Excellent place to do business, visit the Burj Kalifa and many other places.

Terrible experience. First stay they put us in a wrong room and tried to get us to accept the refund via booking. Com despite the fact that we paid at the hotel. Second experience (we should have known better) they put us in a room above a very very loud club/bar. Music thumping in the room even in the corridors. At 11pm at night after coming back from a show we had to ask to be moved from a room on the 2nd floor to a higher room, even on the 5th floor we could still hear it. Staff really couldn’t have cared. There was no duty manager to complain too either just a reception and concierge person! Also note the photo attached this is the view from a “Garden View” room, laughable, looking out onto bare wires and cables and cabanas, not what I would call a garden view, nothing like the photos advertised with that specific room. Absolutely terrible for a room that is over Dhs1500 for the night. Shameful service and awful building design with zero sound proofing. Don’t go here if you want a decent nights sleep or any sympathy from the staff!

One of the best decisions my husband made (besides marrying me) was chosing vida downtown. Excellent environment, comfortable and simply beautiful. The ambience was a treat. The courteous staff always there with a genuine smile. Breakfast scrumptious, well presented and well managed every single day. Anoushay, Chandan, Avinash and many others — ambitious, positive, quick and helpful. Thankyou so much and best wishes/prayers for the vida family for making our trip worth remembering.

Vida what can I say everything about our stay was fantastic but your staff are second to none. So helpful so polite willing to do anything for you and when you ring for something it’s there before you hang up. Well done guys keep up the good work.

The design allocation of the bathroom how it is separated the sink from the toilet seat to the shower is very bad. The other thing the pool closes 7 pm which is the time you wanna enjoy the pool in summer time. Beside that the facility is clean and located near Dubai mall which is a Must Go.

Stayed during Ramadan. A friend of ours had given us a voucher for two night stay in a Junior Suit and a dinner for two at your all day restaurant. Made my review late but all was good, the Ramadan buffet was really good. We had a question regarding the breakfast and the chef came to say hello to us, who very friendly. Your gym facility is well maintained, equipped and clean! We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Amazing boutique hotel with great design in Downtown Dubai. Very nice and healthy breakfast buffé and the pool area is beautiful. You have several restaurants in this hotel and one of them is the famous La Serre. Very popular and exclusive restaurant. All the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Dubai again. You will not be disappointed!

Nice rooms and spacious with nice view, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back! Although the prices are higher than expected and the food is a little overpriced. However it’s a nice experience overall!

Really beautiful hotel, amazing decor and friendly staff… But terrible location. Right next to a mosque and on a Friday it can take up to 20mins to get into the hotel. Whereas any other day the same would take 2mins.

The hotel location is great the hotel is just fine but not great as expected in Dubai. Staff is extremely unprofessional and need training for sure. Not recommend for long stay at all. Much better places and hotels next door. Good luck.

Love this hotel, the suites are amazing and super spacious. Breakfast included with the room is not good at all and there a lot of room for improvement. Staff super helpful always.

Service extremely slow. Main dishes don't come at the same time for everyone one of us had his plate 20min while we were eating ours. Tasty food but portions are very small.

Dubai's original boutique hotel. Highly recommended for both business and pleasure. The area is a nice little place for many occasions… Brunch, shisha, dinner, or just the pool itself (during the day)!

Very glamorous Hotel, 2 steps from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Very nice pool area, impeccable service. The bar Restaurant La Serre is very recommended for breakfast but also for lunch.

Very nice hotel with with good food and Freindly staff… rooms are non smokers… swimming pool is very good and have different outlets giving you variety of manues. It is very near to dubai mall and biz bay.

I haven't lived there as a guest but from my quick visit I can assure best location and opulent settings with great views. Area around it is under construction and a temporary eye sore but it will be done sooner than one can imagine. Overall a great experience for sure.

3 in1 brunch was lovely; very calm with tasty food. Not much range of drinks, but still everyone was able to find a beverage. Thanks crew!

Great Hotel! We stayed there for Christmas and had a perfect stay.
The hotel is splendid, the rooms are in accordance with the photos (very small downside on the cleanliness of the room: by opening the bed the first first night, I fell on a long black hair that was obviously not mine). The breakfast is excellent and the staff at the small care.
Not to mention the location of choice (7-8 min from the Burj Khalifa and its attractive surroundings) Thank you for this stay!

We come here for breakfast when In Dubai. It’s my favourite place at 3in1. The food is gorgeous and the staff are lovely. Great for healthy choices and gluten free etc too if required. Look forward to returning.

Great service. A short 10 to 15 minute walk to Dubai mall. Breakfast spread is excellent and different from the usual fare. Our room's design was a little unusual and may lead to privacy issues especially with families or non-couples.

Very nice hotel in accordance with price and quality. Very comfortable beds in which you can sleep like at home. Food in the restaurant is nice and very fast. I can recommend this hotel for business trips.

This is a very nice hotel. The downtown area is very beautiful, Ave one of the few that can be explored on foot. The restaurants are very different, and there is something for everybody. If not, just go out and explore the surroundings, or save some Mony, by going to the Dubai Mall.

Hi. I think you need to have a very serious look into how you run your front of house, specifically, the area immediately outside the entrance to the hotel, where people arrive and depart in taxis. You are allowing someone who is not a hotel employee — a scruffy, smelly, limousine driver to represent your entire brand. The last person one encounters on your premises is not even an employee of yours. This individual today approached us as we were leaving and asked if we would like a taxi. We said yes. A Dubai taxi. He then proceeded to do nothing. When asked what he was doing to get us a taxi, he said there was no option other than to just stand there and wait. When asked if he was an employee of the hotel, he said that yes, he was. A complete lie. Why oh why do you allow such a person to pretend to represent your brand?

Very unique hotel with a contemporary design and theme, rooms are carefully designed to make use of every square foot. Very high tech controls over the TV to access room service and other internet most wanted sites. Staff are very friendly and informative.

Clean & quiet… Didn't expect to be like this. The only annoying thing is the entrance is bit tricky. I informed the staff & they're working on it with RTA.

The previous name for this hotel is “Qamar Aldeen”. It was a nice hotel but not like at this time. It has a Nice lobby and swimming pool.

The decor, The Staff… AMAZING! All so sweet and poilite and the best service I've received in a while. However, I wish they look at better suppliers, for their Pizza ingredients (cheese) and (tomato sauce and seasoning) it was below standards, a bit disappointing. Yes New Yorkers and Italians are crazy food cretics we love amazing Pizza. I will return later this month.

I like this Boutique Hotel, it's in Downtown and close to Dubai Mall, great for shopping. Also has a very nice restaurant called La Serre. Staff friendly and polite.

Ida Hotel is a very trendy but cosy place, with good service and quality food.

Comfortable rooms, staff is friendly and very helpful. I stayed extensively in this establishment and was rarely disappointed, or when a problem occurred, the team would do things to fix it. The restaurants / room services are very good, the breakfast main courses are good, the buffet slightly disappointing. Location is great and very convenient.

What a amazing boutique hotel in the heart of the city. The staff made my stay so pleasurable and the food and ambiance just perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable and the modern chic room. I highly recommend this hotel for a business or pleasure stay I have stayed in hotel all around the world and rank this in my top five.

Excellent hotel in the downtown area. Start is super friendly. Great pool and perfect breakfast. Room is modern clean and large. Free ticket for the Dubai Aquarium was a much appreciated extra.

Vida hotel has trendy comforts. It's clean, has a nice pool and is within walking distance of the mall. Staff are friendly. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is the bathroom. If you're going with a friend there is lack of privacy. There is a separate section for toilet and shower (good) but the doors to each is section is glass allowing any sound to travel through. The other thing is the breakfast. As soon as breakfast time is over the staff rush you out. Otherwise the breakfast is quite good and contains many options.

Great staff that know the true value of customer service special mention for reception and the restaurant first class service, Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in both bar where we had breakfast and restaurant where we had shisha. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

3in1 — French themed Friday brunch; which was amazing! Is you like your cheese you better try this venue; there is a dedicated section with fantastic selection of cheeses. Starters and salads are on buffet which is great as you can pick and chose what you like. Main courses are served at the table, which is fantastic as they are all properly designed dishes and you can feel the love the chef has put in them! One point for improvement; if you allow guests to order one dish at a time rather them bringing all to the table at once; those amazing dishes would stay hot and would taste even better ;) thank you … oh, I nearly forgot, wine of your choice — by bottle — is yours to enjoy and you can go back for more At any time ;) Thumbs up for this amazing brunch!
