We attended the party event there. Seatings and interiors were neat but the food was very average. I personally liked the salads and the main course I liked was the fish fillet. Remaining dishes were oily. Porotta was too hard to be edible.

The worst hotel in Dubai, I came to Landmark based on its reputation and booked a full month “unfortunately” I paid for breakfast and lunch, and in the holy month of Ramadan for Suhoor and Breakfast. The food is prisoners food and not something appetizing at all, im still staying at the hotel till the 9th of May and I will be uploading the pictures of their “food” everyday on this review from today forward. I wouldn’t even feed my cats the food they are serving.

Good place for birthdays, or any occasions especially with big nos of guest spacious rooms and good food… the waiters are very helpful. Definitely will recommend and come back.

Landmark Grand is a very very good hotel with close access to Union Metro Station. Gym, swimming pool and other amenities are also great. Highly recommended.

The location is nice, convenient as the metro is close and there are many places to eat not expensive, as well as a Carrefour supermarket and a shopping mall with good prices. The hotel itself is quite cozy, and clean, three elevators, spacious rooms, rooftop pool with sunbeds, there is a sauna. Room 215 turned out to be broken plum in the bidet, the batteries in the TV remote, and in the scales, the window overlooks the working and noisy air-conditioning fans in the building opposite, which we are gradually used to, as we still like to sleep with the window open, but here constantly noisy engines of buses coming up right under the windows very annoying. Noise insulation is bad or the neighbors opposite got too noisy. The floor in the hallway and in the bath is very cold to be shoeed, in the room carpet in spots. The Internet is weak, often disappears. Pros too there is a comfortable large bed with white linen, read white towels, TV, soapy gadgets, water hot always, safe closet, closet with a hint, mini bar (paid and also sometimes noise), there is a kettle, coffee tea and 2 small bottles of water Free. A large window and a large mirror, bed lamps. A big plus is the water in the tap that you can drink. Good location, next to the Union metro station. Two branches of the Dubai Metro intersect at this station. Opposite across the street is the Al Ghuriar shopping centre. The hotel has spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Parking on 2 underground floors. On the roof (7th floor) is a small pool. Breakfasts are delicious but monotonous. Cheap dinner, 79 dirhams for two, minus 20% discount to hotel guests. Settled on arrival at 10 am, for which a special thank you.

The staff here are amazing they go over and beyond to assist you. The day we arrived we were to late for breakfast so they told the dining room staff to allow us to go in and have breakfast no charge then they rushed to have our rooms prepared so we could go in early helped with directions and local transport which would be best for us at the time. Then the first night we wanted to boil the jug to make a cup of tea but there wasn't a power point so we had to carry it to the bathroom We rang service desk for milk and when they bought it up my husband told them about the power point. We went out touring around the next day and when we got back they had put in a power point near the jug. Nothing is to much trouble. Very well positioned to shops and Metro. Buses. Taxis loved it.

Clean a lace with ok staff… It was a ok place to spend the night but could have bin better as its part of such a huge company.

Good hotel with pool on the roof. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room also swhr nice and good mattresses. Very close to Metro Union Station. For converted €60 in double room genuinely recommended.

I have visited Landmard Hotel twice firts is a weding reception wherein I was an Emcee and the second time was Me and my friends visited to try the resto with videoke in ground floor, the place is quite good and the food were good as well, we had enjoyed the videoke after our dinner. The staff is approachable I wpuld recommend to my friends whenever they need a place for an event or bday celebration.

Stayed there for a 3 nights. Place was clean. Beds are comfortable AC was great. Easy to get from the airport, very close to the tube. Lots of shops and places to eat around. Staff was helpful and nice. Overall a good experience :)

Nice hotel. Check in was very slow and only hot water in the tap, got told they don't have a cooling station. So if you like boiling hot showers this is a place to stay. Swimming pool is on top of the building and it is very small the space around the pool is small too and without any shade. Location is good next to the shopping centre and a 24h shop.

The first thing I want to say! — The hotel is not 4 star, but only 2! Went with her husband in December 2017 for the first time. This hotel chose because it read that it was recently built, so there must be everything clean. In fact-the furniture is old, flooring on the floor is all stained, and as a bathroom? … Long to describe, say in short-no even toothbrushes! I am currently in this hotel, it is just a nightmare. For 4 stars does not draw a maximum of 1. There is no transfer to the beach, although the travel agency said that there is. He's not here. Very convenient location. Near to Union station. Only 5 stops on the metro to the Trade Centre. Ghurair shopping centre just across the road. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Good breakfast.

Parking access is quite cramped, so if you have a longer car/suv then it's better to park outside the hotel.

The staff was helpful when we needed an extra bed and set us up quickly. Decent breakfast. On the return trip, Omar set us up with a very nice room. Very friendly staff.

I recently had an event hosted here and sadly it wasn't a good experience at all. Location-wise, it's very good. Price is not that bad either but the banquet service is below standard, something I would not expect from a hotel with their current rating. Rest rooms weren't clean with foul smell that seems to be coming out from the water tank. Food was bad, either it was too salty or way too blant. Fish fillet served was too salty and soggy that it falls apart before it reaches your plate. Macaroni salad is blant, grilled chicken is still bloody red, graham cake were served in limited quantities (which was supposed to be proportionate as to the number of guests charged), we were even served with what seems to be an unfinished cake with bits and pieces of graham soaked in sweetened milk just to make up for the servings missed. Will I ever book an event here again? I guess not anymore. Would I recommend this hotel to friends? In terms of food, NEVER.

Good for the value of money, the parking is horrible and can be very difficult to enter with big cars. The reception took more than 30 minutes to check us in and we've been waiting in the loby for long and its crowded and did not get any offers for something to drink as the weather is hot.
