the Dubai Mall.
It's a great tat for the weekend. I wouldn't want to live there for more than 5 days… too noisy and crowded, but maybe you need it:)

The attraction Park EDT really top it's worth it despite the price cons C really gale that the vigils do not let enter the attractions with the Go pro and the poles a selfie! We were forced to hide them so we could use them in the attractions.

More appearance than his room are large and well furnished, there is as much water as you would like. The kaleidoscope is very impersonal and has a Mensa character (the right location is currently being rebuilt). The other restaurant is a lot better and offers a great selection and very good food. Prices otherwise in the hotel are very expensive, which is normal in Dubai though. Partly it is very overflowing of Asians, without manners.

Fabulous hotel! We decided to treat ourselves for our last night in Dubai. The place is huge and theres lots of things to see and do. Great for families. The staff asked if we were on our honeymoon. We said no but were newly married and later they sent us a delicious cake and well wishes. Great stay!

Fabulous hotel! Great array of activities and good choice of food. Staff friendly and helpful. Loved the golf buggies which transfer you to/from the waterpark. Would definitely recommend.

Grand Moto Hotel is full of amenities. I think it is not very good value for money as the overall perceived quality is not in the standards of the high-end hotels in Dubai. It is definitely worth to see it and to spend 2 nights there. Personally I would not make an entire holiday. The rooms (I turned three) are not the maximum of cleanliness. To get to the city is a little awkward but you will find I. A location and spectacular.

An Amazing Place for a Holiday. Room and Hotel was of a high standard, staff were exceptional and nothing was too much for them, food was great and access too Aquarium and Aqua park to die for. Restaurant is a little pricey — "food is worth it" But if we did it again we would look at a food package that included lunch and dinner of some persuasion as talking to other guests definitely seemed like a great idea. Train off the palm island was easy to use and the train to get to shopping and attractions also very simple so you can access supermarkets and amenities and save a few dollars that way if you need. Highly recommend and will go back.

Great name but then you see very little, certainly the location is fairytale and at sunset is spectacular. Inside the accesses are allowed only to the guests. Let the inner aquarium stand, the price is not justified.

Dubai “Atlantis The Palm Resort” Atlantis, The Palm is a luxury hotel resort located at the apex of the Palm Jumeirah in the United Arab Emirates. Imperial club is worth the extra money. Believe me. Excellent facilities, restaurants and staff and the water park is amazing with some heart stopping slides. For all ages. The kids and absolutely loved it. The rooms were very spacious, offering beautiful views. The resort was very clean and paid great attention to detail. We made the most of the Club Atlantis facilities and would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. 5 stars.

We had an amazing seven night stay (Imperial club). The service was exceptional, loved the view and the room (ask for the pool view — much better) breakfast was breathtaking with many choices loved the Lebanese breakfast with the cheese and Zatar hot bread, the water park was big and heaps of fun, the lost chamber aquarium a must do. The club lounge was absolutely amazing with different foods every day and the variety of drinks & coffee. The room service really surprised us as the room was made up 2 to 3 times a day, water topped up and towels changed. This is a big place with a lot of people, they do lack the personal touch due to the size, but they do go out of their way to make surety enjoy your stay. Highly recommended with imperial club access.

With the upgrade of the Imperial Club, super room, ideal family with expanded living room and two large rooms with very comfortable dresses. The rest of the ideal hotel with family much to entertain, water park etc. Very good restaurants Nobu and Ronda Locatelli head, Gordon Ramsey better let it go long name and little restaurant.

We have been upgraded to a bigger room. The view from the room was beautiful. The personal is very nice and helpful. The atlantis hotel was really an experience.

Service is super bad Don't go and live with me in Dubai as a tourist guide almost two years now. Every time I go to check in, especially a team in, guests are not happy, the front Desk said 3: good results to make guests wait until 4 and a half rooms. And give the big bed Room, two big men how sleeping in the same bed. The room and hotel just didn't want you to wait two hours is enough. I am tour guide in Dubai, the worst service for group check in ever, we come 1:30, they keep us like till 4:30, and give all the king size bed, how come the fat guy from the sleep in one bed.

The hotel was amazing. It keeps its under the sea theme in every room you stumble into. The people who work there are always smiling and friendly. The food quality is 5 star. Room cleaning is awesome. Atlantis the palm is soo perfect my family made a game out of trying to find what was wrong with the place (not an easy game). I recommend getting a room there because then you get into the magnificent water park free and 2 meals a day for free plus many discounts and the convenience of charging anything you buy on the whole island to your room. The lost chambers aquarium is something everyone has to see. It is the most awe-ing aquarium I will probably ever see. Every tank has carefully thought out lighting and fish cordinating with the ornaments. And the massive tank where scuba diving lessons are held is just wow! the one and only negative thing about atlantis at the water park is that the ground is brutally hot and gives you the most horrible burns on your feet, what the resort could do to prevent that is to give out complimentary slippers for the water park or have someone hose the ground occasionally. That is my only complaint. Atlantis is the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I will absolutely revisit. I love you atlantis the palm!

I had booked this hotel for 14 nights from the 21st of July 2015 to 4th of August 2015. I have loved every second of this holiday until now. We normally stay at Burj al arab or the Jumeirah chain of hotels. Jumeirah Beach hotel is a family orientated hotel in my opinion but it's a bit old now. We've stayed at the kempinsky in the mall of the Emirates. So I'm well accustomed to 5 star luxury hotels in dubai anyway. Everything has been perfect at atlantis until now. So here goes on the 1st of August 2015 is my 10th anniversary. We woke up as usual to find cockroaches crawling over us. Now these cockroaches are the infestation types and not the American flying type. So they lay eggs all over your stuff. So when we go back with our luggage to London UK, we have no idea what we're in store for. I'm annoyed to say the least at this so called 5 star resort. My anniversary has been ruined. I'm staying in a twin Queen room overlooking the royal pool with palm views. Room number 15416. It's on the imperial club floor on the east tower on the klaidoscope restaurant side. I complained and all they offered is moving my familys stuff, clothes etc from one floor to another and what about the inconvenience? I'm on holiday and I feel I've paid good money to be here on our annual holiday. I'm so cheesed off to say the least. We're having to pack all our belongings to move to the other tower into a similar room. My kids have a phobia of insects and they don't want to stay here.

Located on the palm Jumariah this 5 star hotel looks and is amazing. Inside there's a giant tree made of glass and behind the hotel are multiple resorts. It's pricier than most other hotels but the experience is worth it.

150330 Dubai : Acquaventure has the best water park rides I have been to after Hong Kong, Korea, Thailand, etc. The only imperfection is insufficient signage to rides and lack of explanation of what "The Surge", "The Plunge" or "The Falls" are at critical junction. Must try the Dolphine Pass next time. We will be back.

Beautiful Hotel! The walls are cool with fish in there and swimming pools!

Wake up, good breakfast then chill by in the infinity pool and watch the huge city skyline behind the ocean. You will be in the pool as its a desert and the heat is blazing. Good pool side service bringing cocktails, ice cold beer or whatever. When it gets too hot for you it's time to go into the lost chambers aquarium which is in the hotel, there is the biggest aquarium I've ever seen in a hotel which is lush and brimming with exotic species of fish, sharks and divers. There is a diving school so you may as well jump in a golf buggy and go down into the other huge aquarium at the water park. They give you a sd card of the dive from a go pro they lend you to film it all which is nice. After the sunset which is hazy, there's a bbq bar to go to and eat some fresh fish and ribs, then have many beers. My 8 year old daughter loved this place. There are no Mosquitos or any other insects that I saw, just some cheeky tiny birds that flutter about the pool trying to keep cool. It's a city break with that beach holiday feel and I like that, different to other hot places I've been. Dubai is very wealthy so expect to see some high end boutiques and shops in this area, was talking to some people who borrowed a car to go and buy gold further into the city but I wouldn't want to drive in this city the taxi man said if your involved in an accident with a local the authorities will side with the local every time.

I think it's the most luxurious hotel in Dubai. Everything was extremely awesome. The huge aquarium in the middle of hotel was perfect. It has a nice view on sea.

Just arrived in Dubai, they like to go for a tour of MOE's. A year later, to go to the Mall, just a headache, but this Mall is good. Just didn't Indonesia, Jakarta, indonesia plaza, and senaya plaza Mall comfortable.
