Very unprofessional staff, they have nothing to do with with the art of hotelery. Mainly the Egyptian manager, he is there for nothing. He knows how to talk only to prostitues who come for a night. But with respectful people, he is so indifferent. I have come there many times for work as I moved from Dubai and I can't drive at night. But really disappointed with the poor customer service. The only good thing about this hotel is its location only.

Accesible place and clean room. But they dont allow visitors of hotel guests to come up the room.

Good place at the heart of the amezing city of Dubai. The rooms are good and the you can book in advance or even at once. Their service is good with well behaved employees. The aitport is just 7 minutes away from it. The popular Deira city centre takes abour 10 minutes to resch. They serve morning breakfast but the foods were not do good. They have a small rooftop swimming pool which I did not like!

Toilet are not clean sink are broken.

Poor sanitation… Bathroom sink unclean from previous guests. Bed is too old to feel the spring on your back while sleeping. Foam furniture needs replacement too dirty.

This is the worst hotel I had ever checked in. We just went here last weekend, March 2 for overnight stay. All the pictures on their website or posted were exactly opposite in real. No coffee heater, took so long to deliver. Phone was not working properly. The worst part was no visitor allowed even for just quick visit. I had to let my poor friend waited outside the hotel bec even at the lobby emirates id is required.

Place as a place, quite consistent with its purpose. 3 minutes to Metro, inexpensive restaurants across the street.
The staff are friendly and smiling, all speak English, but… All equipment is in the correct condition, except TV. But this is a common song for similar places. Everyone considers himself the best adjuster…
The channel list consists of 30, including one Russian. We tried to find him for two days, then we turned to a specialist who came in 10 hours instead of 2 promised minutes. Worst place to stay. They dont even allow guests inside rooms for a little while. You cannot come and meet your guests in their rooms if they are staying here. More like a hostel.

Very good hotel good location opposite Aros Damascus Restaurant, behind REEF Mall, Salah al din metro station 2 minutes walking distance, 24 hours supper market close by all eating & shopping walkable distance. I definitely recommended this hotel.

I have not been there before. But I read is 150 aed or 190 per day. If it is true, than I am coming this weekend.

I wanna express how disappointing this hotel. Really hated it. The first ever hotel that I got a worst kind of hotel treatment I ever had in my life. I went there unexpected, we were roaming the city for the whole afternoon because our flats was currently on pest control, then suddenly I got a terrible migraine that I need a place to stay for a couple of hours, There we decided to had a check in the nearest hotel to my place which happen to be this hotel, dream palace, So to make the story short, we came to the hotel, 7 people. Original plan is to get a room and the rest will enjoy the place while were killing the time while were waiting for the time to depart the place and return to our flats. We came about 5pm and original plan to go back home about 7pm, nearly 2 hours only to stay. This is because I am in terrible migraine. We talk to the reception if we could get a room 7 people but wont stay all, some will leave, only few will remain or eventually all will check out at 7. I requested for 2 bed, which the reception gave us. When we reach the 5th floor room 508 to be exact, I go bed right away and I don't spend single minutes to talk with my housemates. Apparently, some went down and so when I woke up about 7, were only 3 left and 1 is wanting to leave soon too.

Good hotel to stay in good conditions. A good geographical location. Close and Metro and the Mall and grocery stores and cafes. Is located in the fillipinskom quarter — for me plus TC around ordinary people) it features a rooftop pool and a place to rest. Quite decently fed. But in the sink was a small head water and wash it problemotično. The window can be opened only with lateral rooms (I had a corner) on the smokers are possible inconvenience. I quite liked the hotel.

This hotel is located in the old district of Deira, young people where to go especially not where. We have spent our Familineausflug (4 persons) for 9 nights in Dubai in this hotel. The booking worked without any problems about HRS. We had the following Zimmerkosntellation:
* 1 DOUBLE ROOM
* 2 EZ
Went at night arrived at the airport's taxi 10 minutes directly to the hotel. The hotel has seven floors and is located directly on the Al Murraqabat road. Opposite is a wonderful Syrians (Aroos Damascus restaurant) which I can heartily recommend to anyone. There you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The checkin worked immediately and allocated, we were given our room within minutes. My room was the 514.
First impression of the room:
I opened the room chip card and almost threw me: the stench was unbearable. It smelled moldy and after welding. The Cabinet roch also terribly, so I conceded my clothes do not. All aired only once on the bed set: spring, comfortable.
Allergic reaction
The rooms are equipped with an old carpet and with my dust allergy I had evening to swollen nasal passages and rashes on the arms. Not to be recommended for people with allergies
Room service:
The room was not really convincing. Times he forgot the room completely (I slept till 10 in the morning typically), even he had no toilet paper, times he exchanged the towels not
Broken toilet:
There was my bath under water after each wash cycle.

Very good hotel, in a good spot, next to everything, love the restaurant across the street, the reef mall, and other stores. People in the front desk very friendly and helpful, wish to come back soon. I travel to Dubai with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary and our stay was very pleasant. thank you guys.

Everything's ok. But only Wi-Fi's not free and very expensive.
