Staffs are very helpful and polite. There are nice restaurants around to dine that is family friendly and very romantic. Moreover there is free parking space for guest.

We spent the day enjoying the Lobby Lounge, Sense Spa and the rooftop pool facilities. All three were fantastic!

The Rosewood Hotel is always our go-to place, whatever the occasion. We have stayed at the hotel multiple times, mainly when we have booked Spa treatments. Throughout the hotel, we have received consistently good service and the staff are always extremely accommodating with my dietary requirements. We often visit The Hidden Bar for games of pool, the happy hours or nightcaps. We also love the 7-8-9 wine and cheese night at La Cava. We highly recommend this hotel for romantic breaks, city escapes or spa stays.

My friends and I wanted a cozy ambiance for our regular night out get together And we have chosen Glo at Rosewood Abu Dhabi. Luckily it was their ladies night and my gals enjoyed 3 free drinks. Special thanks to Mr. Iranka for the assistance and great customer He made sure we were comfortable and was having a great time. Although he constantly reminded us about social distancing. We ordered for some pasta and pizza. Tacos and burgers. Sandwiches and sushi platter. The food selection was somehow limited but was reasonably priced. The ambiance is cozy and relaxing. It was a great night indeed.

Had the loveliest afternoon tea with three other lady friends. It was my first visit to the Rosewood.
I was a bit disappointed when the other three received their food platters, and for some reason I alone had to wait about 15 minutes for my platter.
After mentioning her disappointment with the service to one of the senior staff members, my friend was offered a free platter or some free drinks for our table. We happily accepted some drinks, what a fabulous way to make up for some slack service!

The Ladies night has been amazing. This was probably one of our better stops on this trip. The food was good, the drink's were flowing!

We had a great dining experience before in Dai Pad Dong food and staff wise were
top notch reason we booked the NYE Masquerade Ball at Glo. To be honest WE WONT RECOMMEND this place to our friends or to anyone. We had booked a table for Four, on arrival we discovered our table is a wooden sort of picnic table with attached wooden bench on it. Our friend spoke to the Glo Manager (whose incharged that night) to changed ours like the rest of the tables that night (mind u, us and 2 more guest were unlucky having those picnic wooden tables with attached benches). The Manager directly said they CANT DO ANYTHING and leave. Its quite rude in our part the way HE spoke to our friend… as if telling him to TAKE IT or LEAVE IT. Why we cant have the same tables with the rest of the guest knowing we both paid the same? Our tables dorsnt suit us ladies who dress up for that night … a masquerade ball with picnic wooden table and attached wooden bench? really?! Took us 30 min trying to secure a small high bar table and squeezed roubd it. Thanks to the guy in all white uniform but for that Manager sorry but he supposed not in hospitality busineaa. His NO HELP at all to the paying guest. His attitude and the way he dealt to guest will ruin the Hotel friendly staff. We WONT RECOMMEND GLO and surely we wont be back in that place.

Fabulous hotel with advanced connection to the Galleria Mall, amazing ambiance along with Friendly and well trained helpful staff, Specially Nguyen such a great man, who made our evening with great suggestions of restaurants. We absolutely enjoyed our dinner at Dai Pai Dong. Its one of the great experience we had in Abu Dhabi with Rosewood. Definitely will love to visit and stay again and and again. Thank you for being great place where we felt great and enjoyed every single second of it.

Beautiful space. Has a very plush feeling. We went to Ramadan Tent which was so traditionally decorated. There were many live counters and the spread was quite wide. Spread included Arab food, Indian food, Chinese food, Lebanese food, succulent kebabs, detailed dessert counter. All in all a spread worth spending money. Staff is very courteous and ready with smile to serve.

Good property with great ambience. The staffs are good and we tent to go back because of them even. Different restaurants at different levels for different cusines pulls a lot of foot fall to the property. The common areas are quiet and view at the water bodies are best during the evening hours.

Although on the new island and therefore is a little bit far from the main attractions, the hotel is very good with very attentive staff. The Lebanese restaurant here is extremely good with healthy servings of salad. The rooms are very clean. A very comfortable stay and would definitely come here again.

Luxury at the top and the staff extremely kind. The Lebanese restaurant on the ground floor is excellent and the meal on the terrace is very romantic. This hotel is fine. Only problem but this is the case as in Dubai French is not spoken.
If you don't speak English the discussions are complicated.

We went for the Dai Pai Dong Saturday Brunch and it was really great.
They change the menu a bit and I missed the duck but the rest was very tasty. Fresh fast creative with outstanding quality of food.
No doubt.
Staff was not bad but there is room for improvement. Totally adore the dragon tooth bar. Thanks to the management and happy Easter.

Very nice hotel, great service, just wonderful. The hotel staff is friendly and the pool is very nice. There is plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet. The hotel rooms are beautiful and in our case had a wonderful view of the water, the pool and the Galleria.

Very relaxing luxury hotel. We had an enormous executive room over looking the water. Especially enjoyed the fact everything in the room could be controlled from the television. The staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hotel. We have stayed in London and British virgin Islands. All good. This hotel is 4.5years old but you certainly would not know it. Staff were exceptional and always willing. Very easy access to Galleria mall area. Lots of restaurants available within walking distance such as Butchers Steak house. The food at the Rosewood in Great too. Gym, spa and club room all absolutely excellent. Solarium for sun all day and the pool is adequate. You can pay alot more for far less in Abu Dhabi so be careful. Seriously 9.5 out of 10

Excellent staff and service in a beautiful new building, awesome restaurant options and even a top end mall on-site, pool bar is great, awesome ladies night on Wednesdays. A top notch 5 star world class hotel. I also recommend going for the club room access.

Beautiful hotel. The hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were helpful during the check in and out process. We stayed in a club room which was cleaned to a high standard. The staff in the Manor Club were fantastic and looked after us very well. We also enjoyed the Hidden Bar and the friendly staff serving the drinks. Food was prepared to a high standard and there was plenty to choose from both in the Manor Club and the buffet breakfast in Aqua. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Very good views and very friendly staff, loved the food here. The interior decoration is marvelous and in good match with its surroundings. Loved the Aqua restaurant buffet setting and its friendly and welcoming staff, noticed that it is children friendly as staff were professional in proper handling of Children, they are even ready with child cuttlery sets which were high quality, safe and cute.

Staff were very friendly and genuine. This was consistent with all 2 nights of our stay. Rooms were well appointed and very clean, restaurants and pool all very good with a mall being close by for more food and shopping options.

The Hidden Bar is our favourite bar in Abu Dhabi, great atmosphere great gin menu, and great shisha. Worth a visit just to meet Muhammad, his stories will keep you coming back.

Great hotel, very luxurious rooms, top notch service from all staff and very good food in all restaurants. Nice pool and good fitness and spa as well. Personnel really goes the extra mile for you and when staying there I always feel very well serviced, they do the effort to make you feel special. My absolute favorite pick in Abu Dhabi!

A great 5* hotel with beautiful water front and views. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful n always eager to help. It has a rooftop open bar lounge which is amazing with great views. Price range is on a higher side comparatively to other options around.

Property is good and Decor is very good. Service and courtesy is excellent. Restaurants and executive bar gives excellent services. I would recommend my friends and relatives to stay in the hotel if they have plans to visit Abu Dhabi.

The staff were very attentive and couldn't have done more. I asked for some hot water because my pot of tea had gone cold and was given a fresh pot of tea. My husband asked for some cookies for me and we were given extra even though he had ordered the extra coffee. We were given a tour even though we asked for a look around. Amazing hotel I am looking forward to a stay cation later this year to be well and truly spoiled. A very enjoyable morning having breakfast. Thank you.
