Worst hotel in Dubai! They don’t desereve to be a 4stars hotel. You can smell cigarette from the hallway all the way to your room imagine that and I was with a 2yo baby and 12yo child. And upon entering the room you will see that there is a lot of stains in the linens, dust all over the floor and worst part is the bathroom full of molds everywhere. So I went back to the reception to asked if I can cancel my reservation as I cannot spend a minute in the room that was given to us. He said that he will check and that I should contact my travel agent. So we went outside while waiting for the decision and when we came back at the hotel the receptionist approach us and told us that our booking was cancelled already that we need to check out so we won’t be charge and As the booking was non refundable they will waive the cancellation fee all I need is to contact my travel agent. To my surprise when I follow up to to the travel agency they are telling me that they cannot refund the amount that I paid because the hotel refused! I booked for 2 nights and didn’t spend a single night at the hotel, I was given a fiflty disgusting room and now they won’t refund my money. This hotel is a SCAMMER! They are the one who insist that we should check out so we won’t be charge but now they don’t want to refund my money.

Very loud music from the club in rooftop. 3 am and still very noisy, you can feel the thud of the music! cannot even sleep! very bad hotel to stay!

Very good and helpful staff, apartment was very nice. Some bathrooms need refurbishing, also some chairs and ashtray on the balcony would be helpful, otherwise all Ok! Breakfast is really good.

The location is wonderful, easy to reach, near for everything. The apparent is large, but the unexpected things that the ferntuer is too old and the cleanness is very poor. If this tow things are changed, It will be more than fantastic. Never try to visit it before fixed this tow points.

The hotel is quite well located, close to the metro, and the aesthetic is pretty. The staff are very nice. But unfortunately there were plenty of cockroaches in the whole apartment we had. I do not know if the institution is trying something to fix it but it is unacceptable for the price paid. Besides, the housekeeping was poorly done. And when the towels were changed, it happened that one was missing. It's very disappointing to see that it lacks benefits for a hotel that still has a number of stars.

The room size was good and the sofas were comfortable. However, the facility seems old and not well maintained. I had issues in the toiler and the terrace door which seem to have been there for a long time. Also, the room was not noise proof. I got kids annoying us in the late night when they were shouting in the corridor.

Old and cold hotel. It is better to choose something else at this budget. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends!

Good hotel with nice facilities and great location (two metro stations nearby). Finnish sauna First our Wi-Fi didn't work, but correction was done immediately after we told about problem. Good service. Lobby staff was not so smiling (seem to be in a hurry all the time) and they actually didn't offer any information about the hotel nor location, but answered nicely when asked.

Great place in one word, Rooms are very spacious well lit, space is one of the criteria which one would admire, rooms are well equipped with the modern day amenities and kitchen equipment's. Tried some of their restaurant promotions deals that were really great value for money. Kids play area next to the restaurant was very ideally located. Staff is very welcoming and look after your needs well, location is ideal with next door currency exchange, ATM machines and daily needs supermarkets. WOW and the best was shuttle service to the Deira City Centre, staff was very accommodative in having us dropped and picked up. Would be visiting again.

Me and my family stayed in the hotel. Very friendly staff, spacious rooms and facilities are worth for the money you pay. The area has a variety of shopping malls and restaurants which suits to various nationalities. Dubai airports are easily reachable so is metro which is within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel apartment to anyone who visit Dubai.

Hotel is very near to abu hail and Al Qiyaddah metro station. Near to airport and century mall shopping complex. Staffs were very friendly and courteous. Food was good.
