I stayed in a suite few weeks ago. I have to say it was an amazingly experience. Staff second to none was certainly a treat. I can’t wait to plan my next stay and relax in this beautiful atmosphere.

Great luxury city Hotel with a nice pool area at the 6th. Floor. Very good Food and Beverage Outlets, nice rooms great staff and directly connected with the Metro! Highly recommended.

Spacious and modern rooms. Housekeeping great. Pool is gorgeous. We are staying half board — loads of choice at breakfast — the Ballaro restaurant for breakfast and lunch is Fantastic especially the deserts at lunch — best deserts we’ve ever had!

Ambience. Stay. Room. Awesome time. Fab food. Overall awesomeness.

We are checking out today and sad to leave. The hotel is stunning and so clean. Every single staff member we have met are so friendly, go above and beyond to make you feel so welcome and relaxed. Me and my husband worked for Hilton years ago for many years and this definitely is a top class hotel. To the hotel manager you should be very proud of your amazing staff. We chose the Conrad for a New Years get away due to it being near to all the must see sights! The service and the people were excellent and the environment was picturesque with palm trees and waterfall. The spa and gym was one of the best I have been too on my travels around the world… Would most definitely stay at the Conrad again.

Really disappointed. Lovely hotel and I have a lovely room with a view of the gulf. What really let’s this hotel down is the service. The staff here do not offer a 5 * service. I’ve been here for 4 days spending my time at the pool and I have not had any member of staff approach me to ask if I need anything. I’ve had to prompt staff to clear the table after lunch and at breakfast chase staff to get me a cup of tea. Yesterday I had to ask 3 times after the first 2 requests were not actioned. I had to ask the concierge for assistance and he couldn’t of been less interested to help me if he tried. I usually stay at The Address Boulevard when in Dubai and the service there is exceptional. Really feel let down. Such a Shame as I’ve stayed at The Conrad in Hong Kong a number of times and that was great. Please train your staff and ask them to be more pro active with guests, and please ask them to smile one in a while, it makes such a difference!

There are Friendly Staffs and well organized fine dining. Especially, it serves best view to look down on Skyline of Dubai.

The pool is very nice. Not too big, but is ok. Room big, bed super comfortable.

It's good staff is more friendly.

Convenient as it is at walk able distance from Union Metro Station. Also it is at the center of Dubai. Al Ghurair City is at three minutes walk from the hotel. Also Rigga road it starting from where the hotel is located. The facilities are ok or in other words it is worth and value for the money.

The water flowing from the hot water crane is slightly warmer than the cold water tap. Friendly staff. Clean up every day, all right. Close to Metro. The neighborhood is noisy. The street Zasrataja.

I had a vacation in March. The location is very good, and the city buses are also very comfortable. The hotel is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. A litre of water brings the maid's room daily. Clean and tidy. The hotel is very small and comfortable. Food is not as diverse as in Turkey or Greece, but it's always fresh. Rooftop pool small. The beach is not available. Driving on the city bus С28 on Al Mamzar for 3 dirhams approximately 35 minutes. This is the nearest beach. The hotel is good for those who are slightly in small rooms. The tour offers a guide to the same price as the local tour.

I am there with my family on 14 December 2016 to 23 December 2016 hotel staff's are good and friendly nicely clean rooms.

Stay at the Jonrad on 2nd to 4th sept 2016 very nice and clean hotel. Very friendly staff and always willing to be of positive service. Really enjoyed our stay there and will book again on our next visit. The porter very very helpfull, really love this hotel.
