  Please note that Down Town Dubai Hotel Apartments does not accept bookings from non-married couples. Single travelers are also welcome, but due to security reasons only family members can visit their rooms upon presenting an ID at the front desk.
  
  Please note that one room gets a single access( per booking) for the Wi-Fi. Any additional requested usage for the internet will incur extra charges.
  
  For third-party reservations guests are required to present the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in. If the credit card's owner is not the person staying at the hotel, please contact the property in advance to request a 3rd party credit card authorization form, this form must be filled and signed by the credit card holder along with front and back side ( must be with a valid signature behind the card) copy of the credit card and a valid ID or passport copy of the credit card holder. This form has to be produced at the front desk at the time of check in by the guest.
