High Quality Hotel, super Good Food and I mean it — never had such a good meal in my life.

Very nice hotel and stands tall to the reputation of the Four Seasons brand name. The quality of the building, furniture, the design, the layouts and the service are comparable to the best hotels in town. It's new and that's an additional point in favour of the hotel the plans for the area are good and in 2 to 3 years it should be in the heart of the events happening in Abu Dhabi. For the time being, it close to many attractions where you can get to shopping malls, cultural landmarks and down town in less than 10 minutes. Overall, it's worth a try.

The Four Seasons Hotel, Abu Dhabi was absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly, and assisted me to get to my event in a timely efficient manner. The food was good. It was not as good as some of the other hotels I have been to. The view was absolutely stunning! Its right on the water, and amazing to view at night. I would highly recommend a stay here, or to attend/host events here.

We had a premier executive suite. It was huge and beautiful. We had a foyer, full kitchen, living room, dining room, office area, 1.5 bathrooms, walk in closet with makeup vanity, and large master bath with soaking tub, wash closet and walk in shower. I love the Four Seasons. Their customer service is unparalleled to all the large hotel chains. Most of my issues with this location are to do with design and meals. 1. First and foremost, if you pay for a suite, the mini bar contents should be free. 2. I do not believe that anyone uses bidets anymore. They should upgrade their toilets to bidet toilets, or at least toilet seats. Getting up using cold toilets at night are a shock to the system. Hand sprayers are disgusting. 3. The lighting and electrical curtains were complicated. The buttons were hard to press because they were small and often blinds buttons did not respond. They were awkwardly placed by the bedside and not labeled. I often only wanted to open 1 window blind and not the whole room. A major problem that made me hesitant to book this hotel was design of the building. I was right in my discomfort. The building is clad with stationary glass and metal vertical louvres. Even though the bars are small and the glass is translucent, they effectively obstruct your view of the bay and city. I did not like this and it was especially problematic for night views. I could not get good pics of my outside views because of this and would not choose this hotel again.

Super comfortable bed. Decent room size. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast not worth the extra money!

One of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi. Quite and luxury. The lobby is big and have an outdoor sitting area. Attached to the galleria mall were you can go shopping and eat. Friendly and professional staff.

Dahlia Spa at the four seasons is absolutely stunning. One of the best massage treatments in town.

What a stunning luxurious hotel with excellent service! Hotel is conveniently attached to a high-end mall so its quiet easy to get something to eat without going outside! I was miserable with a cold and sniffing away when the housekeeper was cleaning my room-he noticed I was sick and ordered a complimentary ginger tea with honey for me! I am so touched by this gesture-thank you Friday for your hospitality! I will definitely recommend this hotel:)

It was very nice experience. Highly recommended for family. All staff were friendly and they really think about kids. They prepared welcome drink, plus welcome gift for kids at the main entrance. And then, the more surprising when we entered room as picture shown.

CRUST BRUNCH Much of the food is outstanding. Service is excellent. Drinks are good: the drinkers liked the gin station and loved the port on the cheese table; I loved the mocktails. Desserts are good and different every week. The donut with ice cream made up for it! I'll let the pics speak for themselves. ❤️

Loca at the Four Seasons — fantastic service and staff are friendly. Gets very busy on Wednesday for 'Ladies Night', so best to book in advance. Food is tasty and the atmosphere is lively too.

An amazing brunch at their Crust restaurant. The food was outstanding. The service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Rounded off the evening up stairs at Eclipse. Fabulous team anď atmosphere there too.

Hotel shows ware and tare. But the crew makes it comfy. Small rooms. The Beach ist not really a beach but more of a "lagoon" with no open sea access or view. But they do everything to make you feel at home. Pool is ok, club floor lounge is small but serves snacks all day — alcohol from 6pm to 8 pm — alternatively the cloud 9 bat facilities can be used as a premium guest.

Although the hotel is one of the oldest in abu dhabi, it was fully restores back in 2003 and reopened, the hotel is up to spec and its location is in middle of abu dhabi.

Great Hotel, nice atmosphere inside and outside! Alk. Drinks very expensive, but in all the Hotels! "Beach" is not great, for this great Pool! Controls and Service very accommodating! Eat tasty and plentiful. Would book it again!

A great branch of the Four Seasons just opened mid 2016. The hotel design is spectacular with the Arabic UAE local design twist. No beach though at this hotel.

The HISTORY of the … FOUR SEASONS Hotel ABU DHABI … always lasts a very long TIME marcel.

After having a awesome experience at other hotel brands for the first part of our honeymoon I was disappointed that I had such horrible experiences at Starwood hotels, this Sheraton being the last of the two. First when we arrived the hotel picked us up as prearranged, we checked in and started to relax and were undressed when two male staff members just walked into our room without knocking. I and my husband were immediately upset as I was undressed and being a Muslim woman no one but my husband should see me undressed. Once the staff realized someone was in the room they turned around and left. It was later told to me that they had forgot to prepare our room as a honeymoon room and were rushing to do so. The hotel knew ahead of time our early arrival so this was no excuse. This upset my husband and myself. We both felt uncomfortable and unrelated for the remainder of the stay. Later that day we signed up for a tour through the hotel and was given directions to our bus, after sitting in the hot sun for a hour we called the hotel who told us the bus had came and we missed it, we explained we were waiting and nothing came, when we complained to management we were them told the schedule had changed and no more buses were running. We were highly upset as the remainder of our day was runined and it was too late to find another tour company. We only had 3 full days and Abu Dhabi for our honeymoon and had wasted one because of the hotel not giving us correct information.

We stayed in the hotel for 6 nights and it was a great experience. The staff was exceptionally nice and was helping us in every possible way. The food was great and we always had enough. The buffet was never empty or not filled with enough delicious international food. The special offers varied each day and we enjoyed exceptionally good food. The rooms were clean and the service very good. Our stay in the hotel let non of our wishes unattended. I can and I will recommend this hotel to everyone!

Duty Manager has given all the reasons to believe why our rooms were not ready. Although they confirmed the arrival time two days prior arrival. As per our request for two connecting rooms and two separate rooms in same floor. Which was confirmed by the hotel. Unfortunatly we got two rooms on 7th floor and two rooms on 9th floor (no connecting available) It is very luxurious hotel but the four seasons service quality level is not there yet.

Am at the Sofitel have been with 4 people on a Friday night at the International Dinner Buffet, had over booked the Groupon. Food offer is very limited, the quality of Basic Standard. Can not comparison with other 4 or 5 star Hotels compete in terms of variety and quality of the food. Although Soft Drinks were included in the Groupon price, we had to pay for Orange Juice extra to be in order about informed. In the future, for me a No Go.
