Convenience of washing machine, clothes airer, bath & shower in one, oven & stove, plenty of space & clean. Walking distance from Emirates Mall & minutes from the train station. Very friendly staff & cleaners. Tourist guide very helpful & offered great discounts for attractions. Very central & only 10-20 mins max from most attractions & taxi ride cheap. I give it 5 stars.

We spent Women’s Day at this amazing hotel and it’s definitely a thumbs up for me! Staff were all accommodating from reception to housekeeping to lifeguard. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds. It was just perfect! Location wise, no worries at all, near metro and grocery stores. Can’t wait for our next staycation!

The best hotel in Dubai! I loved it so much. Clean, lot of space, beautiful apartments, so good staff. Kitchen is well equiped (pan, cuttlery, glasses, microwave oven, cooker, oven and so on). Wi-fi worked very well, sometimes it was quite slow. Swimming pool clean, sunbeds and sunroofs on site for free. One con — a little bit hot water in pool and in outside shower as well. In overall — > Recommend ✓

I recently visited as I was interested in renting a long-term apartment at the venue. The porter who took us upstairs was actually pretty rude, when we asked to use the bathroom we were told that we weren't allowed. Asked to see the pool and he said it's closed. We explained that we were renting annually and just wanted to have a look, he wasn't phased and just told us to come back the next day if we wanted. How hard is it to just open the door to show us around considering the lights were on? Furthermore, the room was extremely old and the photos online were taking before buildings were put up in front. The view showed in the online pics no longer as exists.

Very bad hotel, unfortunatly here no have less then one stare to give them, cause they don't even deserve one star … They post fake information about them self, they only care about money, Shortly will post all the photos and videos about their rooms, I will shortly post everything and tell you all about this bad hotel… Till Then, my advice is to stay a way from this hotel, but you are more then welcome to go a head and try them your self…

Spacious, well equipped apartments. Easy access to metro station and small supermarket.

We stayed in the apartment for 6 nights. If you are a light sleeper you may find it a little noisy as the doors and windows are not sound proof and you can hear people walking by in the corridor and the construction noise outside. The location of the hotel is at a good location, with the metro just across the road, supermarkets and mall of emirates within walking distance. The pool on the roof was decent as well and staff was friendly. I wish their rooms were better though which would have been our experience more memorable. They don't do breakfast at the hotel as well however the apartment comes with a kitchen but there are no basics like salt, pepper or even coffee in the kitchen. Also basic ammentities like tooth brush was not provided even though towels were.

The rooms are large. But everything is old. Furniture and appliances. No Russian channels. The smell of dampness and grilling. The staff is polite. The rooftop pool is a haven of paradise. Near the market and restaurants. Metro 150 m from the hotel.

Great Experience, Friendly and co-operative staff, I was there for 6 nights in 2-Bedroom Apartment with a family of 5. Key Points: 3-Washrooms in 2Bed-Apt. Very Easy Metro Access (Sharaf DG Station). A nearby 24-hours Grocery Store, Alot of Restaurants are around, Ladies and Gents Saloon & Spa’s everything is near. OverAll it was a good experience staying with them.

Location is good for this place as it's close to metro, restaurants and other needs. It's also close to many attractions Clean over all but can't say it's Dubai class that you get used to. Don't get me wrong it's still good and service is good. We have to call every morning to ask for more towels since we are a larger group with kids, just didn't get the hint after the 9th day I would stay here again to be clear.

Average middle-class hotel located near the Mall of Emirates. Clean, spacious apartment at affordable price, although the interiors would probably need an upgrade Food is not available, but next door there is a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, or dinner (but no coffee, just tea). Handy metro station just behind the hotel.

Clean, comfortable and great service. Vineeta at the tour desk was great. All the staff were nice and professional. I'll gladly stay again.

Good accommodation let down by unhelpful staff. Internet and television did not work and they made no effort to fix it or compensate.

We spent one night in Al Barsha Hotel and Apartments and the staff was so very nice and helpful. Place is awesome and we really adored it and would strongly recommend it to anyone. Place is very accessible as metro just 2 mins away lots of places to get great food, supermarket at the back, library and taxi service too! What could we ask more? Ended our trip there.

Not my favorite hotel in Al Barsha, the facilities and apartment interiors are due for an upgrade. At the least the textiles need to be replaced. The staff was okay but not the most pleasant and breakfast was not available even though it is advertised. I would not book this hotel again.

We stayed here overnight on a long layover. Took a cab to get here but took the train back to hotel. Easy to do. The place is good. Large rooms and plenty of space. Clean with many amenities. Mall of the Emirates is close by but have to take transportation to Dubai mall. They offer a breakfast in the morning which was nice. We paid for it. Inexpensive spot out of main city.

Very nice place, good location, very attentive staff. It's worth it but be careful because the company seems to have several hotels, all the others give you idea to be more expensive.

… after 10 hours of flight and 30 minutes by Taxi we arrived at the Hotel around 10pm with a surprise… our apartment was not reserved with the excuse that my credit card was not valid (with the same card I had booked a hotel in Abu Dhabi and I also had rentals or a successful car) … they could invent a better excuse. Eventually they moved us to another Hotel, for one night, a 20 minute Taxi ride that we paid for both the first and the return. We got to the other Hotel at 11pm. 30 other Chek-in and mostly with my wife who did not feel well most likely for fatigue.
We will not go back again also you are in a great location to visit Dubai, it is close to the metro and Emirates Mall, for the rest poor… Hotel pool closed for two days! …
