I like the location very much. Its in the middle of the city. Great view as well. Food was 4 out of 5. However the service was so great. very thanks to Mr Martin he was very helpful and so welcoming and nice. I would definitely stay there again. Also he gave me parking spot which is so good. Thanks again to Mr Martian 🙂

A good and quite place to relax in the middle of downtown.
Hotel room size is fabulous considering it to be a 3⭐️ hotel, having all necessary amenities, friendly and professional staff, nice swimming pool, gym and a bar offering beverages and food at a very reasonable price. Recommended to all our family & friends ✨☺️

If you’re expecting great rates for a hotel in a great location then this will be an amazing pick for a pretty decent hotel to crash over for the night. Now if you’re expecting an amazing “hotel experience”. You should probably look somewhere else. I’m not saying the hotel is bad. Not at all. You just get what you paid for. Seems to me that the service is barely by the standards. Everyone seem to be super slow. Also the attached picture is what you get when you order a sandwich to your room. So not exactly your typical “Room Service”. Also. Staff at the deli are unbelievably slow. To a frustrating level. The toilet seat is pretty nasty. Anyways great rate. But that’s it. Don’t expect heaven.

Very clean & professional staff.

If it’s all business and u need a room in the city, centro offers a no frills experience. However the staff are fantastic and the deli makes the best hotel sandwiches and paninis this side of the equator. The rooms are modern and clean TV is small and the channels are boring but Internet is free and I can’t complain. Keep it business, if u want a holiday find a resort on the beach.

Staffs are very cooperative, location is good and specially swimming pool ‍♀️ at 20th floor impressive.

Always a pleasure to stay there for 6 years I have gone to this hotel before and after working offshore. Staff always friendly rooms clean home from home.

Amazing experience I must say. Very clean and tidy rooms and very friendly staff with a beautiful smile on almost every staff member of the hotel from Valet parking person to room cleaning staff. My special thanks to Ms Oumayma, Mr Mehdi and Mr Pankaj from front office for exceeding my expectations. Rooms are a bit small but I think it's okay because the location, rates, cleanliness make it overlook. Definitely recommend to business travellers and families. Surely will be my destination for any future stay in Abu Dhabi.

We stayed in this hotel last holiday and we had a bad experience. You need to pay for the Dental amenities and additional bath amenities supply. There is also a charge of 10AED to get it delivered to your room. The room is also a bit small as you can see because it a small hotel. The bidet in our toilet room is not working. Though they have friendly staff but they should also provide a better service to their guest.

Three star hotel which delevery equal to five star service. Verious of food and bevrages… bar is awesome with different type of liquor. Breakfast is nice room service is excellent. Staff are very friendly and know many languages… I want to be there again and again. ✊✊ Very nice.

In general, not a bad hotel but for this money you can look for a better and what is not a little important can be found) ) Ordinary city is not than an outstanding urban three-star hotel, you can stay for a couple of days, more than two days is not sure. There is a parking lot to which your car will be driven away and driven without problems (free) also Wi-Fi on site and next to the hotel there is also very good so that for three stars it responds firmly. The rooms are good too.

I had great iftar buffet with alot of food varieties with homemade done and Ramadan juice, many selections of Arabic and cakes. Very good service especially the manager was very helpful.

3 hotel on the old airport road. Perfect location if you want to see the skylines of Abu Dhabi. Complimentary breakfast is good. Gym and pool is well maintained. Staff members are helpful. Don't miss the bar and shopping center Al wahad mall is in walkable distance.

Excellent place to enjoy with your family… Hotel is near to Abu Dhabi bus station … Located in the heart of city… Just behind Al wahada mall along airport road… One best thing about this hotel the buffet system is really good and cost effective…

Whenever I go to Abu Dhabi. I always find challenges to have great time with family. However when I visit this hotel. I think I found my needs. First of all they have one of the most beatifull brunch I ever had. The food and service was just perfect. They have also great kids club and wonderfull pool. All inclusive in the brunch package. We really enjoyed the buffet with its live cooking stations (Mexican. Oriental and Sushi) live grills and pizza. Every thing was perfect. I would like to thank the chef and his team. The service crew. The managment. And we will visit again and again.

It's cool except if you wanna order your meal you must go down to take it because it's not allowed for delivery man to go upper.

I wouldnt even give it a star! Am disappointed. I did a booking online after we checked the photos and the description. When we reached by there it was nothing like what we ve seen! The net showed a large lobby and there wasnt. The rooms we saw online where spacious and colourful… were literally are like a box and doesnt fit for 2 ppl. Even though I booked for 1 adult and 2 kids! It wouldnt fit for my 2 boys. I stayed for an hour to book another hotel me and my kids along with my luggage on the floor.

The breakfast and cleanness is more than perfect. The staff is very nice and helpful. We asked to change the matrass to a hard one. They have done it immediatelly. Melinda.

Neat and clean place. Al waada mall is at walking distance from Centro. You can also get Pakistani food nearby.

I am not happy at all with their service and hospitality. No porter provided to carry baggage. Airport driver has asked to sign his bill while I was trying to offload my luggage from cab.

Great value for money, good selection of food at breakfast. Small pool and gym but big enough for a lounge and a bit of exercise.

Fantastic service, everyone is super nice. Breakfast is good, bar is fantastic. Their chicken biryani is fantastic. I stayed here for 5 days and going back on 02 Sept again. Close to everything. Rooms are decent size. Pool on top of the roof is fantastic but need a quick clean around the edges of pool. Only problem I had is that water wont drain from washroom sink properly even after I told the receptionist about it. Overall I love this place.

Bed space was a little small than expected but comparatively good one. Neat and clean. Worth the price. But the pool was surprisingly small than the photos.

Very… disappointed … Booked a room on 15th Dec and I got cancel ma trip so I have to cancel ma booking 14 th itself. They were providing free cancellation as well ones I cancelled I got a email about they I got cancelled the booking and it won't charge anything at the same date I got a notification from ma bank I had lost 370 dhr for booking a room as well I booked it at 270 dhr how ever it's fine ones I contacted them the guy said it's jst a procedure and it will be refunded in 15 days as per he said I waited till 30 and I jst call them back they were playing deme transfering one another at Last one of them said they didn't cancelled from ther yet so I have to wait again 30 wrking days
They behave like a professional here and doing bullshit. How ever if any customer didn't give a call back they can have the cash…

Room allocated is so small, Free Wi-Fi but limited to 12 hours. In the heart of the city, good for shopping since Al wahda Mall is just a minute away. It's just a o. K kind of property. Well maintained pool is there at roof top.

Had dinner buffet for 2 persons at "city taste restaurant", it was nice, clean and cozy environment. However hot beverages was not included although I got the highest price coupon while surprisingly they were included in lower price coupon! (they offered me unlimited cold beverages instead and I still found it doesn't make any sense! ) I recommend basic price meals.

The room was very clean and tidy, though they dont provide free slipper and dental kit. Its 5aed per piece. The breakfast was ok, not much choices but you can enjoy. Their staffs at the restaurant was very courteous in assisiting us. The pool was also good, a bit small. They have a gym as well.
Its very near to al wahda mall and the main bus terminal. Overall it was excellent.

Stayed here on a last minute booking before Eid with the hotel really taking care of us and assigning our three rooms all on the same floor next to each other. Convenient to walk to the mall, and some good places near by for a bite or some ice cream. A grocery store next door really helped us with some needed stuff for the baby. Great helpful staff who took good care of us. A recommended budget friendly place to stay with premium feel and service.

Worth five star rating … a part from nice ambience and friendly staff. The taste of food at c taste guarentees there is something for everyone to dive into … Arabic brunch at C taste, a local favourite bountiful buffet boasts a variety of arabic dishes and a live cooking station for succulent barbecue items for meat lovers to salivate over, never ending list of salads and the best of all … mouthwatering desert station … is surely an ideal place for family gatherings.

As already said in comments, the rooms are little small but very clean and tidy. Gives a good glimpse of the city road (nice location). The breakfast is just ok. overall 7/10 points can be given.

Took for bloody ever to find but that prob how it works when you're jet lagged, drove in from Dubai and didn't quite realize that the UAE street have several different names esp along different blocks! Eeegadzooks!

This hotel is not good at all. Especially for family staycation it is not advisable to book in their hotel as they are having crazy rules and regulations in using their hotel amenities and facilities, they have allowed number of guests who can use their pool and maybe for the gym also, even in availing your breakfast you have to pay for your kids below 12 years old for which in other hotel it is usually free for one child. Those rules & regulations is really new to us, we've been to some hotels in Dubai and we didn't had any problem and issues like we had fom Centro Al Manhal Hotel by Rotana and this is the first time that we try a hotel here in Abu Dhabi for which we are also living but we are very unlucky of having chose Centro Al Manhal in Airport Road ABu Dhabi to stay because we just got upset, stressed and annoyed in dealing with their staffs. Some of their reception staff really sucks, specially the one who named Shaheen, he really doesn't have manners on assisting the guests, I think he didn't know or understand his job and responsibilities, the first impression of the hotel will must came from them who is in front and the first person that you get in touch upon checking in.
