Hospitality vise everything was great but as a vegetarian traveller I would like to suggest that in buffet, vegetarian dishes are kept on separate counters & clearly marked with a green dot 💚 Eggs, meat, beef, seafood is not vegetarian and people use same serving spoons to pick up non veg and veg dishes. It’s against our religion. This suggestion is for every hotel overseas.

The scenery inside out the hotel 😍😍😍. The pool and beach love the most. Frendlly staff especially steeve from pool bar. Breakfast just love it and delicious food.

Essential. There's a renovation going on at 'The Village' right now (summer 2021) but the terrace bar is nice and peaceful for a beer and food. Same great service.

The hotel was nice and very accommodating staff. The buffet was loads of food selections and the crew was very friendly thanks to Glaiza, Michael, Joy, Nirwala, Chef Romeo, chef Elias and Sunil for the wonderful food.

Me and my wife had a wonderful experience with the food and the staffs here. I commend, mr. Elias, mr. Faras and Ms. Joy Mesa are very kind and accommodating. They're doing a great job.

Had a room at la residence. Outer look was very nice but internally the bath towel which was provided had a window in middle.

Full of bugs even after housekeeping sprayed with poison numberous times. Pest control also came. No hot water in shower. Need to change carpet. Very dusty and dirty. Curtains covered in dust. A plus tho. Management and all staff were very accomadating and courteous. Helpful and fast acting. Wi fi only in lobby is not strong. No gym or beach access unless you pay the extra fee. Just tear this place down and rebuild. I do not recommend. You get what you paid for.

Most pocket friendly and decent place in Abu dhabi.

We have spent 2 months in this residence, so I can tell you a lot. The place is good if you have access to swimming pool and spa. The Wi-Fi is only in the small reception. The residence is another building different than the meridien hotel. Rooms are very small, carpets dirty, furniture old. The good thing is the small kitchen. The bad thing: there is cockroachs! We had some bad experience with the room service. If you are “resident”, they will not change bed sheet daily. One day I was inside and they entered to the room using their card. If you love to sleep in the morning, forget about it, as housekeeping will knock early in the morning, even Friday and Saturday mornings. Breakfast is good. Gym is amazing Swimming pool are nice (there are 2). The beach is “ok” One more thing, prices can be very highe as very low. We had monthly rate but they changed it every time. One more horrible think: there is a new trend in this hotel, tha friday night swimming pool parties! Impossible to sleep as the music is so high. You can hear drunk people shouting. I think that’s all. Good luck.

Rooms were very small, especially the Bathroom. No Wifi in Rooms. A Kitchen was mentioned while booking but all I got was Plates & Cutellery. The Entrance is not properly accessable. The good part was Spa & Beach Access. Good for Tourist & Weekend activities but A Big 'NO' for Business Trip Stay.

Best thing it has free parking so if go before 12pm it safe Nice hospitality and warm welcome Bad entrance due to the road construction.

It's nice to stay or wonderful location. But there is no Wi-Fi inside the room. That's problem. Room are small … but the staff was very well trained or polite.

Room very small, kichen very small and very poor of tools to cook, furniture old fashioned, very crowded place around and many working in progress in the close streets, Wi-Fi signal doesn't arrive strong, you have to use your mobile.

Value of money and only low budget residence in city centre.

The quietness Of the area is amazing and I like the tennis ground plus the beach facing Al Mariah island.

VERY BAD! Rating "0"/5, The Carpet was dirty, towels damaged, old furniture, very small washroom, kitchen equipments are outdated. And when we are check-in there the receptionist (Vikrant) or no one else directed me to the room location. And Someone who was on the floor he has carelessly shown the wrong direction of the room without seeing our room number details… No Wi-Fi in the room totally we had bad days… My 1st experience among all UAE hotels I never go again this hotel if someone gives free invitation! Rooms n washrooms are very small for family. Felt like getting into aircraft toilets. Air conditioning was less. No ac in common passage. For one person its good enough.

Horrible. Very bad. Very dirty and old. No internet. There is no description for this horrible place.

The rooms are dated, the staff don respect you, Wi-Fi is too slow and some times dont work, if you need something you have to wait at least 2 hours to get, no complimentary tea or coffee, its a waste of money and you cant sleep due to the noise and when you complain, managers dont care or even try to help you.
