Great hotel. Beautiful rooms, helpful and very friendly staff. Had a wonderful stay here.

Overnight stop-over while transiting through Dubai. Clean, spacious rooms. Really good shared gym (aviation club). Excellent airport hotel!

The staff are welcoming and friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and well arranged. The toilet is wide and has several doors for different needs. The Hotel has alot of facilities. There are two pools. Small one on the roof and another one beside the ground level an outside one which is good for tanning. The buffet breakfast is delicious and has almost all kinds of food. A place I advise people to take into consideration when it comes to choosing a hotel in Dubai.

It's a lovely place to be. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for comfort and pleasure. The restaurant is awesome.

It’s one of the best hotels in Dubai! Rooms are big enough, good breakfast and great club room. Staffs are trained and kind and also hotel gives free access to waterpark. The real 5 star hotel who take care of customers in very professional way.

Have been there a lot of times, friendly & courteous staff. Tried only NOMAD for food & impressed with the taste & quality. A 5 star hotel on a prime location with enjoyable activities. Also, Reem Al Bawadi is now opened & operation through a Ramadan Tent as of now.

Very nice hotel — especially in Club Level. Very large and especially contemporary, modern rooms with panoramic views of the Dubai skyline. Daily breakfast and afternoon tea excellent. Quality of food first class. I liked the Dinner Special the best. You can choose one in which the Jumeirah Hotels you would like to have dinner. We chose Jumeirah Beach and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel. There, the food and service are excellent. All in all, Jumeirah Creekside is highly recommended, especially for those who have a slightly smaller portmonnaie and still want to stay and dine in style, luxurious and elegant in Dubai.

Good hotel with attentive staff and nice Rooms. Especially nice is the lounge with pool on the roof of the Hotel.

Swimming pool, Spa, Restaurants, Bars & all facilities are there. Jumeirah Hospitality. Every week live on the lake events with Irish Village.

This hotel is in a great location. They offer a free shuttle and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about activities. The rooms are gorgeous, spacious and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at Creekside hotel on my very first holiday alone for my birthday and I have never felt so welcomed. Little details like — making sure I was comfortable — placing me in a more private table at breakfast with a good view of the pool, escorting me through the buffet offer before being seated. Everyone was also very friendly and would greet me every time which made me feel not soo alone which was great! On my birthday they also surprised me with a delicious birthday cake. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Great hotel. Very good service. Excellent food. There is a swimming pool. Good location. The only minus it is far from the beach, but in principle it is possible on a subway.

Very bad noisy. Horrible from level 8 to all hotel. They don't listen to you and I call operator 2 times without any response. Why you pay money for noisy hotel and very bad service from stopping this noise. They said we applogize and they raise higher music. Unbelievable crazy people never hear that before in my life. Don't ever book here. If you book here you will not sleep and you will get nervous and you may get unhealthy from noise on the floor 8 and from Irish village. You can do whatever you like but you must not increase music like this. I am really get crazy and unhealthy noisy environment in 5 star hotel that I think get 1 star not 5 at all. This is horrible stay until 4 am.

Large rooms, nice view, great service, free wild wadi access, free access to Jumeirah Saray beach… love it.

The hotel is located a little away from the north of Dubai. By metro or taxi, however, you can be in the southern centres of Dubai in a reasonable amount of time. In our club room at the 7th floor was the access to the club lounge including – this was great, there was a delicious breakfast, in the afternoon tea, cakes and sandwiches as well as in the early evening a finger food buffet with different themes.
Our corner room 728 was huge and modern – incomprehensible only why there was no light switch right at the exit. In the evening you could listen to the music from the roof terrace. Much worse, though, was the disco on Friday night in the neighboring "Irish Village" – the bass made parts of the room décor vibrate.
The rooftop pool for adults was great, but the "normal" pool in the EC was very small and with few loungers, and it was very noisy.
In sum, we enjoyed our stay and can recommend the hotel to others.

Nice property. Nice rooms, well decorated and good rates. The location is convenient if you have business near Dubai creek. 15 minutes from airport and 20 minutes to downtown Dubai.

Nice, but should improve on the main course menu. Keep it simple and people friendly. The appetizers were amazing. They lost a star from me cuz I didnt like the octopus at all.

Such a cool place in the metropolis of Dubai. Decent location, near airport, Deira and on SZR.

Hotel is great and we always stay there during our visit to Dubai. The last 2 trips were rather unpleasant as the music kept us awake until 2am. If it were not for the noise I would rate it 5 stars.

I have a question to come forward, those recruited are elected based on what criteria? Do you know them from the past? Than on what rank do? How to Aydatmad you hired someone new? I know you have someone on the staff who is a thief and a trickster and a liar and Fraud …! The hotel with a lot of quality is unlikely to employ such a person. I've got evidence against this lady, and they are wanted by Interpol, She has two nationalities pain. Iranian semi semi Philippines. Because of different passport and change of place, is taking her very hard.

A really Pleasant place to stay in nice staff and amenities, I loved the breakfast the free wild wadi entry with towels, the vibe all over is wonderful, it won't be my last visit!

Free shuttle service to some of the malls. Excellent breakfast. What else you can ask for. I stayed there twice and planning to go again. Thumbs up jumeirah creekside :)
