More than the brand and ambience, a hotel is known n returned to for the service it provides … I have less words to say how impeccable Armani's service is… The hotel staff of every department is more than willing to walk an extra mile all the time to keep their guests happy… My lifestyle manager Gracer was just as meticulous… His guest relation was so meticulous that he was emphasizing on me to reach out to him after his duty hours even… To talk the rest about Armani in regards to its facilities, restuarants, food, ambience is required, everyone knows it… I will be back there soon. This is the most bokachoda hotel I've ever stayed. Last time I was there they charged me for a bottle of water and it cost me $499.99.

Comfortable and nice view especially the room view is the lake where you can see the dancing fountain show every 30mins from 7pm until 11pm from your room and the sunrise is breath taking. Amazing and really enjoyed it. Thanks.

Good ambience, good food, awesome location but the staff have to work on their attitude! They seem to have a problem if you are not caucasian… even worse if you are black!

Tried 2 of their restaurents, both experiences were amazing. Food was delicouse, staff were friendly and up to the level, location is the best and view is exceptional! Highly recommended for personal and business meetings.

في بلد عربي محد في هالفندق يفهم عربي Update 24Aug2018 The valet are extremely inadequate and can't speak Arabic nor English and can't even understand hand language too, keeping the car in the velvet parking was another issue. I've collected the car and it was so hot as if they baked it before handling it to me (my question is do you park our cars near the Sun? ). This is totally not acceptable especially in such landmark!

The best place I would recommend to anyone without any hesitation. The resturant Manager was very attentive and the staff are very informative. I celebrated my birthday on 22nd of June there and had a surprised reservation made by my fiancé and since the moment we walked in it was very pleasant. We wanted to watch the football game after the dinner and the resturant Manager personally took us to laounge (bit far from the resturant) made sure that we were comfortable. The food was amazing, right quantity and best quality and I enjoyed the crab salad a lot and then the risotto. Price was very reasonable and please don’t hesitate to book with them.

The Armani Hotel and the Armani Ballroom both have a great view, average food and absolutely great service! The staff is very polite and friendly. Loved the overall hospitality and experience.

Armani hotel Dubai is the hotel with worst customer service I've ever stayed! I was feeling discriminated as an Asian or perhaps Chinese by the front desk employee! We were supposed to check in at 2 o'clock but the lady kept me and my friends waiting for two hours without anything apologies and service while I saw Caucasian guests were being served with juice and towel right away at front desk on arrival! We went up to ask how long time do we need to wait because we have plan on our schedule, she was very annoyed and told us "one of your rooms is already clean", sounds like it isn't her fault on such arrangement? While we were waiting a manager came up to my friends apologized and promised to upgrade our room. We mentioned to this lady but she didn't believe, she looked at us with a "don't take advantage from me" kinda facial expression! After one and half hour waiting she took us to lounge for a drink and told us to wait one more hour?! We're so disappointed, we thought Armani is one of the best and we were having a very high expectation on it until we see how the front desk treat guests differently! Shame on Armani!

We went on a Thursday night at 10:30pm — it closes at 11:00pm — and there was no line to enter but we did have to wait 5 or so minutes to take the lift up. The view is spectacular at night though I am not sure if the price is worth it. It might have been if we had a bit more time to spend at The hotel and also had an opportunity to go to the ‘2nd level’ cafes. I would recommend purchasing tickets in advance (at least 1 month in advance).

Went to the Italian restaurant… thought Italian designer must be the best Italian food, right? Wrong. Worst meal ever. Service was intrusive. Food was plain bad. Risotto was not Dante. It was half cooked. Live music was far too loud. Really need to lift their game of they are going to be considered a serious player. There are much better choices in Dubai so unless you are really trying too impress your date, give it a miss.

This hotel would be my first choice on my next stay. Right in the Burj Khalifa you can not go wrong. The Armani Hotel can hardly be surpassed by its comfort and location. It's not cheap but first class. Have fun.

This luxurious hotel is set in a tall, ornate glass tower, a 10-minute walk from Dubai Mall, 5 km from Dubai World Trade Centre and 14 km from Dubai Gold Souk (Gold souk).
The rooms are modern and have city views, free Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, fridges and Nespresso machines. The superior rooms also have living rooms. The elegant suites have dining rooms, bars, studios, gyms and views of the Dubai fountain or the Persian Gulf. Room service available.
The hotel features an outdoor terrace overlooking the city, 8 elegant restaurants (including one Italian and one Japanese), a luxurious spa, gym and indoor pool.

The hotel is good, a little expensive, but excellent. The service drinks the minibars to over the view that you have in the middle of the night. I haven't been there, but I guess it's nice to see you. Someday I'll go.

I like this hotel though I think they need to improve their food offering. View on the back terrace was stunning with the fountain and architecture all around. I have attended a couple of conference and meetings in the conference centre. The food can be improved. The place is nice and elegant though, and offers a classy gathering place.

Had an amazing experience. The hotel is absolutely marvelous and the staff were really friendly. We were there last December to celebrate my husband’s Birthday. The room was clean and neat. We had a room with a view to the Dubai Fountain so at night the view was amazing with lights and music. Although, it was expensive but it was worth it.

The staff were also so lovely to speak with and I really enjoyed getting to know them personally. The location of this hotel can't be beat. You're staying in the world's tallest building at an Armani property. The rooms were modern and perfect. Many hotels that we visited for dinners while in Dubai felt outdated and tired in their decor. I truly loved the classic yet contemporary design of the Armani Hotel. My entire stay was perfection. I dream of being able to return. The hotel staff was also impeccable at getting us the perfect guide to take us to the Dunes and to the Souks. Mohammad was the best tour guide I have ever had anywhere internationally and if you stay here, please make sure to ask Concierge for his information. He is the BEST.

I'm a simple rustic. Decided to push. All Ahrenitelno. The rooms are beautiful I even have a washing machine and dryer there. The Mini bar ate everything at the first hour. They dragged the new. Said for free.
Each room has a climate control. And everything is managed with the ipad of which as much as two things here lies.
And there's a room for junk, and there's another closet and it's big. It's not a room but a flat. Schaub, I've always lived like this!
And then there's all those pompous geese walking around. In short a pleasant place. And the Russian Babeshko at the reception. All explained. They say pay only and wakes you Mani-Hani.

In short, I recommend a short stay, it's a nice experience, but don't waste your money on their breakfast, the resturant team is snobby and the food, looks very good, but is mediocre in taste. In detail: Location: 10/10 (there is a conveineant path that leads you from the hotel directly into Dubai mall-amazing for shopping) Reception team: 10/10 Ver respectful and very warm Room: 9/10 (Toilet seat too close to the wall, cleaning up after using the toilet was tricky and uncomfortable) however the rest of the room was simply incredible, loved the coffee minibar! Room view: if you get the fountain view then it's a 10/10 Room service: 10/10 The best I have seen, and I have been in many hotels, very clean and respectful, warm and helpful team Breakfast: 1/10 (It's one of those cases where it looks much better than it tests. I am not saying it was bad, but it definitely wasn't special, despite it's hefty cost). What was more upsetting is the snobby team in charge of the breakfast lounge, I did not feel a worm welcome, in fact I was almost forced to pay twice for breakfast as they did not believe me when telling them that breakfast was included in my booking. Similar experience in the café/bar downstairs, for some reason they did not believe I was staying at the hotel and wanted to see proof! … as if I wasn't good enough to stay with them! (extremely disrespectful in that sense) Would I comeback? I don't think I would.

The best Japanese restaurant in town. No comparison. The Amazing fountain show right in front of you is bonus. Highly recommended.

Although I had a difficult time after my hotel booking company booked my layover here for the wrong day, the manager on duty and other staff ended up taking great care of me. It turned out being one of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Amazing views of the water fountain and right at the heart of everything exciting. 10/10 would recommend this place!
