I stayed at this hotel for five nights on September 13th with family. The hotel is very quiet and has good staff. The proximity to the city center is excellent and everything needed is within easy reach of all major centers.

It’s a stunning hotel, big party w/c can accommodate lots of people and nice view indeed…

A great place to stay, service is amazing from check in till check out, nice restaurants with delicious food, bars, nightclub, pool. Even the location is great, close to everything you need or wanne do. Stayed there 2 times before, looking forward to the next time.

Yes I can vouch for this Hotel, My wife and I checked in for 6 nights, nice hotel, customer services awesome, Free breakfast selection variety, and it was yummy. Hotel is walking distance to train station, close to restaurants, really its appeared everything you need is there at your footsteps. In addition, there is a small Gym for working sweat or an appetite.

Great staff! And I definitely recommend their tapsilog for breakfast. Not only is it super affordable but talk about great quality and value-for-money!

Worst Stay Ever and very dissapointed hotel to stay! To the management and hotel staff in front office, Im not gonna use to make a bad comment to all the hotels I used to stay but this is very important day for me when I booked in avenue hotel al rigga, I invited my bestfriend to come over and stay overnight it was just happened that it was not informed that she is the one who gonna stay with me though I checked in with my fiancee who was the one registered to book unfortunately when my bestfriend came over and ask the room no. Thats the time the scenario happens that she is not allowed even just to visit and to stay for an hour to eat dinner and even I offer to pay extra and beg the front office manager to give a consideration but totally they stands their reasons about their system policy that I understand to consider but I was begging as a hotel guest who paid the room and experiencing their service but we end up checking out the same time at the same night that suppose to be celebrating my birthday it was unforgetable birthday gift but they ruined it anyway. Being working in a travel agency and 8 yrs in dubai handling corporate clients for hotels and planning to recommend actually but it is not recommendable at all and even not allowed visitors so dont you ever invite anyone if you want to stay. No wonder that there is a lot bad comments in this hotel that should pay attention whoever manage this hotel. Our mistake is we didnt read comments. It is just a waste of money.

Very good service. Staff is polite and cheerful. The room is medium size. Bed is very comfortable. And location is very well selected in main street in the city where a lot of different taste Restuarant are close to the hotel. Besides the metro is walking distance.

I've been in the Hawthorn room only where we held an event. The room is a good venue for small parties that may accommodate 50 to 60 people.

The staff is exceptionally friendly with a beautifully maintained lobby. The concierge service is fast and efficient. I was last here about a month ago and was impressed Emily not only recognized me but remembered my drink and my dinner order from last time. She is courteous funny and a pleasant reprieve from the chaos of a long day. If I could give more stars I would.

Hotel 10 minutes from the airport, believe me that for 7 nights, I spent sleepless nights because of the engines of planes in takeoff and landing, the chmbres are very small, the carpet smells bad, the decor dates from the last century, the curtains are Dirty and vêtustes, too many prostitutes circulating in the hotel at night, the kitchen is repetitive and not varied, anyway Dubai in general it is bling Bling, it is very hot in this country, there is nothing to see, everything is artificial, the people of Dubai are not Welcoming, you can see the Hindus everywhere, it's like India, the climate is suffocating, and in addition it is excessively expensive, it is a country not to visit and if we visit it 1 time believe me that you will return very disappointed and I will never come back out low! In addition the fridges are filled with alcohol and if you ever call the reception to have the bottles of alcohol removed, a categorical niet that you will hear, in short! It's mediocre all over DUBAI! Long live Algeria my beautiful country! Beautiful climate, superb temperature, Las low It is hell, I defy anyone who can walk in broad daylight in the morning more than 10 minutes outside, in addition their desert is awful, Vive TIMIMOUN, DJANET, TAMANRASSET! Ya Hassrah!

I've attended some events in this hotel. Their food and service are good. There's parking at the basement of the hotel.

Basic rooms are provided. They got a Filipino and Arabic bar inside. Its quite a good place to chill or should I say spend the after party for your weekend.

This is a fantastic hotel for the value and the location! This hotel is just off the Metro a block. After we realized that the metro was available we rode it everywhere we needed for $22 dirham/day unlimited rides. We saved our transport money so we could shop more! Friendly staff and clean rooms. They held our bags after we checked out without any additional charge.

Very nice hotel. I recommend it for everybody, the reception guy is amazing, professional and fast.

Good for the price. The rooms very quite clean however the bathrooms were not the best and the pool is nothing like in the pictures.

Pleasant stay for a New Years Eve trip, but the amenities weren't worth the price.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff was help. It was very easy to grab a cab out front or walk to various restaurants and shops in the area. There is also a metro stop very close by. The beds were a little stiff for my preference.

The rooms are clean and up to the standards. The staff are very helpful especially the bell boys. It has to pubs, a Philipino and an 'English' one. I dont know why it was called an English one though. The hotels in a convenient location with good food joints nearby and small supermarkets.

Good location, red stop metro 200mts, friendly helpful staff I arrived at 6am and they gave me an early room at 8am, rooms are clean and bathroom had a bath tub to soak in at end of busy tourist day. Range of shops and restaurants close buy serving good local foods, I felt safe and at ease in this area. (Solo female traveller) My only complaint is the bed was very hard. Will definitely stay here next visit.

It was very clean and the room was very nice. Wi-Fi included, courteous staff, room and bathroom a little dated and very stiff mattresses.
It is fine if used for a single night as it is close to the Metro for the airport.

Was very bad experrience over the phone! Trying to call since morning with the number given to me when I visited the place. I called to confirm the birthday booking party of my daugther I was answered A very rude named Cathy! (Filipina) she shoudn't be on that work! And because of her I would not proceed to celebrate the first birthday of my daugther on that place! Or never ever recomend at all! A lot of places who knows the customer value! They need telephonic and proper manners training! Its first time for me to hear that No Incharge / No Supervisor / No Managers on Duty!

Was good but the only think is the lowed music right on top of our room, can't really get to sleep till the music was finished and it's not good the staff are very help full good service all round… and protrude shouldn't be allowing to get in Ito the hotel,.

The staff are extremely helpful and all spoke excellent English. The reception, lounge & dinning room were attractive & comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide choice and was very tasty. However the room was scruffy, smelt of cigarettes and the door to the balcony & fresh air was crudely sealed with celotape. Every time we pulled the curtains runners came off till the curtains were hanging more off than on. We arrived at 2am and there is no ramp access so we had to struggle with our cases up the stairs. During the daytime there was plenty of staff available, however not suitable for dissabled.
