I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Housekeeping doesn't cone every day, but I like that. They give you towels in your room when you check in and once a week they change the sheets and stuff. I think k that's great. Pool is nice. There are grills that guests can use. It's literally across the street from the beach. There's a ready good sushi place on the premises. I would stay here again.

A wonderful resort! Right across the road from beach access and very close to many things to do. We were on the top floor. The unit did not have air but did NOT need it! We were able to open the windows and turn on the fans and it felt amazing! The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful staff were also wonderful! If we return we will hopefully be able to stay here again!

We just returned from a delightful week at this very comfortable, well maintained and scenic facility. The rooms were very well maintained and appointed, nicely provided with living essentials, and included a grand view of the beach and bay. The staff were very friendly, extremely accommodating and responsive. We will definitely include this on our "A-list" of places to which we will be returning.

They a very clean pool. The staff there were very helpful and friendly. And I will very much go again next visit.

Nice location — — right across the street from the N. Kihei beach. The units are "medium size" (but not small), clean, and well furnished, but are not air conditioned. Our unit had new carpeting. The bathrooms are on the small side. The pool is smallish (for the number of rooms at the hotel) so it tends to be somewhat busy — — and it's closed/inaccessible at night (opens at 8am). The cost of the room is a little on the high side, especially considering the lack of air conditioning.

Nice smaller complex. Nice pool area. Across the street from a good walking beach. Rooms are not super deluxe, but still quite nice.

Right across from the beach in Kihei, great views, great rooms, the pool is clean and the hot tub is hot. Friendly service. Fantastic place.

Cute place to stay. Wonderful decks, my was overlooking the pool. I was happily surprised by the washer and dryer in out room. It was a lifesaver because the only dirty clothes we took home were the ones on our backs. Walked across the street, to the beach for almost every sunset. Only complaint was the noise of the pool kids and people walking and talking under my window. But the staff was friendly and helpful. Will be back!

Beautiful views and friendly staff! While offering everything you need. The lack of some frills allow you to take advantage of it's convenient location and experience the beauty of Maui and it's stunning coast. The concierge service is also super helpful and the staff person who taught us how to make leas and bracelets was the sweetest. The only negative we had was that the sales team for the Vacation Ownership Club who were not only pushy (which we expected), but disrespectful and unprofessional when we declined to buy property. However, the almost 2 hour experience (compared to the 90 advertised) wasn't enough to taint our wonderful experience at this resort.

This is a convenient condo complex. They are pretty new. And I believe they remodel the units frequently. It's quiet, clean, and across the street from the beach.

I attended a baby shower at the Maui beach up in the rainbow room. The wait staff was really accommodating and helpful to our party We were able to decorate our area and the prices for the buffet were reasonable. The food was decent. It was a nice atmosphere for us ladies and even our little ones!

Awesome staff, and very nice facility. Across the street from the beach, which is perfect for walking and enjoying the view. The pool area is clean and well maintained, and the rooms are very clean. We have stayed here every year for many years and love it. It's not "high class", but a great value for what you get. Get a high floor for a great view of the ocean. No A/C, but the ocean breeze helps keep you cool.

The most beautiful sunset from our room. I will definitely come back to Maui Beach Vacation Club. The beaches is a walk across the street very beautiful! Our room is great very clean everybody was very nice everybody!

Well kept grounds nicely decorated interiors, friendly staff. But has been really noisy, dirt and sand from winds coming in through louvered windows covering beds, clothes and furniture.

No air conditioning and poorly maintained window blinds. We were not informed about the lack of air conditioning until we discovered it ourselves. The pool area is nice but the beds needed replacing a long time ago. They have pest control problems, ants in our kitchen and a note from management leading us too believe it is not unexpected. The staff are nice and attentive.

Beautiful, spacious, nicely appointed rooms and well supplied kitchen. I only have 4 stars because there is no air conditioning, and I have difficulty with heat and humidity.

The island events orientation manager really knows the island, she gave great tip, travel times & good suggestions tailored to all. Everyone's visit to Maui will be memorable.

Great resort, the units are great with full kitchen and facing the ocean (1bdrm), the pool area is very nice and the grills are pretty new! Close to two big plazas and a market. We loved it!

My husband and I stayed here for a week in May. We absolutely loved Kihei and the location of the resort. This was our first time in Maui and our first night we'll never forget. When we checked in and got into our room there was a letter letting us know that the resort would be spraying for insects during the week and we soon found out why. We we're there 5 minutes and saw the first cockroach! They were everywhere! Inside and outside! All over the kitchen, bathroom and hallway of the unit. We didn't sleep all night! There's no one at the resort you can call after 10pm if you have a problem. When we told the front desk the next morning the didn't seem surprised. They moved us to a different condo only because they had the space and we we're very upset. When we moved we still found bugs (not cockroaches) and this unit wasn't as nice. Everytime we tried to speak with the manager she was "busy". She never spoke to us and that was that so I would NEVER stay here again.

We were there for 2 weeks and loved it. The office staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions about the island. The concierge service (Nestor/Delainey) was the best we have encountered and again very friendly and helpful. The 2 bedroom we had was very clean, well stocked with towels, utensils and a full sized fridge with ice maker for cold drinks. The on site amenities were great and very clean. I've never seen a BBQ grill so clean every day after numerous uses the night before. There is plenty of off street parking and the facility is a short drive to numerous activities/beaches/shopping and dining. My only drawback was that there was no AC and had to leave windows open and hear noises such as slamming of security gate or accessing of stairwell near our ground floor condo. Though it was ground floor, it allowed quicker and easier access to facilities amenities. We would definitely go back in the future.

Nice place with friendly staff and clean rooms. About 50 units so parking is good and pool doesn't get too crowded. Only regret was that you have to cross Kihei Rd to access the ocean. Not very beach friendly once you cross either. Gonna have to walk further south if you wanna sit in the sand.

A small resort maybe 50 rooms. Very well run, clean, good location, nice pool.

We love our stays at Maui Banyan. Rooms are clean and well equipped kitchen lets us eat in when we want to, AC works great but ceiling fans are nice morning and evening. Grounds are kept beautifully. Short walk to best sunset views around.

Convenient, near airport, a few minutes from mall and other big box stores…

This place has no air conditioning, and crappy old ceiling fans in the rooms, be prepared to sweat it out. Nothing around within walking distance. Hard to relax when you can't sleep because it's hot, right when you get to sleep the damn local birds start cherping and howling, and don't even think of shutting your windows because that would mean shutting the oven doors. Look elsewhere if you want a quality vacation.

Great timeshare trade. No air condition but not needed. Beautiful sunset from ocean view balcony. Has ample parking and elevator. Clean and just great.
