Nice clean hotel near the airport. Three Emirates terminals can be seen from the window. It is convenient to spend the night between the docks. There is a shuttle service from and to the 3rd terminal.

Fantastic hotel, really a bargain. The staff were all fantastic, especially the check in staff (particularly the lovely Indian lady with curly hair and tall man whose name begins with K) and John at the restaurant. Pool was awesome. Rooms super clean. Pickup from the airport was perfect and always ran exactly to time. Costa coffee downstairs also great and 24 hours. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again next time we are in Dubai :)

Neat tidy rooms. Friendly helpful staff. No complaints. This is your standard airport hotel with a team that's obviously focused on giving as much as they can within their means. There's a pub, restaurant and cafe. Pool upstairs and outside seating. Not all the rooms are non smoking though so be certain to specify. The pub offering standard pub meals closes at 3am.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Responsive people; A little uncomfortable in terms of access to common transport. Given the climate this could be a big plus. But, they are good! In some points of the city provide its own bus, with its schedule of course. The rooms are clean. Cleaning and linen change daily. I would say 3 +.

A recommended hotel has a bus transfer counter service very good restaurant food is great and even offer a rare Heineken H41 This beer room is also very good.

Clean rooms and very helpful staff. Great cafe downstairs (for light snacks, coffee, fruit drinks). Front desk very helpful in making recommendation for dinner.

Hotel near the airport. Simple but very clean. Shuttle to downtown.

Of the disadvantages: be prepared to hear the noise of the vacuum cleaner in the middle of the night in the adjoining room. Cleaning takes place almost around the clock to speed up room turnover. At night the shuttle from the terminal can wait for an hour-it is easier to take a taxi and drive in 10 minutes. Good breakfast.
Advantages: relatively inexpensive. The rooms are clean. There is a restaurant-pub in English style with a large assortment of alcohol.

It is fine hotel for "usual-out trip". Staff are friendly, very near to the airport, free shuttle bus is available, free car parking is available, taxi is available all the time, room size is fine. "You get what you pay for".

Very convenient hotel for a transplant-quick paperwork, tea and coffee in the room. The room has a real bathroom! There is a transfer from the airport (Terminal 2-fly Dubai) — but the place of landing is not noted. Boarding the bus takes place at the departure terminal, there is a police booth on the street and the shuttle stops next to it. Go to the terminal sharply-once in 2-3 hours. There are transfers to the shopping center, but only one way. We have to get back.

Very close to the airport and 24 hour shuttle to Terminal 1, 3. There is a shuttle in Dubai Mallle. The service is clear, fast, reception helpful. The rooms are compact but cozy. Recommend.

I stayed here 1 night before my flight and I can say this hotel has higher degree compared with hotels in the area -The price is reasonable and accepted -The room is spacious and clean. -The staff are professional and respected. -The location middle of dubai and very close to the terminals (10 minutes), they offer you free shuttle every 30 minutes. -There is restaurant and coffee shop as well Generally this hotel is excellent for travelers.

Very good for a few nights. The bedding for the kids is very bad. On the other hand, just ask for an extra mattress and everything will work out.

There are free shuttles to the airport and to the city center. They work very well. In Le'aéroport, the shuttles are located on the ground floor, you just have to follow (Hotel nozzles).

Shuttle from the airport and airport every half hour, there are flights to the Dubai Mall, to the beach and somewhere else. Not far from the airport. In general, convenient.

A perfect hotel for transit, near the airport, with shuttle Bus service very well set up and reception 24/7! The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable. I strongly recommend for those who spend a day or two in Dubai!

I have paid per night 64, €0 single room. 10 minute walk to Emirates Metro station. Drive by Metro to the city of Rein 7, 50DH/1, €65. Only to stay good hotel. Even has a small pool on the roof. There were always couches, chairs and tables at the pool free. In the lobby there is a "Costa" barista which is open 24h. Hotel overall everything nice and clean. Staff very polite and eager. Many permanent free shuttle buses. I only give 4 out of 5 stars because the Wi-Fi is blocked on Max 1mbit and the SIP/VoIP port 5060 is blocked, so I could not communicate on business! And the breakfast is quite skinny with very muddy scrambled eggs. So for my part I would have saved the extra charge for breakfast!

The staff at the Hotel were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the bar of the hotel and the food was very good. Breakfast was excellent to start your day. We were surprised that they had a shuttle service to the Dubai mall every day. This helped tremendously. Would recommend this hotel.

We came back yesterday from a wonderful holiday.
This hotel a little out of the way is perfect to get away from the nightlife.
The free bus service is handy they also bring you to the beach… not forgetting the perfect rooftop pool!
I want to give 5 ☆ also to the staff who helped us with our bad English.

The hotel offers elegant budget friendly accommodation. The reception was well staffed and courteous. The room was not very spacious but had a comfortable bed. It was elegantly furnished and very quiet. The hotel also offers shuttle to Dubai International airport. An excellent choice for a no frill accommodation near Dubai.

Easy and pretty hotel near the international airport. There is a free shuttle service from and to the airport. So for our first night it was amazing. Restaurant was a bit on the pricy side but it looked good. Apparently everything in Dubai is expensive, will find that out when I return end actually explore Dubai. Then an other hotel but only because downtown position.

The staff was professional, courteous and helpful. Very pleasant. I got there way before my room was ready and I was given a changing and shower room to use on the roof level. Clean and secure including mirrors. My luggage was kept secure in luggage area while I went on my scheduled city tour. Lovely experience! The room was clean and had everything to my comfort. The free shuttle service and close proximity to airport made it a plus… not to mention the shuttle bus takes you for free to the mall and picks you up. Amazing since the mall has the aquarium and other attractions, food and places to shop. This hotel with its restaurant bar and coffee shop topped with great staff was worth my while and for an affordable price too!

Great hotel close to the airport. Has a swimming pool and gym. Plus you have a free shuttle every half hour to drop off at the airport and another shuttle to take you to the tourist spots of the city. Friendly and welcoming staff.

If you've ever stayed at a Holiday Inn, you've stayed at them all. Exactly what you expect and exactly what you need. Perfect for your overnight layover but that's about it.

I happened to stay here unexpectedly, due to the flight connection. But, there are many things that I like about this simple hotel. The breakfast was a surprise, the shuttle bus just awesome, the staffs were not just friendly but also very helpful. They made my incident become a nice experience.

Super clean, well equipped spacious room and gorgeous breakfast with many choices. Staff are very nice, too. My room lacked some amenity; it only had shampoo in a dispenser, though I do not know if it was normal.

My wife and I were coming from the USA to Bangladesh and stayed at Premier Inn for a day. There are plenty of reasons to give them 5 star review or even more! They let us checked in very early in the morning. Also they allowed us for extended checkout. The most helpful thing is that you can use almost all facilities of the hotel even after checking out. We were allowed to use restroom, showers, Wi-Fi, airport shuttle once we checked out. They also have shuttles to Gold Soak, Shopping Malls, etc. Oh yeah they have nice rooftop swimming pool which you should definitely try out. Thanks a lot to all staffs especially Emilyn and Amy!

My family and I stayed overnight at the Premier Inn waiting for the coincidence. Considering the affordable price and an amazing breakfast, I would certainly recommend it for short tactical stays.

For the price not worth it. I just hotels but what they offer. They don't offer sampoo and conditioner. They have a bottle of body wash that is multi purpose.

Very comfortable, clean and with a modest yet well-maintained gym. Has all the essentials to a good standard. The rooftop was far too hot (nearly 50 degrees) for me to spend any time in the pool but I'm not a sun-seeker.

Taking into account what it cost to stay here it is a very good hotel. Getting to and from the airport is easy with their shuttle service. I enjoyed the lunch very much. The Hotel is nice and clean and the starff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are on the small side but tidy. There is a beautiful bar and a 24 hour Costco inside the Hotel as well. Want to go see Dubai? Take their shuttle to the Emirates metro station (3min drive) and buy yourself a day pass on the metro. Much cheaper than the taxi's.

Handy location, real close to the airport. The rooms were fairly clean, staff were welcoming but the food was somewhat limiting. All in all though, we had a good experience given the nighty rate. Would recommend to those needing to be close to Dubai airport. Our room was also very quiet too and they let us check in early.

Our stay at Hotel was comfortable except food options at restaurant where beef and other non vegetarian dish were served and we were vegetarians. My special thanks to person on reception Mahmood from Egypt and security staff named Mohammad and one African guy whose name I donot remember. All these guys were very helpful. Hope to visit other locations of this hotel worldwide.

Very good hotel. Much newer than 95% of 3&4 start Dubai hotels. Clean, good service. They have free shuttles to airport, beach and major shopping malls.

Rooms are on the small side, but clean and well equipped. Bed was large, firm and comfortable. Free Wi-Fi worked well when I was there. The in-house restaurant offered good food and friendly service. Free shuttle bus to DXB Terminals 1 and 3 every half hour 24 hours per day. Great for a short term stay if you are in transit.

Clean hotel. Nice rooms however the beds were smaller then most. Free Wi-Fi. No hassle and stress free. 3 star hotel the over preforms its standards.

Stayed Oct 2014 — Poor experience with stay. I had a 1 night stopover in Dubai and made the mistake of staying at Premier Inn. The corridors smell of vomit and I was gagging while I was walking to my room. The rooms didn't smell fresh either. The bathroom didn't come with the basic amenities you'd expect from a hotel (toothbrush, cotton pad, etc). I arrived late and it was about 10pm when I asked for a hairdryer. I had to call the receptionist 3 more times in the next 1.5 hours to ask about the whereabouts of the hairdryer. It was close to midnight when the hairdryer arrived. I had to wake up at 5am the next day to catch another flight and this delay severely disturbed my rest. When the hairdryer arrived, there was no apologies or explanation but just "Call us when you are done with the hairdryer". I have not met such rude hotel staff. Overall, I will NEVER stay here again.

Just standard no luxury but clean which is my priority. I am unable to comment on the value as I was put up by airline with all expense paid due to delayed flight.

Spent 3 nights there last week and its good value for money. You can get a meal deal which includes Breakfast and an evening meal. The hotel is close to the Airport which can be advantageous but your further away form some of the main attractions. There are bus services put on to some places but at limited times. The rooms are clean, reasonable size and free Wi-Fi which has a good speed. The staff are all polite and willing to help you. There is a small swimming pool and Jacuzzi with sun bathing area on the top floor/roof and towels are provided. Also they have a Gym but it did not look too big or well kitted out, but I'm sure you could break sweat in or out of it. There is a bar and restaurant on the ground floor with a Costa coffee shop open all the time. Because of the hotels location you need to walk along to the metro station at the Emirates to get into the centre or take a taxi.

Great service, Free speedy Wi-Fi which is rare in Dubai, 15 dollar breakfest Buffet, great service compared to airport hotels that have a higher rating like Copppertone when it comes to handling your baggage, Good food from the restaurant and bar and reasonably priced. Even if it's 3 stars in UAE it's easily passed as 4 in the U. S. 24 hour coffee shop with desserts. Clean bathroom, safe and left my electronics laying out without having to worry about room service taking anything, Great skyline view from the top, and good soundproofing despite the closeness to the airport. There is a free airport shuttle every 30 minutes so no need to worry about traffic. Only bad thing is the room service was a little hard to get to. Either no one answered or got a busy signal.

Second one night stop over. Very clean and comfortable. I found the check-in process quite long given we had such a short time there. Would recommend it.

I've been there for one night for an interview. Very pleasant hotel and staff so polite. The service was fine. Just one thing internet was not working. Not able to get a call throw skype, viber and face time. Thanks for the bear at the pub.

On my way home from Sydney to Kyiv, I was lucky to have plenty of time between flights so I decided to have proper rest. Emirates recommended me this one for value price is great. All I needed is breakfast, bath and bed. Premier Inn also provide complimentary internet, thank you guys it is really cool because connection at Airport was almost dead. The continental breakfast selection was very good. Personnel are very nice and friendly, thank you Ahmed.
