The venue. Spacious place, very accommodating and friendly staffs especially the manager, smooth service. Everything we requested for was there. If you are looking for a place for gatherings, I super recommend this venue. We really had a fun, fun night and it's not possible without their help. Kudos to your team :)

Because not supported staff and all member and ruddley behaviors even when we ask for hot water they say me it's chargeable even not given hot water all staff language is ruddley specially Sunil so dear all visitor I not recommend this hotel so aware and choise other hotel. Also breaker fast area is so smaller so not good for visitor.

You will like the hotel for its Ambience and proximity to the airport. It’s definitely one of the best hotels in Dubai. Here are some points that can help you get your value for money while staying. 1. Be prepared to carry your luggage on your own when you arrive at the hotel otherwise may be give heads up to the hotel if you have heavy luggage as the staff here can take time with the bags sometimes. 2. You should also consider taking the buffet deal for breakfast or dinner as the food here can be costly 3. There are good food joints nearby that you can explore but if you want to enjoy the ambience and have food at the hotel you can also get the food delivered through zomato and 1/10 of the expense. Hope this helps you plan better. Have fun and share your thoughts.

Will Definately recommend this Hotel. Centrally located in Bur Dubai with Spacious Room. Stayed there for 5 nights. The Staff are friendly, Co operative and helpful and family friendly environment in hotel. Buffet breakfast is Perfect for Indian with lots of choice.

A great comfy stay. Lovely staff and wonderful buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The price paid for a double room full board basis is unbelievable. 10 minute walk from the metro and burjuman mall.

A very good at affordable prices. Located centrally near to the airport and other commercial property. Hotel is very neat and tidy. Staff is guest friendly.

The minute I walked in the hotel lobby I thought I was in a wrong hotel this hotel is absolutely perfect in every way possible the customer service the people at the counters the hospitality is brilliant and I guarantee that this hotel will be well known through my contacts and will be visiting more often and always going to ask for the upgrade that this hotel provided me without any extra charges and I would like to thank Sheikha for her assistance during my check in thumbs up for you.

The hotel is good for Indians The service was also good v fast service Breakfast restaurant is v congested no space to take and walk away Swimming pool is v small compared to what seen in picture. It is on first floor and is not even too deep it's less than 5 feet Steam and sauna experience was good Food taste is also good. I only had breakfast almost all the items made are Indian hardly 1or 2 items are made non veg Almost all Toiletry items are provided in room Room is also good and spacious I stayed in second category room. My overall experience was good.

I had a very nice and comfortable stay at Omega Hotel. The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious, the staff is very helping. We liked there breakfast too. Don't expect scenic views from the windows because it has buildings all around. They do take time to arrange a room for you. Other than that I loved my stay there. Special shoutout to the staff. No language problem and very helpful.

Very good place to stay and relax, a new hotel very well managed. The linen is very clean and good. The food at the restaurant is superb, especially the vegetarian spread is great. The breakfast buffet is very great and very tasty. I recommend this property it's worth the tariff.

Hotel rooms are really good and clean.
I rate 4star for hotel & 2star for reception staff.
Worth staying but last day of my checkout was headache with the manager because of some 4 hrs of delay from my end and believe what they don't cooperate, they are stubborn.
Manager attitude towards guest should change. Hope will improvise.

The hotel situated on a very convenient place for a shopping centers. We would love to thank Mr. Ferdinanders who walks us to the room; he is very friendly & manner full person we ever met in hotel. The food was very good, room service is very quick & the room, bathroom, linens are very clean & tidy. But one of the receptionist guy in front was very rude.

A great place to stay while in Dubai Would like to mention there hospitality is best the management is very professional.

The rooms and the hotel is clean and looks nice — suitable for a 4* hotel. Downside is, service is poor.
They're short of staff I guess. We waited for our rooms till 4:30pm. Room keys
most of the time doesn't work and it's very frustrating that you have to go down just to have your key get activated properly. View from our room in Block A is a cemetery. Breakfast not really good.
