Luxurious hotel with every possible amenity you can think about. Like everything else in Dubai, the place is an engineering marvel. The breakfast was so American that I wondered if I m in US. Most of the operations staff are Indians who were very friendly. The Arabs in the staff didn't too happy with what they were doing. Nice place to stay.

It's just unbelievable place. I'm amazed by its territory — green and so big, with a curvy river and wonderful beach. When you are there — you feel like you are a part of Arabian fairy tale…

Beautiful hotel with excellent service ☀️ Staff is always here to help you and knows exactly what you need and want. The villas are always clean and very cozy and are made with style. It’s beach is the most perfect one in Dubai, the view is amazing, the sea is clean and the sand is incredibly white You may find very good restaurants and bars in the complex, as well as traditional market souk, which will make you feel Arabian atmosphere ✨ Would recommend this both for the families with children and for romantic couples holidays. ❤️

The security is place is very rude. Everything is overpriced. Only recommended for single people.

Nice and pleasant place to visit, has a beautiful private beach with always calm and fresh water.
A very large pool well heated with its cafette and its swimming supervisors all around.
Several activities are available on the beach that we are very young or sporty there for all levels.
I recommend for families and people looking for a private and quiet place.

Fantastic 5 star hotel in Dubai. It's situated on the beach and has water ways running through its grounds with complimentary boat taxis taking you to and from your rooms and restaurants and its sister property. Aesthetically it is one of Dubai's best hotels. Next door to you will find the souk Madinat which is an arabian themed and designed mall, with a range of shops and more restaurants and bars. And the other side of that is another hotel called Mina salaam. This is a great hotel and its quality will spoil you for other 5 star hotels around the world.

For me the best hotel in Dubai. Impressive luxury! Restaurant all very good! And the rooms are very spacious and beautiful. The staff is really dedicated and folds in 4 for you. I have spent the most RESTful holidays for years. The service is just amazing: beach or we give water, ice, on your Deckchair, service cleaning sunglasses… paradise. The buffet of the hotel without going through the restaurants is the best that jMai or do in my life. No hesitation. Take this address in Dubai.

Has several nice restaurants and a small mall/shopping plaza attached. Is surrounded by canals with boats that will give you a free ride. Has nice Arab architecture that mimics wind towers of ancient settlements.

Amazing place. We had gone there to visit a restaurant. Amazing interiors and superb ambience. We took an Abra to go to the restaurant. Classy interiors and very polished staff.

Love it! The atmosphere. The architecture of the place. Very vintagy but at the same time very clean and modern. The Lounge/restaurant there is amazing. And they have very fresh tasty sushi.

Fabulous resort with impressive grounds and pools. We went for Friday brunch and the food and drink flowed all afternoon! The selection was amazing and the quality impressive. I was so impressed by the hotel im looking to stay here next year.

One of the best staycations in Dubai. Old style villas, Abra boats to ferry you around and a very helpful staff. It's like living in the center of Dubai yet away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Place is green, kid friendly and has lot of activities. Beach side is amazing. Recommend if you are looking to enjoy luxury without going out of the country.

Great Hotel facility "Madinat Jumeirah". We were already 6 times here and always great and new to experience.

Certainly one of the most beautiful resort you I know, it's the combination that's so special. Location, super friendly, clean, good food, plenty to see and experience. It is luxury which also has a price, I personally find the price ratio absolutely OK. The house was opened in 2004 and of course the tooth of the time gnaws in some place, but it tries to keep everything in order. The highlight is certainly the beach and the garden area. Service on the beach, internet on the beach very attentive staff. There are few hotels that can offer all this, and then the price is relativized.

We have been there many times and dealing with people is simply pleasant one is accepted as a foreigner.

This is a hotel complex of the finest, not new but very luxurious. It consists of the hotel and many bungalows in a spacious garden area stretching out to the sea and the private beach.
The hotel and the bungalows are operated around the clock with small electric vehicles that you can take anywhere in the facility for free, there are hardly any waiting times. The facility is also connected with canals on which small boats bring you to your destination. No matter whether lunch or dinner, someone will always bring you there.
Also running is very pleasant, everything can be "run" in about 20 minutes. All other hotels and restaurants in the area belong to the same hotel group so you don't have to pay cash anywhere, just sign it. I really can recommend this facility!

Great spacious rooms, unlimited views. Many restaurants and bars to eat out. Great people and convenient location. Great architecture. U find Abra to go around the canal.

In the hotel cafeteria you can enjoy a nice terrace, with great views, ideal for a drink during the day even if you are not staying in the hotel.

Beautiful and luxurious Hotel where to stay, in the entrance to the property you can see sculptures of monumental gilded corsets, all arranged in different positions, giving dynamism to the place and invites to pass the visitor, on the back side you can view the Sea with bushy palm trees and an amazing view of the Burj Al Arab, the attention is very excellent and the customer service is very prestigious, I recommend seeing, you will be dazzled to such a magnificent place, you enjoy it!

I have come here regularly since 2007, almost weekly when I am in town. It is my favorite place for a sunset coffee or drink. Try the Bounty in Koubba bar, very tasty, or a hazelnut latte on the veranda. Pierchic has great seafood and views, actually all restaurants are good and somewhat good value for money. The full moon yoga event on the beach is definitely worth participating in, as is the daily sunset yoga. If you can afford a visit to the spa I can recommend that as well. You can park your car here and either have a drink or such to cover the parking fee and then walk over to Madinat Jumeirah. Great spot for weddings.

This is an extremely nice hotel. Rooms are a good size with excellent amenities. Great sized bathroom with a good shower. Beds are comfortable, with nice duvet and pillows. There is a lack of storage space for clothes, however, the hotel was happy to bring us an extra hanging rail. The staff in the Club lounge were lovely, very helpful and accommodating. The only drawback to this area is that at times it was full of kids, and they were not made to behave appropriately, which made the space noisy, and not very relaxing. The pool was fab, however, I would say that some guests seemed to be allowed to reserve sunbeds, which was against the rules. Set out. When we asked the pool staff about this, they advised they could do this for us for an additional fee (! ) — not quite what I expected. Restaurants are fab and plenty of choice — very high-quality food. All in all, I loved it here and had a very nice holiday. Would definitely trave back here.

Beautiful place with an excellent service. Staff is very friendly and competent. Wonderful beach with beautiful view and incredible sand. Very good restaurants and bars within the complex. The villas are made with style and are maintained very clean. The guest care is going into details. Would recommend this both for family with children and for couples.

Very nice place. Great position, great content of shops, bars and restaurants. Visited Belgium beer bar: great choice oh famous Belgium brands beers, good food, but music could be better and air ventilation is almost zero (tobacco smoke bights)

Al Qasr, the name says it all. The palace, is a very classy part of Jumeirah resorts. The architecture takes visitors way back to the olden Arabic style architecture. It is grand just like everything else in Dubai. The rooms are nicely decorated with a matching Arabian theme; and are extremely clean. The staff can make you feel like a VIP all the time, no matter what room you choose to stay at. Al Qasr offers a range of restaurants to choose from. My all times favorite is the Friday Brunch they have. During the winter or pleasant weather, the buffet extends outdoors. It is still great at summer times, where you'll find a big selection of food from around the world to choose from.

Jumeirah has to take some action or have some check point on *KHAYAMAT AL BAHAR*. I have visited twice, both dinner, coffee and Tea. 1. The coffee and tea which was served, seems like ordered before by some other and than cancelled. Me, my father and mother just had it all in one sip. My father even spoke to manager that the coffee was like room temp water. 2. English tea served but without Milk. After asking 3 times the Milk was served, but till than tea was almost finished. 3. The menu. On the very first page at the top is a combination of different kababs and Labenese food which Cost AED: 220/=and serve 4 Person. And if you are 4 person and order 1 of that, they dont serve you. Infact they say sir you have to order 4 of this Menu which cost 220. We dont take order 1. I said we are 4 person and its written for 4 person. But though they didn't take my order. This 2 STAR which I have given them is for atmosphere and surroundings. Its a great and very attractive place to visit specifically in the evenings.

For me, still one of the best hotel in Dubai. The location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel, although built more than a decade ago, is perfectly maintained and has a unique gulf culture charm. The outdoor facilities are world class and the design is an absolute success.

Great staycation or family holiday or romantic hotel with all amenities. First class luxury hotel. Rooms and facilities top of class and as one expects from the Jumeirah Group. When you stay here you can enjoy all the facilities of the sister Jumeirah hotels with access by buggy or waterway abra. Massive choice of eating and drinking options and can charge to room even from Neighbour hotels like Mina A' Salaam and Al Nassem. Only issue is that the initial reception could be quicker and warmer and more accommodating. However be that as it may worth a try to enjoy first class experience.

Best brunch in Dubai so far. Amazing selection. Good location to move further into the night.

Balcony bar (off the lobby) is a great place to relax in the evening and watch the burj al arab change colour…
