Went to visit friends who's booked for unfortunately 10 days on this hotel and it's their last stay today, today, around 7:30 pm I arrived to see them but with this unhelpful and worst bald receptionist guy on duty by that time asked us to call our friend to go down and pick us up in the lobby for a reason of not having our passport with us hence we told him couple of times it was surrendered to company for residency process. Then friend came and another twist he tells, we could only talk to the lobby "all night all we want" he says, what an arrogant prick. Hope this will be raised to his superiors. Nonetheless with that kind of receptionist you'll definitely lose clients. PS: all visitors are potential clients. Accomodate properly and don't act as if you're a 5 star hotel!

Im coming to this hotel for the last 2 years. Visit twice a year. Their house keeping staff always needed to b trained a lot. But this time it gets worst. When they clean 2 bedroom apartment in 10minutes without using toilet cleaners and using the same mop in the toilets as well as rooms. See how unhygienic it is.

Nice location and ambiance.

Poor facilities. The AC seems like a fan only, pool heater and jacuzzi heater are not working. Receptionist at the pool area is not assisting.

Very good for a short stay, especially for families. Huge and clean apartments for a modest price. Friendly staff. Short distance to the airport. Shopping mall around the corner.

VERY BAD AND RUDE ATTITUDE of your junior staff ZIAD. Front office is the face of the hotel and not to raise their voice, shout nor point fingers to any guest or partner’s FACE.

Nice location. Spacious and quality apartment. Friendly staff and service. Good value for money. No problems. Nearby hypermarket and shopping center. Very near to airport and all other areas very accessible. If I were to visit Dubai again then I would stay here.

The staff at front office (Mr Zeyad if im not mistaken) is very helpful+courtesy person

We had an outstanding stay at Hotel Al Deyafa. Every aspect of this 'art ' hotel is designed for the relaxation of the customer, from the Outdoor Pool & Gym Sauna its Amazing experience. The staff were happy and helpful. Restaurant and Shopping Mall is Nearest only walkable distance. These personal touches are what makes this hotel stand out above others.

Enjoyed the services, they provided more amenities than expected for an apartment hotel. I would recommend it to everyone A very cooperative front desk, informative and customer service oriented Clean rooms and pleasant room service I will be back.
