To walk into accomodation and find it meets and exceeds expectations, is comforting and makes the start of your vacation relaxing.

Another great stay we love it here the view is amazing and it's very convenient to everything on the island that we enjoy like kaanapali Beach and Lahaina.

We are wrapping up our trip this evening and have been here for 11 nights! This is our 4th time staying here and each time we love our experience. You cannot beat the location and price. We were disappointed however with the crumbling wall, roped off, and “Danger Restricted Area” signs. It looks like the weather this winter really made its mark. It really took away the beauty of walking out and looking at the turtles/view/sunset. We love getting the bottom floor so that we can walk right out and utilize the little tiki hut for coffee and reading, but that was roped off as well. We will return next year, but will most likely stay next door as their wall is not damaged and the view and access to the beach is easier now days. As always, the maintenance and staff was extremely pleasant. Thanks for another great trip!

Endless sunsets. Paradise.

This is an older property that is kept nice. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. There is no beach access but have a nice grass area. The view was gorgeous. The manager was friendly and accommodating. Only thing I would have liked would have been AC in the bedroom. Too warm to sleep well in that room.

We had great week at the place and got not disappointed at all.

The views were great, condo was clean. Only draw back is there is not a nice swimming beach close.

Its kind of a sad place. Loved my room. Not friendly. No Aloha. No beach access. No place to enjoy the ocean. We stayed at another location the week before and although the accommodation wasn't as nice it was friendly and welcoming. I like to have a cigarette after a cocktail. I'm not a full time smoker. At previous places, found it a place to meet other guests and make friends. The beach side of this makes you feel like you're trespassing and the smoking area is a guilt trip. The pool is on the street side so you might as well be at a motel anywhere. But, I did love my room. Really worn out pillows and bedding. Still super cute. Just a super bad vibe.

We stayed in The condo's location was awesome, right off the ocean. We were able to check out turtles from the lanai, and had an awesome cross breeze. Great place to stay!

This was a great spot to vacation for week for our first time to Maui. My wife and I liked it for many reasons. — The ocean front view is amazing. No obstructions. Amazing sunsets. — — Affordable. Friends were staying at a nearby luxury resort. Our view was better at half the price. — Location was great. Walking distance to stores and nearby park. Also not a bad location on the island to be able to get around to nearby beaches. — Clean. Well maintained facility and room. Noticed staff members cleaning each day. — Quiet. Didn't have any noisy neighbors or kids yelling at the pool. Just the sound of the waves, wind and birds. Here are some other things to note for your stay: -The pool does not face the ocean. -No A/C. This could be an issue for people. However, we figured out how to use the front door to create an airflow that mitigated this problem. Fans helped to. Overall, very pleased with this condo. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

There condos are right on the water. There's a beautiful breeze from the ocean. There's a full kitchen and living room in addition to the bedrooms in the condos. The balconies or lanais are right on the ocean or overlooking the sea. These condos are located in a convenient location near restaurants, grocery stores, markets, etc. All the conveniences you could possibly need are very nearby. Just a few minutes by car away.

Great convenient location that is minutes from amazing beaches, shopping and. Beauitful hikes. No beach access from condo due to shoreline, but right on the water.

Stayed in condo and had a great stay! Everything you need is in the condo and being on the 3rd floor gives you a great view above the water so you can watch the turtles play below along the shoreline. A+ review.

Always a good time here. Resident turtle population. Friendly guests and staff. Close to farmers market and excellent plate lunch offerings. Suggest you get a room with A/C, not all of them have it.

Love this place! Been coming here every year for the last seven years and yes, the wicked weather this winter caused a sink hole that required filling. However, the impact was minimal and we had our usual awesome time. There are many condos here that are superb, and the serenity and view can't be beat. Lonnie is always a pleasure to work with, and we are already booked for next year!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and had the most amazing time! We loved having a kitchen so we could cook our own food and save on expenses. Our condo was perfect-we loved having the corner unit because we got the breeze through the entire condo! The view was spectacular and we loved watching the sea turtles and birds right from our lanai! Definitely an amazing and unforgettable experience!

This place was absolutely perfect! My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon here and couldn't be happier with our stay. The pictures on the Airbnb website were 100 % accurate, the place was entirely immaculate and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Its conveniently located near the best shops and restaurants, also the harbor which is great if you take the whale watching tours, dinner cruise or snorkeling tours. The balcony overlooked the gorgeous view of the ocean where we watched the whales and sunsets. The patio for other tenants below was well kept up everyday, everyone was friendly but respected your space. Can we talk about how amazing the bed is?! That is the best night sleep my husband and I have had in months, we are now shopping for a new one. The condo had extra goodies to take advantage of like ice chests, beach towels, beach chairs, sun screen, rubbing alcohol, peroxide, cleaning supplies, extra bath towels (which I suggest using on the bathroom floor as you shower, it can get a large area wet), I truly mean endless tools and nick-nacks you could possibly use for anything. I want to thank you fro the bottom of our hearts for making this a gorgeous and unforgettable experience, we will definitely be back to visit as will our family and friends who come to the island. The moment we walked into our condo and saw the view, we fell in love with the place. The ocean view with the neighboring islands were amazing. We saw a sea turtle grazing on some seaweed just a few feet from our lounge chairs. We also saw a whale breaching and splashing around from our balcony. The interior was very nice and well kept. The appliances were new, the countertops were recently upgraded from the looks of it. They had everything that you needed to make yourself comfortable in the condo. We never needed to get anything else except food when we were there. The only thing we can criticize was the size of our bed. They only had a full size mattress and I felt a bit cramped with me being 6 ft and my wife in the small bed. Other than that small detail, the place was just fantastic. It's also very affordable compared to other places.

This is my fourth time to come here, and this place can't be beat. The condos are all beautifully renovated, tastefully furnished and at less than half the price of a hotel room. Come here, you will not be disappointed.

If you want to stay at a place that has a huge beach right in the back, this probably isn't your place. If you want a very nice place with a great ocean view and you will be using other parts of Maui to get your beach fix, this place is awesome. We loved it.
