Very good hotel, near Dubai Marina metro station. Great service, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. It has an outdoor swimming pool that maintains a constant temperature of 28 degrees, so it is nice to go there in the evening. Has a well-equipped gym and a great spa. With a shuttle service included, you can reach a lido on the beach, the Shore. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Loved this hotel! Great location, extremely close to Dubai marina and JBR! We stayed here for 7 nights, friendliest staff ever. Amazing breakfast buffet every morning. The room service was amazing. Coming back to our spotless clean room was a treat every night! From complimentary water bottles to fresh sheets and towels. Our room service was done by Rupali every day, she worked with us regarding or jet lagged schedule and knew that we left late in the afternoon, she made sure all our needs are met! Thank you for your amazing service and hospitality, we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family visiting dubai!

I also travel in Dubai n like to stay at jlt movenpick. The hospitality done by the staff is great. Specially thanks to miss rupali for keeping my room clean on daily basis.

The service and everything is great, specially chanaka and kristine.

We attended the Nosh Cartoon Brunch. The team were incredibly attentive and friendly.
The children loved the entertainment and kids room where they made kites, slime and had their faces painted.
Our youngest one had a small accident and the team were incredibly supportive organising first aid and keeping a smile on her face. Thank you team Nosh (special thanks to Francis and Jeane)!

5 Stars I hadLovely stay, very helpful staff who can’t do enough for their guests, food was great, very good selection both breakfast and dinner. Recommend this hotel. 10 mins walk from metro station, 20 mins to Dubia Marina. Had a great time. Very reasonable price too. Hotel is very clean. Location was good, had no issues getting anywhere. 25 mins to Burj Khalifa. Loved my stay and will be back.

We had our iftar party there for around 100 people,
Apart from us, there were many other people too maybe more than 200
But their kitchen staff was not able to manage the food,
First of all the food was almost 40 to 50 steps away from hall where we had seating arrangement, in which we had stairs also
Secondly we opened our roza and went for prayer within 15 mints the dishes were vacant and no one was bothered to refill them, on insisting one service person came n just filled …chicken biryani one time,
At 7, 30, they were not even listening to fill the dishes, apart from us, many other people were there standing and waiting for food with empty plates that's the saddest point.
Most of the people ended with eating the sweets only because even the bar b que person was not serving, ideally if u have the capacity of accommodating 300 people then u must serve atleast 400 to 500 bites, but I have seen only 2 bowls just for half hour maximum A kind suggestion to a very famous hotel, please make sure while taking the bookings of buffet with your chefs and inventory managers that you have enough food to serve people,
Most of the restaurants keep on fulfilling the dishes for minimum of 1.5 hours, I don't want to mention the names of restaurants here,
But please guys you need to work on management alot.

We were there for 13 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The staff at Movenpick are very friendly and helpful. We went on a couple tours and again the staff helped us with our quires and guided us in the right direction and are also very knowledgeable. The service was excellent and prompt with friendly staff. I also enjoyed using the gym which is a must for me when staying in a hotel.

Hospitality par excellence the staff is courteous & the buffet breakfast was out of the world experience. Location is good and good for those looking for metro connectivity JLT Metro station is walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and stylish.

I liked everything. Loved the street pool.

The overall stay was very good, especially the service and staff friendliness among the reception, concierge, and bell desk. The rooms are very spacious with impressive views of the Dubai Marina with an extraordinary Housekeeing team that creates a clean, comfortable and caring atmosphere in your rooms. Pool and gym are modern and with nice city views. The buffet breakfast selection could contain a little less sugar and oily products.

It was a very nice holiday and would book this hotel again at any time. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The most: Hotel very well located tram station just close to restaurants and convenience stores.
Quiet Hotel, clean daily personal maintenance very friendly and helpful (on my niece's birthday we got back into the room a birthday cakes were waiting for us, very lovely attention) buffet varied and full, once the Pool was closed for maintenance the hotel paid us a taxi (round trip) to take us to another hotel for the pool or beach Marina beach.
The least: Personal speak English neither French nor Arabic for a bizarre Arab country!? Do not take a room for 3 as the double bed are super comfortable and individual bed also but the folding beds added a disaster of concrete I asked what I changed it I had the same result I came home with a sore back and ribs bruised,
No pubs nearby to spend the evening you have to go into town.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff were lovely and accommodating. My only criticism is the room service I had one night wasn't the best. I would 100% come back and stay next time I am in Dubai.

Dase food could be more attuned to European guests.
2 times we have been left without water in the room, which is very impractical if you want to take a shower … Without hair dryer we also left the limb …
But the hotel's staff have always been helpful and polite.

Your restaurant was absolutely HORRIBLE. I went for dinner one evening and for a grilled salmon they made me wait 1 hour. Then they served me tough stake fish. Thereafter they came running to my room at night to collect the money, and couldn't not wait till next morning for clearing the bill. Any other hotel would have not charged me anything for the kind of food and the delay they caused and the POOR service. But you grabbed 120AED, that too knocking on my door in the middle of the night. I am never going to recommend this hotel anywhere. In fact will inform all I know to stay away from the hotel. Extremely poor experience.

The hotel was standard and O. K. In all features. It was close to our office so it had a great advantage for me. But it is not close to other trading centers like the fair. The staff were really friendly and supportive. Breakfast was also good. I will recommend it to my other colleagues for sure.

Great service in the hotel, room was clean and food was amazing. Although my online booking did include breakfast and I was charged for it. I was upgraded to a suite which was unexpected but the room had a few issues: the shower didn't work properly (a rain shower that had most of the sprays not working), the guest toilet was leaking and the bathtub should have a non slip bottom (otherwise it's hard to come out or stabilise). Apart from this it was a good stay overall. I would recommend it because it's my first stay and I havent stayed in other rooms to compare.

The hotel itself… The room was very clean and the breakfast was very nice… hear everything happening on the street, in the next room, and in the hallway; The bathroom and the furniture in the room Obsharpany… The bed linen is torn… Dust in the room-the child is constantly sneezing, it is still unknown where the cigarette smoke came… A maximum of 3 stars can be put… At reception very good service-Russian girls well done: solved all the problems arising quickly and promptly-they special thanks! This was our first and last visit to this hotel, unfortunately…

I am extremely satisfied with the Reception team especially Ms. Margerita & others, for making it a delightful experience & a quick one during check in & check out. The room I stayed in was excellent & delightfully an upgrade with nice view & lots of space. However the hot water issue in my room 301 was not resolved till the last day. If the shower says max 68 deg hot & you have to bath everyday in the morning @ 27-28 deg water its not at all acceptable. It seems as if geysers have been shut off & Sun is being used to provide the warm water as it may be. Further while the service in your restaurant is superb, the food itself is not at all up-to the standards. As an example please taste the croissants, it doesn't have that fresh & soft feel to it. Since I had tried everything on 1st 2 days, on my last day I found the rice to be too overcooked.

Service, food and location were perfect.
Only problem is room facilities which are poor : no light in the cabinet to see inside our clothes, plugs and light switch hidden behing bed drawers or telephone, chair at desk not very convenient.

Always a safe bet if you want 5 star service and accommodation. The buffet quality dips slightly on certain nights (they know when it won’t be busy! ), but when they lay it on, very few other locations live up to the variety and standard. Great location for business, transport and for the Marina (which is no more than a 15 minute walk away if want to stretch your legs! )

The rooms are small, the wardrobe tiny the check in and check out process is a mess not a hotel for family fantastic for weekend couples or business well located.

I had been staying in Jumeirah Lake Tower for couple times I have been in Dubai. Their services are very good. From the Front desk to Dinning to Room service all are very attentive and make feel at home. Everything is maintained well and kept clean. The Hotel chef Mr. Prushotam you request your morning egg he would do it to your taste with a smile. Deep the manager and all the staffs are so attentive they know what you like it come to your table automatically. It is home away home. Highly recommend for short or long stay.

I am staying here from 23 to 30 December, though initially I did have certain teething problems, bt the staff and the manager were quick to respond to and rectify my problem… there is a housekeeping member called Pratap who really impressed me with his hard work, simplicity and deligence.

It's a business hotel. But they do all efforts to accommodate tourists as well. Especially the access (with shuttle bus) to the Riva beach club on the Palm Jumeirah is definitely worth 5 stars. There is a new management and you can notice it. Management of the hotel is close to its guests, always around town ensure maximum hospitality and customer centricity. Even saw the GM picking up stuff from the floor, as if it was his own house. Friendly staff, great bar downstairs with terrasse. I give five stars to give them support!

Our favorite place when visiting Dubai.

Great location. Near to tram for marina and Jumeriah Beach. Near to metro for everywhere! Only 30 mins to Bur Kali station, plus about 20 mins at the other end!
Staff can't do enough for you. Breakfast selection — huge! Ever so clean. Try get a lake view with French balcony so you can get some fresh air. They let you smoke off it too, so we didn't need a smoking room.

Good hotel. But you feel that is 3 stars hotel not 5 stars. You can get better hotel nearby in same amount of money. I checked in at 10 pm and they ask me for waiting my room to be ready!?. A lot of noise coming from nearby construction site and there is no soundproof. Room was good and clean.

The state of the unbeatable rooms, the spectacular views, and the friendly and correct service, the cleanliness is spectacular, for my appraisal it has no downside to the hotel and the staff, I recommend it.

Positives — Nice hotel with lovely rooms. Breakfast as expected for standard of hotel. Location is a bit away from everything but metro not too far away. Negatives — The hotel is right next to a MAJOR building project so very noisy and unsightly. Also don't come if you want to sit by the pool in the morning as hotel pool does not get the sun only the residents pool which you can not use. I would say this is mainly a hotel for business Not tourists. I won't be using it again.

Very very friendly and lovely staff which always helps you and cares about your individual wishes! We had so many questions and they did their best to answer them. The service is more than satisfying! They also care about details and made us feel as comfortable as never before. Perfect!

Very poor, stay elsewhere. There are many, many better hotels in the area for the same price (and less). Do not stay in this hotel, you will regret it if you're expecting anything above a 2 star experience.

They provided me hot water honey mint and lemon when I sat down at lobby and coughing.

IF YOU'RE NOT WHITE, GOOD LUCK! The staff was racist, condescending and unhelpful. The bed and bathroom were nice but overall the stay was not worth the price. Also, no extra amenities at all! For a 5 star hotel, the service was C+ at best. I advise you to choose another hotel. There are a lot better quality hotels in this same location so I recommend booking those instead. Good luck to all those traveling Dubai!

Wow! What a week. It's been a pleasure staying at movenpick JLT, our balcony view was s breathtaking it made the holiday worth it as soon as we walked into our room. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful and I'd definately recommend this place to everyone. Massive thank you to Movenpick and it's staff for a fab week.

Not the best hotel for the price. The room was small and the bathroom didn't have a shower curtain nor a ventilation fan. Causing the bathroom to always be muggy and humid. The plus side to this hotel was its proximity to the beach, sheikh zayad road and the gym.

Good location, we enjoyed our stay bit not as good as the Movenpick at Battuta Gate.

Expensive with nothing special on the hotel. Stayed for the proximity to Jumeira beach, which was not close at all. Small pool, but good gym.

Nobody speaks proper english.

The staffs were amazing, kind & helpful. The breakfast was superb. The location is excellent as its walking distance away from the Metro as well as the Dubai Marina Mall.

It's nice but still complicated rules.

Such a memorable un forgettable well spent day.
