Had stayed there a while ago. Excellent hotel with traditional hospitality. Rooms were clean and the staff was caring. Food was great, especially the morning breakfast.

The ambiance is very lovely and relaxing, staff are very friendly.

Pullman City Center Hotel is a lovely place to stay, thanks to reception, Juan made our check-in smooth and nice! Loved spacious rooms with a view, polite and friendly staff, roof top swimming pool, and adjacent shopping mall was a bonus 👌 we chose it based on location and it was a perfect choice!

Excellent location in Deira very close to DXB airport. Clean. Decent service. The main advantage is the position.

Everything was excellent, breakfast, gym, swimming pool, attention to staff, a very quiet atmosphere, and comfortable and the wonderful thing is that the shopping center is right there, as soon as you leave the hotel, you are already inside the shopping center where you can buy everything.

I was given the noisiest room in the Hotel, room 616, right across the lift, it seems that people think that is the place do have a chat as loud as possible while waiting for the lift, also when I arrived there was no one available to park my car, even if this is advertised and eventually some guy told me it is self parking, only to find the next day that I have received a AED 150 parking fine, when I queried it, I was told that they forgot to tell me there is free parking inside and that I should have received a access card for the parking garage. I must say, my experience with this Hotel was not acceptable and I will definitely not return to this place. Its just one of those places that you regret you have ever visited, I will not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Amazing friendly service. I enjoyed the stay very much. Perfect housekeeping. Only thing I have to complete is the noise you can hear from outside. But it was worth it because of the beautiful view over Dubai creek. And at least the location with direct access to the mall is excellent.

Unfortunately worth experience ever, we have confirmed through the phone that they have live section once we arrived at the restaurant call Medley we went and we ordered our fresh grilled items which takes forever and so far did not arrived at all we ask the staff and the answer was sorry it’s all finished with badly manner we went to the person who is responsible for the restaurant and he seemed like does not have claws and kept apologizing so what so ever what makes me very disappointed that they kept serving the table around us with the things was not available for us. This really needs to be looked after and I will appreciate if you will not confirm and food or special cooking through the phone to avoid such bad experience like we did have.

Very nice hotel, close to airport and linked to city center mall which you can access easily. Nearby the metro station which you can access through the mall. The staff is great and all of them helpful and service is good. The price is good when you compare to many five stars hotels in Dubai. Some of the rooms have nice view which is nice too.

La Fabrique is one of the coolest sports bar in Dubai and hospitality is really superb. Place is more beautiful with having coolest staff like Kasun who is so friendly and prompt in serving the customers. This hospitality forces us for not finding any other place to have fun, but to come only here. Though the dish tastes delicious, it’s always the toppings which attracts the customers ; i. E. Staff like Kasun who is so dedicated and polite with us makes to choose this place again and again to visit. All the very best La Fabrique and a BIG THANK to Kasun for the superb service.

Very close to DXB airport. Taxis at night drove less than 10 minutes (about 10 dollars). The room is spacious, everything is there, there is nothing to complain about. Iron, board, kettle, coffee machine and consumables to them. Lots of free bottled water (if it's not there, it's a big problem when sitting at night). We had a breakfast buffet included, but lots of hot dishes. From the hotel entrance to the shopping center, through which you can pass and get to the subway.

Art of spice night which was a delight & very nice! Spice requires a fine balance to bring a dish alive. This was what is done at Medley Art of Spice night! I had gone there with a close my buddy. Medley art of spice night is an Indian themed cuisine buffet with tongue tickling appetizers like panni puri to kebabs & main highlight main courses like biryani! They have got a huge spread of classic Indian sweets like gajjar halwa gulab jamun, chum chum & firni, shahi tukda. For folks who like desserts they have mini cheesecakes & French sweet delicacies. My personal favorites from the huge spread of buffet are the lamb chops, chicken tikka, chicken biryani & butter chicken. And one simple dish, so simple & delicious that I had to take over 2 servings — Daal & chawal. To end the meal we were served so kadak chai. It wasn’t the best nor the worse. Just good fresh kadak chai. I would like highlight the excellent service we received. Located in Pullsman Creek Hotel, Medley is a beautiful restaurant that expertises at various cuisines. They have theme nights on Thursday & Fridays. Thursdays have a Seafood Buffet and Fridays is 'Art of Spice" which has an extensive buffet with a lavish Indian spread.
We were here for the Desi night on Friday & were greeted warmly by the staff dressed in Indian attire.
Firstly, the manager took us through the entire menu & restaurant explaining the concept to us and then escorted us to a table. This shows that their service is amazing. We were greeted with a refreshing Mango Lassi which was really delicious. Chaat Counter
The Chaat Counter has a beautiful set up and a decent range of Chaat. We had some Pani Puri & Papdi Chaat from the many options they have. It was yummy! Salad Station
For all those salad lovers, this place has quite an array to choose from. I loved the Chicken Salad and the Lentil Salad. Starters
I prefer starters more than the main course and they have a great range to make me happy. They have a live counter for starters which are made right there in front of you.
Fish Amritsari was really tasty, other than that there was Chicken Tikka, Malai Paneer, Aloo Tikki and Lamb Chops. The Aloo tikka & the chicken Tikka were really soft. Loved the Flavor! Main Course
They have an elaborate range of Indian Signature Main Course Dishes like Palak Paneer, Biryani, Butter Chicken, Aloo Ghosht.

PR not say the best service in Dubai I will say one of the best. His Staf and excellent his forgetting a certain Farid and Youcef.

Great atmosphere and not far from airport. Taxi cost 10 UAE with is nearly 3$. Front desk are friendly and very helpful when requested a roll a bed for my little girl. Nice bed, clean room and loved the shower. 2 water bottles every day. Great mall next to the hotel with everything you can imagine. Concierge was excellent. Some places are too dear but mostly good shopping experience.

It's really strange for me to rate this hotel the lowest, for me I stayed there almost 20 times over the past 3 years. First the good points, 5 minutes from the airport, polite staff every single one. The hotel is attached to a huge mall with metro station at the mall gates. Now the bad things, dull rooms, the hotel's public areas are play grounds for running screaming kids. To get a taxi it takes 5 minutes minimum, but that has improved over time. The smoking floor and rooms are rotten need someone to one the windows every now and then. For what make me hate this place, is a 500 $ Cartier belt that was stolen from my room. I couldn't do any thing as I found out this hours before my flight. As for the hotel personal including the duty manager, the only thing they did was to try to prove me wrong. I came to dubai for a relaxing short break, now I am going home feeling terrible.

Everything was explained well. Staff well trained. Service was excellent. Staff always greeted continiously and always with a smile. Very central. Close to the airport, Shopping mall and train station. Its the best situation for a short visit you could imagine.

My stay here was absolutely fabulous… My kids loved it. Breakfast OK not too much variety… They didn't want to give me an early check in unfortunately… Yet I requested it prior… The location was good as it's based in a mall and metro station not too far as u walking through the mall. Wear comfy shoes…

Perfectly located hotel. The hotel itself is attached to the Deira City Centre Mall and also very close to a train and bus station which makes everything convenient. The view from the room is kind of nice as well as you can see the Dubai skyscrapers from day to night. Rooms are nice and cozy and the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking appliances and wares. The food from room service are also nice specially the burgers.

Great place for conferences and meetings. This is where I'll be visiting for over 10 months on a monthly basis during 2018. Fantastic access, but very tricky roads. Drive very slowly so that you don't miss the correct GPS turn, else you'll keep going in rounds to reach this place.

Anytime I come to this hotel, alone or with family we are charmed by the elegance of the place, the decoration and cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast is delicious, the spa just wonderful and all the team is very attentional and of great courtesy. I like the "art friendly" side of the hotel who promote many local emerging artists and the attention they pay to little details, just to make the clients happy. I recommend this hotel from all my heart.

Pullman hotel is located in the center of the city very close to airports and metro stations. Right behind the city center deira mall. Had been to seminar here, the banquet facilities are pretty good. Neat and specious banquet halls and good food. The bathrooms were neat. They offer free Wi-Fi access. The staff were courteous. Been a good experience.

Perfect and reasonably priced hotel. Located right at the airport, with no one getting along. Everything Indubai is easily reachable from there by taxi — which is also affordable. Hotel is located over a large shopping mall. Here you get everything you need. In the hotel we booked only the breakfast offer. Which is highly recommended and is also served very extensively. At the mall you always get cheap lunch/dinner. Once we ate at the hotel dinner. Seafoot offer was the hammer. Always ask at the reception for coupons, because it may be that there is a 50% action. Hotel bar is also very recommendable, here you can relax the evening with an alcoholic beverage (unfortunately not inexpensive). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good location — close to the airport and next door to the mall. Great service everywhere. But there were few hairs in bathroom and overall cleanness might be better.

We stayed at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre for a day. We checked in early in the morning around 7 a. M and checked out next day around 6 A. M. The stay was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The view from our room was simply fantastic. We had breakfast and lunch at the Medley restaurant on the first floor. The breakfast was a disappointment for us. My wife and I are vegetarians and requested that the lady at the Omelette counter make a simple vegetable stir fry instead of adding the egg. The lady said that she cannot do that since she will need to add vegetables for multiple omelettes for the two of us. We have had vegetable stir fry done by the Omelette station in numerous hotels around the world and this is the first time somebody gave this excuse in a rather rude manner. This is the only reason for a 3 star instead of a 5 star rating for this hotel. We are hopeful that the hotel will fix such minor issues before our next visit.

Excellent hotel, perfect location just minutes from the metro station and connected to Deira City Centre Mall. Staff was tremendous, so pleasant & helpful. Especially Dina and John who assisted us during our stay and our itineraries. Clint from restaurant was also superb. Highly recommend this hotel! Will definitely come back!

When I checked in the reception was very cordial and ensured that I get in as quickly as possible. They briefed me politely on all the amenities. The concierge too was helpful. I love Pullman Deira City Centre Hotel. Been sleeping there for the past 4 years or so. My issue is with the bathroom. My rooms were 820 and 824 this time. Each morning when I open the tap in the bathroom in 820 and the bathroom in the hall, a yellowish water flows first before clear water comes through. The tap handle in the shower also comes off at times. Also there used to be a floor towel and a floor towel mat but now only the mat is available. Because of the design of the glass on the bath, the place gets wet so the towel helps better than the mat. Other than that, everything is ok. Love the place. I'm a hotelier so I know how difficult it can be at times but it can be done. You have lovely staff and loads of potential.

Our second stay at the Pullman Dubai we had such a great stay last time two years ago. Fantastic location close to the airport for the late night arrivals and late night departures. The late night check in and late night check out is a fantastic service. The very good shopping centre located next door to the hotel with access directly from the hotel (a great thing when the outside temperature is 40+) with the train station at the end of the shopping centre means you have easy access to the rest of Dubai. Or taxis at the front door. The hotel is top class with every facility you could want. Great restaurant, sports bar, travel desk and the most amazing staff. The service was faultless, we were only there for three days but the staff remembered our names, room number and cheerfully and professionally provided amazing service.

My stay with the family went very well. This is the fourth time I have come down to the Pullman during a stay in Dubai and I never regret it. Thanks to my Platinum status I was upgraded to the top category. I also had access to the Executive Lounge, which is very appreciable, with the opportunity to eat and drink throughout the day.
The staff at the hotel is in the small care at all times; They call you by your name, make sure you spend a pleasant stay and all that with a smile! In this respect I would like to highlight the remarkable work of the ladies who work at the Executive Lounge on the 11th floor. Thank you for their kindness and availability throughout our stay. Thanks also to the excellent Mr. Vijay who stirred up heaven and earth to help me find a lost item in the hotel.
The breakfast is just perfect, with a plethora of fresh produce, drinks and dishes that will satisfy an equally diverse and varied clientele. Thank you to Miss Marie who greeted us every morning and placed us at the table.
The only small thing I would have liked found at the hotel is a DVD player in the gym. Indeed, I am a fitness program on DVD and I would have liked to be able to follow my workout on the screen of the gym… Despite that I was able to use the numerous machines present on the spot for a complete workout.

I was very impressed by the standard of service exhibited by all the3 staff across the hotel. They were extremely helpful and obliging making our stay so very enjoyable. All the facilities and services are top-notch, a quality hotel, in a very handy location and with quite reasonable rates. All good!
