No value for money. Staffs are rude. Particularly front desk manager is rude. Better avoid this hotel.

Its a good hotel, some noise from disco.

It's not a typical 5 star hotel, but the services is great. If you are looking for privacy for a while, you can hop in this hotel. Parking is small but not loaded.

The furniture is of extremely poor make. Rickety. For the price this is a decent hotel. The view from the room is great. If only the balcony were atleast 3ft wide.

Great views humble service clean and luxurious room's and 4 different night clubs.

It's very disturbing that you have to get Wi-Fi password everyday. And the password is different for each of your electronic items. And their phone does not work when it's emergency.

Very Inexpensive meanwhile rooms are clean and Bath is OK. Note that it is best suit for short work travels and not suitable for romantic stays. There is no slippers, no toothbrush, no toothpaste in room. They have a safe box and a big closet. The door of elevator close after second person and its sensor is not working properly, so although it will not injure you be careful when you are passing. Please be mentioned that there is another hotel named "Sun and Sands" which is different from this one "Sun and Sands Sea View". I was there in June 2017 and there were some renewing jobs. In future I will try other hotels but if I should stay here again it will be Ok.

I had a very bad experience in this hotel. Charlatans tour guide called Marjan and Maziar sold local tours very much more expensive than real price to our group. The bus for airport transport left us and Marjan and reception did not any try to help our group. This hotel is really terrible.

Rooms are quite nice for the low price you pay. There is also free parking which is a big plus. Neighbourhood though is quite awful.

It is a 3 star clean hotel with friendly staff. The location is very good, with plenty of public parking lots. It is far from entertainment locations but is good choice for people visiting Naif market for shopping or business deals.

Good food, good service, and would definetely consider returning.
