Nice rooms, good price. Long detour to get to the other side of Sheikh Zayed road and about 10min walk to the metro. Terrace is nice with lots of space to sit and chill. Lifts are slow.

It's billed as a 4 star but the service and quality of finish is ultimately poor. There are some lovely staff but the leadership isn't there. Breakfast is quite poor compared to your usual Dubai standard. The AC is flaky, the hot water can take ages to come through in the morning for your shower. The lifts take forever unless you're staying on a low floor, and the ever popular bars in the basement mean you'll be waiting longer than you need too because everyone in Dubai it too lazy to walk one flight of stairs. In case it is not obvious I am not a fan.

Perfect hotel. Easy to reach alot of places. Near 2 metro stations. Very good staff starting from reception to room service.

It's not four stars. We're tired of swearing to clean the room. The room is dirty. All the outrages in the reception did not react and sorry on the look of a beautiful hotel. But it's on the face of it.

Great area, good hotel, great rooms, lovely staff overall, though reception staff could be friendlier, reasonable room service cost, clean, spacious, good value for money for that part of town!

I am very dissappointed in this hotel. The pictures seemed fine when we booked the room but when we got here, first the room they gave us was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom that wasn’t ours, glasses were dirty, you could tell the doors of the closet hadn’t been cleaned because of all the fingerprints and the room didn’t have a trash can. Then over the course of our stay the cleaning service was the worst. The sheets of the bed would look like no one had moved them underneath the top one. We never got the trash can we needed, the curtains were intact as if no one moved them for cleaning and carpet was full of little trash pieces. It made me doubt if the towels we used were clean or not. If I ever come back to dubai I would bever in a million years consider staying at the Armada Bluebay.

Overall a nice experience, the rooms are clean and the location is great being at 300 meters between the Metro stop Damac properties and Jumeira towers. Rooms with balcony, pool and gym facilities included in the price.

A nice, not very expensive place, with a great view. The pool, the gym, the restaurants, everything is there.

A decent 4 star property in JLT area. The rooms are reasonable, the bathroom is relatively small, particularly bathing area is not convenient. The bed is good and comfortable. The breakfast spread is reasonable. Hotel has disabled friendly access. Wheelchair accessible lift available. Rooms have safe. I did not find iron box or board. Work table and proper lighting available. You can find taxi outside the hotel.

Clean, deliciously fed and suitcase will be brought, class.

Nice Hotel. But lift is quite busy and slow. Might not be motivated to go out if your room is on one of the higher floors.

It is located in the Marina area. Nearby is the harbour and there is a beach. Very elegant, too bad that their concierges do not speak any Spanish, and we could barely communicate with English.

Honest review and fair. I stayed for one day in weekend at suite room. Let's talk about the good things first 1. The room size for the price is good. 2. Comfortable bed and pillow ofc not like 5 stars hotel but still good and I slept well. 3. Bathroom is in good size and the shower also nice. 4. Bedroom size is good for the price and actually very good. 5. Sitting area also comfortable with the size. 6. The AC was cold and I love it. 7. Clean room. 8. So many restaurants and coffee and also supermarket near u. Now about the bad things that I noticed it just in one day 1. Parking service only one man and they told u to keep ur car out till someone take it and I was surprised after 15 minutes its still out and eng still working and my key was inside! So yeah that was worst parking service till I come down to complain and waiting for someone collect it ans there is no self service. 2. Check in long queue as few counter just 2. 3. Elevator was 3 but very slow I dont know why. 4. Customer service if u wana call them they will never answer even at 12am I was trying to call no one answer no customer service and housekeeping also. 5. The service if u ask something like water boiling machine as its not available in room even in suite u need to keep calling and if ur lucky its will transfer to the person to his mobile phone and maybe he will answer and u need to wait long to get what u want actually I slept while waiting. 6.

Though this hotel is not 5 stars, the service and rooms are great, and the veiw from the balcony is stunning, especially in evening.

Very bed customer service and useless reception staff. Room ac was not working and called 6 times reception but they dont care and didnt fix the problem. i dont recommend anyone to book in this hotel.

This is the worst experience I ever have in my life and I don’t think I will face worse than this experience They don’t know what does mean the customer service. You cannot imagine how rude is the front office it feels that they pays you money to stay at their hotel. I have six days reservation but I cannot stay till the end even my booking was unrefundable I had moved to different hotel. I came to Dubai to enjoy my vacation so I don’t want to disturb my relaxation trip WATCH OUT WARNING don’t stay in this hotel if you are planning to enjoy and relax in your trip.

Hotel comfortable and Wi-Fi very fast. Rooms very spacious but must improve on cleanliness and customer care.

Nice Hotel and spacious room with good service and attention. It has a swimming pool with solarium very enjoyable. Breakfast acceptable that could be supplemented. Very close to the bay and shopping center but very difficult to access if there is no vehicle that is in front of the huge highway that separates it from both. Is far away from the rest of the tourist attractions. There is a supermarket next to it that allows you to make small purchases.

Nice affordable place near JBR walk and beach. Make sure you request a room with a city view, and be patient with check in staff, checking in could take some time.

Went for iftar at this hotel. I have never experienced such an awful iftar in my life. The variety and amount of meals was poor. The food smelled not well, looked not presentable. The food tasted very bad, so even couldnt swallow it. The only one thing which was okay from the whole restaurant suggested, was pasta, however the size of portion was maybe counted for a kid 2 years old. Cant say about the hotel in general, but the food is very bad. Moreover it was overpriced. Do not waste your time and money for this place.

Good hotel good breakfast but far from the metro and marina mall.

Armada Hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever been to, and we travel a lot. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. It's a fancy place and you get everything you need. Close to Marina, super super clean room with balcony and an amazing view of the skyscrapers, staff super courteous, a nice pool, room service with 24 hours food, lounge room where you can smoke and chill, free parking in the garage, and so much more that it would be long to list everything here. Not to mention they have Nola, an amazing bar/club downstairs that we loved so much! This hotel is just super, and great value for money. Would definitely come back!
