Hotel is jus too good for the money Well the amount you pay worth every penny.

I just loved my stay here. Perfect rooms, nice views!

Perfect location, although if you like it nice and quiet you’d have to search for something else.
You’ve got very friendly staff and ignorant staff. Always ask for the price.
Family Suite is without view. So you’ll be in the dark cause who wants to open the curtains and look at a wall? Bathrooms should be in better conditions without mold.
If four people check in, it would be great to have enough dishes, cutlery and towels without asking for everything. Stove didn’t work properly.
Furniture smelled like urine.
Beds were too soft and pillows too hard. As I said before if you like to sleep in peace without too much noise going around, search for something else cause it’s poorly soundproofing walls.
Pool is ok for the kids.

Not a bad hotel for business trips. A convenient location, near the subway, a shopping mall. The hotel has a restaurant with a variety of dishes. The overall score of the hotel is 3.5 no more. In general, everything is not bad enough.

Spacious rooms with a kitchen with two bathrooms two insulated. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Clean, room cleaning daily, good location in 500 steps of Zam-Zam Café, highly recommended both for price and quality.
Cons-Pool in a deplorable condition, breakfasts are better not to include in the price all not the first freshness of juice from packages.

Worst hotel since 8 years.
Everything is filthy and run down, anyway the service was very attentive (to mention is Jonathan who enriched us with his extensive service).
I would not recommend the hotel to my worst enemy.
Simply a No Go.

A delux hotel apartment next to deira city centre. Very closed to dubai international airport. I love their swiming pool and health club. They have 3 bequtiful restaurant in ground floor. M floor got 8 conference. Good thing parking free for all room and conference guest.

Through the expensive City Center, which includes Victoria Secret, brand stores, and caryful. A little further: souvenir supermarkets (dei. And Green. Near the metro station/hotel is good for its location, clean, there is a lift for strollers, there is a shuttle, a mini pool, a buffet, a banquet hall. Always crowded, but it does not prevent a comfortable stay.

Nice location to live close to city centre … approach is good. Close to airport. But breakfast is very poor.

Stayed in a 1 room apt. It was spacious, convenient & family friendly. Comes with a kitchenette, washing and dryer machine. Provides reasonable breakfast spread. The Metro is just a 200 meters walk, same distance to City Center shopping mall. Best part is, it is only a mere 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport. 6 metro stations from the Dubai World Trade Center and 8 metro stations to Dubai Mall.

This is a good hotel with a lot of facilities like a sauna, swimming pool, gym and etc. They also have a very good Restaurant on the ground floor which can actually get the food to your room. The reason why I am not giving the hotel 5 stars is that the room was a little dirty and I was missing some cutlery and plates; which they immediately brought after I notified them about it. The best thing is the location because City Centre Deira is right in front of the hotel for all of your needs. All in all it is a pretty good hotel and I would recommend anyone to go there for their stay in Dubai.

Dark Hotel. And lack of equipment, I'm disappointed… two large towels for a rental of 4 people.
1 shower gel and no accessories to clean the kitchen when you want to eat there.
Mold in the bathroom and toothpaste stains on the furniture…
In short there is better…

We have enjoyed our stay at pearl city suites the services are so good.

Stay away! Check in was a disaster. So already off to a bad start. We arrived at around 6:30pm and the room they said was still being cleaned. The lady at the Reception asked us to sit down and wait until the room opens up. Magically within 3 minutes the room was ready and we were checked in. Had booked a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen as there were 4 of us. That is what we were assigned. We get to the room and find that the kitchen area is inadequately stocked. There was just 2 coffee cups and 2 bowls. Even what they had were not part of a set but random sized cups or bowls thrown together. Again rather strange. Was not expecting posh crockery, but is it so hard to find a set of 4 or 6 of the same kind? Most importantly, there was a big gaping hole where the fridge was supposed to be. We had planned on doing some grocery shopping and stocking the fridge. I went down to the reception and complained that there was no fridge in the kitchen. The lady at Reception just shrugs her shoulders and suggests that the fridge may be out for maintenance. I ask her why did she assign us a room without a fridge and got no reasonable answer to that. By this time not even 20 minutes had passed since we checked in. The front desk had made 6 attempts to charge my credit card the entire amount for the 5 nights we were going to stay. My credit card company ended up blocking my card as they suspected unusual activity. Obviously this was a huge nuisance and irritation.

Something old, needs a renovation, something sloppy.

Good overall service, close proximity to the metro and the mall.

I'm not exaggerating but it was the best stay ever … the staff are kind and always smiling… I know it's in the middle of the city but still you feel like you going away from all the stress the room is clean and furniture is amazing… the need hugs you to sleep … one guy on the reception called Ahmed he's so sweet and friendly … I just love it ❤️

I must express my dissatisfaction of this hotel. My booking was cancelled prior to me arriving from South Africa due some unknown reason. The service was not great, the rooms were not great. The cleanliness can be questioned, I was not happy with the bedding and mattresses. The microwave did not work. It was really not a good experience.

Absolutely not what the photo: small hall, near from all sides of the road and airport hear the drone of airplanes, on the upper floors of the balconies there is no (as stated in the description of rooms, pool, completely not such as the photo (small and enclosed to 3 m in height so even the roofs of the other buildings is not visible). Rooms are good, only I did not like the Hairdryer-everywhere normal with multi-temperature and high-speed modes-there's some garbage in the form of a tube. Staff-polite and unobtrusive, respond to requests for assistance (cards размагничивались constantly, TV presenter well etc). Кухня-AWFUL (can compare, so I write that perfect bad). Tasteless rice, fish, half grilled sausages from soy beans, cooked and bathed in tomato sauce horns and the подобное. Только pastries can praise. In addition, poorly washed the mugs with traces of coffee and tea, lunch is served only water tables wipe with a paper towel (so often all sorts of stains on the table), in the lobby are yellow and filthy chair.
