Stayed for a couple of days. The room is small, everything is there. But some of the equipment didn't work. Everything is shabby, dirty, smoked and seasoned with the smell of curry. Stink everywhere. The staff and guests are mostly Hindus. Their whole life in plain sight, the doors of the rooms are open, why? so everyone can see what they're doing. The kids are running around screaming. Breakfast with a bias to Indian cuisine. But you can find something to eat. The bus went to the beach, but the driver had to be searched for a long time and persuaded to drive. Girls from Moscow, having lived in the hotel for 2 weeks, (poor people), from their words this hotel is their biggest mistake in their lives, were ready to raise a riot. In Dubai there have been many times, this hotel is my mistake, messed up. Look who puts most of the good grades and draw a conclusion. I don't recommend it.

Decent hotel with decent price for family stay. Kitchen with washing machine facility. Very courteous staff. Very good Indian food served in the breakfast.

Very well maintained, staff is good, restaurant is also good, location very nice, good connectivity with other parts via metro.

Clean hotel near to al qiada metro station and abu heal metro station, Nice staff, the breakfast is ok (indian and asian food) but it can be better.

Overall good experience. Pool area was clean and good to use. Staff friendly and helpful. A relic of the past perhaps but hallways still smell of cigarette smoke. Rooms adequate and clean.

Good value for money place with good complementary breakfast with the ever ready and wonderful Rakesh Kumar & swapen on duty room service can improve and nice maitainace staff always improving the service delivery with nice gym and pool.

Rooms adequate however breakfast was the real nightmare. They serve Indian breakfast with no variety 7 days a week. Wrost breakfast experience I've ever had.

Beautiful hotel with a serene environment and very amaible staff like Naheem, ahmed, shabaz… They come very handy. The day I lodged studio rooms were full so I was given another which was bigger than what I booked but I was allowed to stay till I was ready to leave dubai. I had a fantastic time.

Very nice apartment. Was there for a week and got an upgrade. Very clean and quiet. Would like to visit again.

Value for money. Nice hotel apartment. Close to anything you want from restaurants to laundry to Metro station. Good place to stay.

I stayed there for a day and even then I got an upgrade. And it was a single bed to a duplex appt. The rooms were spacious, with a nice view and even the room service was good. Which ppl usually dont find at other places. Il surely recommend.

Great service apartment! Huge rooms, the 2bhk one has 2 washrooms, both of them have bath tubs and hot water. All the amenities were in top condition, really wanted to stay longer but my itinerary didn't allow it.

The staff were very helpful especially Rakesh Kumar. One I did not like is that they had only 1 room key card for a family of 6. That is the only turn off I have.

Excellent serviced appartments in Abu hail area. Studio rooms have a small kitchen attached to it with basic utensils. Cleaniness & ambience is overall good. Morning breakfast is complimentary subjected to your booking package.

Nice place, near airport. Good marketing malls at walking distance. Staff of hotel is very co-operative clean n nice rooms with all necessary equipment like iron, ironing board kitchen with refrigerator washing machine, etc.

The worst hotel iv ever been to in my life. Location is bad. Checked in at 3 am by 3:30 I checked out. My floor had no AC. Walked in to the room, no power no AC. They fixed it. The room had a bad smell. I looked in the bathtub, bugs and small cockroaches everywhere where… literally. To bad I didn’t take a picture.

It's a great hotel with very good ambience and everybody is helpful here. It's neat and tidy and has a good gym and swimming pool and all the services are awesome… overall a very good experience.

It's near to metro station, mall and lots of restaurant. It is very ideal, if you have to go to Sharjah or Ajman for work and doesn't want to stay away from Dubai. Hotel is clean and you will get satisfactory utensils and crockery. Room size is good and daily cleaning.

Service is superb. Receptionist, waiter and the other staff is very friendly. Room cleaning is nicely done. Definitely will recommend people to try and stay in this hotel apartment.

Amazing Hotel! Whole family loves it, great staff very friendly to young kids. My daughter loved the receptionist. One thing I really liked was the kind hearted staff. Our reservation for the hotel got messed up and the receptionist was so kind enough to lend us a room that was clean high standard and one we orders for and called the company we booked with about the reservation at no extra cost. Definitely making a trip again ❤️

Wonderful hotel I love.

The greeting on arrival was not pleasant and to follow the place was dirty, stank of mold, had broken cooker buttons and the fridge had mouldy food stains in it… Won't be staying again.

Hotel not recommended for people not knowing how to speak English, smell unpleasant of trash in the corridor, few cooking utensils, 2 plates and no glasses, with a single channel of French television, dark apartment, bathroom sewer smell, machine dry the linen that dries, noisy air conditioning, to avoid.

It was a really breath taking and enjoyable hotel I'd love to visit it once again.

I want to went there again.

Very good value for money. Quiet, very clean, very helpful staff. I recommend it for families.
