If you want a luxury holiday feeling then go to this hotel. The staff and the hotel are indeed 5. The surrounding hotel's are also first class. Been here before and will come again.

This place is really good. Rooms are arranged in ‘villas’ with a few rooms each with pool and outside areas. On site butler/concierge was so helpful for bookings and advice. And you get access to the whole Jumeirah area inc. Pools, private beach, wild wadi etc. Loved the little boats that transport you around.

The moment we walked through the doors we knew this was pure luxury. The room is amazing and staff are well equip to help in anyway. The shear design of this resort will blow your mind. So many restaurants and activities for the whole family. Came in August which temps soar to 46°c but didn't find it that bad. January to April is the busy times. The quality of the room finishes are outstanding and the 60 square meter rooms are massive. If your coming to dubai with the family you should definately come to this resort.

The hotel is one of the best in Dubai! Everything is at the height from the moment of arrival and to the moment of departure! The grounds are very big, beautiful! It is possible to move, as on foot, also on a buggy and on a boat! Quiet and calm, in a word it is a paradise! You get a full relaxation! The staff is very nice and welcoming, all smiling that cheers up! There are many restaurants on the territory, about 40 PCs. OK and everyone can find what you want. Not cheap though, but you can always go outside the hotel. The concierge at the villa will always pick up and reserve everything you need, arrange a transfer! The beach is the best, the sand is clean, the sunbeds are new, the towels are always clean!

Amazing hotel. The Butler was so helpful with making reservations and keeping us hydrated while we were at the pool. There was a large assortment of food and the staff was always happy to help. The buggies and boats were very helpful when getting around the resort. Would definitely recommend and go back again in the future.

What a fantastic hotel with amazing views from the room. I really enjoyed my daily workouts in the gym, they have great classes too. Definitley the best place to stay at.

The Arabian Summerhouse offers guests views of the lush gardens and water taxis over the fresh seawater ways. The 29 Summerhouse's are complete with private pools exclusively for guests of Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf. In the evenings enjoy complimentary pre-dinner drinks in the Majlis of the individual Summerhouse's, the courtyard of the Summerhouse is the perfect place to enjoy a pre-dinner drink.   Guests can relax on the private beach, swimming pools or enjoy complimentary access to Wild Wadi Water Park. The traditional water taxis will transport you throughout the resort, from your room to the restaurants and beach.   Take a trip to the Souk Madinat, spend your afternoon browsing the shops or enjoy an array of cuisines available throughout the resort accompanied by innovative cocktails.

The place is just amazing. Best location in town with a view towards Burj al Arab and the open sea. The beach is very nice, the sand is soft and clean. The color of water is beautiful. The promenade is good for walks to enjoy the evening of morning breeze. Plenty of restaurants to enjoy the day. The pools are good and clean. Recommend!

This hotel doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating! We came to Dar al masyaf to celebrate my sisters 10th bday, we have booked a gulf summer house for the night. There has been a great deal of communication over emails involved when we tried to arrange for the room decorations and early check in at 11, everything has been agreed upon, due to some circumstances we were late, I came at 1, and what was I told? that the room isn't ready. After some words were exchanged we were "upgraded" to the ocean summer house. Now decorations. We asked to make sure that the room is filled with balloons (we never saw it, so they could have suggested a number that would be sufficient) anyway we went with 25 balloons — they were hung in a bunch of 3 all over — it looked anything but festive, and the balloons were on the floor before end of day! we also asked for a banner, that cost a pretty penny, ha! it wasn't hanging as my sister walked in! it fell down and wouldn't stay on and it was just some glitter words — as in my sister would have done a better job at making one! flowers were nice, so was the card but the cake — was old — we found an army of ants on it! fruit "basket" was a plate with 2 bananas, 2 oranges and an apple, is that a joke? no champagne was ready as we walked in — we had to ask for it 3 times, the bag (a luggage Hermes Kelly bag) was damaged by the porters! there were no hangers in the closets and only 4 earbuds for a family of 4 for 2! days!

Wonderful hotel, in every way. Facilities are second to none and nothing is too much trouble. Great array of restaurants and a lovely location on Jumeirah Beach. Highly recommended should you be spending a few days in Dubai.

Superb Villa with nice majlis. Room are spacious with very comfortable bed. In the evening there is an happy hour with free drinks. The butler service is attentive to your every need. Because the resort is huge the best way to move around is the buggy. The shuttle boat is also a nice way to visit the resort.

From the moment you reach this hotel you know you are in Dubai, the warm friendly staff great you with refreshments, we stayed in the Arabian Summerhouse — Deluxe Arabian Room which you get to by taking a short boat ride. The rooms were very nice, you get a shared butler, massive bath rooms, happy hour drinks in the multi room foyer. There are enough restaurants here that you would need a week of lunch and dinners to get through just the ones that serves your tastes. The pool is great with enough spaces to chill out or be in the mix of the action. Onsite shopping for anything you need. What really sets this hotel was the staff. Even though all from a different country they are very professional and once you have a bit of a joke with then they are incredibly friendly. I definitely would go back.

Come be treated like kings and queens! Wow! Beautiful facility and excellent service! Just be prepared… check-in process is loooong… from the time you enter the hotel til you get into your room takes about 30 minutes. And LOVE the abras (boat transport)!

This is my second stay. Make sure you get the room with lagoon view. What a relax! Jumeirah usually amazing such you live at Disney Resorts.

5 stars is a minimum score I can give to this luxury hotel with friendly staff. It was impressive experience to stay at Dar Al Masyaf, you feel royal Arabic ambiance with Venice water ways!
