My first time to be in Koloa Landing Resort and I am so impress with what u see inside. My family love everything about it. It’s like hidden paradise. I will surely come back again. I would highly recommed it.

I thought it was a nice lodge had a great time kids are good time in the pool nice scenery can I ask for anymore.

The best pool imaginable, nicest staff, beautiful location, Large rooms with washer/dryers. We love this place so much.

This resort is amazingly beautiful. It was nice to have a full kitchen, separate bedrooms and washer & dryer in our villa. The pools are amazing and I can see why it was voted best pool in America. I would highly recommend this resort for anyone.

Clean and well cared for…very responsive to requests. Staff friendly. Loved the quiet atmosphere — close proximity to shops. Wonderful welcoming gifts. Pool was crazy big and had different areas. Only negative was the texture cement on the splash pad — definitely a softer non slip material could be used since infants and toddlers are using — our little ended up with scratches from crawling on it.

Absolutely loved this resort. Our one bedroom villa was a dream. The kitchen was stocked with essential cookware and necessities. Having a washer/dryer in the room was so helpful. The grounds and pool are beyond fantastic.

We just stayed here and loved every minute of it. The staff was great, you had options of pools & having the holo holo grill onsite was always a great option! The ocean view was amazing and the beaches were within walking distance. Would 10/10 recommend for a relaxing vacation. And we can’t wait to return!

Absolutely fantastic resort! Staff is super friendly and accommodating, I was not expecting daily maid service first time I’ve had that since Covid hit. Pools and grounds are immaculate and so nice. I have a one bedroom unit and it has absolutely everything you could ever want, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, washer and dryer, nice dining and living room space with a TV, fantastic bathroom with separate shower and tub. Will definitely stay here again!

This has been the most pleasant place I have ever stayed. I think we got the very best ground level suite in the whole place. Private yard overlooking the Lagoon pool.

It’s so beautiful. They have amazing pools, jacuzzis, and access to the beach. The resort is gorgeous. Flowers and ginger roots are all over the resort. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything is so laid back at this island you literally feel no stress.

Classy, kid friendly,, great amenities, staff & food. So much to love. Think we will make this tradition.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone! This is a delayed post, but worth the time now. This hotel has gone above and beyond to make our family settle in and feel comfortable. Jennifer Acoba helped us navigate a sick husband and getting cate for him nearby. She also was able to make sure that our room was appointed well. The pool is a family fave! If you can secure a cabana it’s totally worth it if you like that sort of thing. Staff here was so warm and friendly and willing to help! This was a five star experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The resort has very beautiful environment, makes you feel relaxed. This is the next day after our first day and the bed was very comfortable. People working here are very friendly too! I recommend it for a anniversary trip!

Let’s start by saying the grounds are amazing and well taken care of. I even saw one guy pick all the flowers out of the pool! We had a studio room with a “partial” ocean view but it turns out we had a full ocean view, bed was very comfy and bathroom is very roomy and clean comes with a mini fridge and mini kitchen but the best part is the full washer and dryer in the closet! The staff is great, everyone is very welcoming and makes you feel at home! We will be returning to Koloa Landing year after year!

Finally got to stay at Koloa Landing Resort and it is everything great like everyone shared about this place! From check-in and during our stay, the guest service was impeccable! The water features are awesome! Great fun time for family at the main time or some quiet down time at adult only pool… The suites are spacious, clean, beautiful and private! A home away from home…

What a gorgeous place! We loved our Villa! Will definitely come back! We had a wonderful Villa with a full kitchen. The service was amazing, and loved our view!

This place is amazing! This is our second time staying at this hotel and so far it hasn’t disappoint. The property is beautiful with well manicured lawns and beautiful flowers. We had an ocean view room which was amazing. Our room also had all the amenities we needed — balcony, washer/dryer, microwave, even laundry detergent. The pool was great and servers are readily available pool side to keep the drinks flowing. We loved the water slide and the lagoon. The property is just steps away from several miles of beach where seeing turtles and monk seals is almost common place. It’s also walking distance to shopping and other amenities in either direction. We will definitely consider staying at this property when we are back in Kauai.

Excellent hotel. We spent 4 nights here then 5 nights on the north of the island in Princeville. When we come back to Kauai we'll be coming here. The room was large, comfortable and spotless. The hotel is in a good location with a small outdoor mall walking distance away, some nice beaches nearby and amazing food at the nearby restaurants.

Great resort with many rooms/villas options, several pools with waterslides and waterfalls, three spas, and so much more! Grill/bar on site. Very kid-friendly. We booked the 2 bedrooms Villa and it was huge! Came with a big lanai (balcony) equipped with dining chairs & table, long chair, and two seats. Great concierge services!

Fantastic pool, the rooms are amazing. Holoholo Grill offers good food. Service has been fantastic! The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is due to the loud Hawaiian music that plays on s continuous loop all day and into the night. I would prefer to open my patio doors and enjoy the sounds of the water and nature.

Loved this place! Very expensive though. Great views, nice friendly staff, and very nice rooms (even the cheap ones! ). The pools are amazing and always amazing. Tip: One thing I gotta say is that they have multiple pools. If you want to just swim, go to one of the other pools other than the main or kids pool, because they're always crowded.

Well if you had asked me a few days ago I would have said I could not picture a better resort. We have stayed here 1/2 a dozen times. We started back when the lobby building was still under construction. Before the new pool even existed. And still fell in love with the rooms, pools and service. I have always been upgraded and wowed by the service. This summer I was about to book somewhere else because there were a lot of people coming and to get 2 separate condos here would be very expencive. However I decided that my family had to experience this resort so I felt the cost would be worth it. We travel a lot so I knew to contact the hotel weeks early to request the area of the property we wanted to stay in. I checked in early in the day also to make sure we got the best room possible. At 3pm when we got a call our rooms were ready we happily showed up to see that we were placed in a building without semi private elevators, in fact only one elevator far away from the parking lot, no large balcony, no wolf appliances, no soaking tub, no sliders thay go into the wall and no balcony with a table to enjoy meals. My semi ocean view is of a broken down house covered in graffiti so I dont want to open the windows or sit on the balcony anyway. I get that this sounds whiney and entitled but when you are spending this kind of money you expect to get what you pay for. When I contacted the front desk to be moved there were no rooms available and a sorry.

I think this place is awesome. We just returned 2 days ago from a week stay (6/12/18 — 6/19/18). My family has been coming back every other year; I believe this was our 4th stay. New from our last visit was an additional pool. It is amazing. There are 3 pools total. I found the staff to be extremely friendly. The villas are nicely furnished and very comfortable. We had a 3 bedroom villa on the 4th floor. Yes, you can see the ocean but you just get a peak of it. I didn’t care. I love the lanai. The doors on both sides open so it opens up nicely. Every bedroom has an opening to outside. There is an easy, short walk to the ocean. My kids loved the s’mores on the lawn and the Friday night movie. I love Kauai. I love Koloa Landing. I will be back with my family in 2020.

Absolutely beautiful resort! This was our first resort experience and it was great. The rooms are large and very clean. There are multiple pool and hot tub options and they were never over crowded. The resort has good restaurant for lunch and dinner. It is also very close to multiple shopping/dining options in Poipu.

This is a beautiful resort with pools and spas. I had a lovely studio room with a kitchenette. The restaurant is not the greatest but will do in a pinch. There’s a very small convenience store. Unfortunately, not all the staff are pleasant and helpful. Also, the housekeeper did not clean the room on at least one of the days. She did put in new towels but it was obvious she didn’t do much else. The gardens and landscaping are gorgeous. You’re not too far from the beach or a shopping center.

Location is good but not excellent if you want to walk to a beach. That said, the surrounding area is pretty good. The overall quality of this hotel is one of the best, the hotel pool and othet facilities are very well designed and maintained. Room is spacious, even the smallest option.

An incredibly experience! My wife and I stayed here for our 1st anniversary and we're worried we may have peaked. I'm not sure how to top this. Ocean views at every turn, a gigantic pool with waterfalls and a grotto, shuttle service to nearby shops and restaurants (which are still walkable), multiple beach options, an on-site dining experience with some of the best poke we've ever had, and a villa larger than our downtown apartment. Can't wait to come back here and do it all again!

First time at an autograph collection hotel. This is a unique hotel with an apartment style setting. I booked a studio and got upgraded to an one bedroom apartment. The sofa bed in the living room is horrible, so I wouldn't recommend the one bedroom for a family stay. You'd better off with booking a 2 bedroom apartment. The room is clean, and the service is friendly and fast. Limited SPG benefits as there were no free breakfast or lounge.

This is an absolutely amazing resort. The pool is HUUUGE. You never feel like your being crowded by other parties because everyone has enough room to operate within themselves. The view is beautiful, especially from the deck view that all the rooms have. We stayed in a 3 bedroom and the ability to open the whole room is seriously breath-taking. There are tons of food options around and it's super easy to get around the island. The staff was super friendly and helped us with any needs we had. It was without a doubt the best vacation of my life. If you are looking for a relaxing stay with absolutely no worries. This is the resort for you.

This was one of my favorite parts of our Kauai trip! It had amazing pools and beautiful views! It is right next to the ocean, which, early in the morning and in the evening, we saw lots of sea turtles. The beaches around this area are also gorgeous and have amazing sunsets. It was an amazing experience overall and was a great ending to our spring break trip!

They really know how to take of their guests here. Down to the tiniest details, they are top notch. Picture Perfect. Family Friendly for sure. With Comfort and Style in mind. Ocean views, incredible foliage, and tropical texture. Magnificent.

Nice pool and rooms. Well appointed kitchens. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was good. Negatives: No beach access. You have to walk down the way a bit to get to a beach and there are no chairs from the resort. The mattress for the pull out sofa in the 1 bedroom rooms was horrible. It wasn't even sufficient for a child and definitely not for an adult. For the price, they should upgrade those mattresses.

Very nice place. We had a studio which was great for two. This is a pretty new resort so everything was very nice and clean. No real wear and tear going on. The main pool was warm and very kid friendly. Nice baby pool area. Infinity pool. Three hot tubs around the main pool. Slide. There are two other pools as well. One medium sized and one small. The small pool area is reserved for adults only which is nice. We ate breakfast at the restaurant which was average. This area had many resorts and was nicer than the majority of the island. It's about a 45 minute drive to Waimea Canyon and about an hour to the north side. Nice little shopping area with several restaurants just a few minutes away — about a 10 minute walk. I would definitely go back.

Excellent rooms, buildings very clean. Friendly staff & beautiful grounds. Loved every minute of our stay. Amazing sunsets every night overlooking the water on the stonewall behind the resort. Centrally-located as well, super convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Our room 5 star all the way! A 2 bedroom villa, wrap around lanai. Staff very helpful and kind. The beds are also very comfortable. Short walk to town! Coming back here in 6 months!

This place is just amazing :) Pristine grounds, excellent on site restaurant, multiple pools with waterfalls etc… and staff that’s on top of everything. Our room in building 7 included a full kitchen, laundry, large bath with a side faucet (important if you want to share), and a view of the “adult” pool which keeps the noise down while giving a nice view of multiple waterfalls and rock formations ;) Have been here for a week so far and could honestly live here. By far, best resort I’ve visited.

Welcome to my family’s version of hell. Below is what Koloa Landing Resort calls a “deluxe full ocean view”. AKA a view of the pool full of screaming kids, the loudest waterfalls, pool music, and maybe 25% ocean view. It may as well be a water park outside our room. My ears literally ring when I go inside. I love children and families, but not all day every day on our relaxing dream vacation, and not when I was expecting something completely different.
The resort refuses to apologize and stands by this being a full ocean view. I believe that our view is the very definition of a “partial ocean view” per their own website! Admit you made a mistake, apologize, and make it right Koloa. That will go much further.
I will say that if you looking for a family friendly resort this is a great place. The pool is huge and includes waterfalls (quite loud outside room all day and night though), a slide, and fountains for the kids to play in. The rooms are large and very clean.
Bottom line, deplorable customer service. Even the manager lied to us completely denying that she told us we could switch rooms halfway through our trip.

Perfect place to stay. We had a studio room with small kitchen, so we made sandwiches for lunch to save money. Pool is peaceful. The rental for snorkels and beach items is reasonable. From this location you can do everything on the island from ATV, Coffee Tour, restaurants and Beach access all near by or walking distance. Would 100% stay here again.

An amazing Resort perfect for couples and families. Definitely on the luxurious end but well worth the money. Our room was ocean facing and would highly recommend trying to get one of these rooms. Nothing beats waking up and watching Whales from your balcony! Oceanside side resort with a short 5 minute walk to Poipu beach. The resort is perfectly located. 25 minutes from the airport. Plenty of shopping centers/food places within 5 minutes. Plenty of water sport activities available near by from Scuba, Surfing, Paddle boarding and Snorkeling. You won't regret staying at the Koloa Landing Resort.

The location was great — within walking distance of the beach and nice shops and restaurants. The rooms were really well maintained, clean, and updated. Beautiful place to stay!

Koloa Landing has been amazing, and I would recommend to anyone. This property is not beachfront but makes up for it in spades. There are three different pools, one is adault only, another is designed for families and then the main pool which is made up of 3 pools, and includes 2 water slides. The property has a look out and dive site across the road, and if you walk 10-15 minutes down the road you have access to plenty of beach with great areas for swimming. The resort is located about 5 minutes from Koloa where you will find shopping, great food and groceries. The rooms are designed for any type of group from single guests, couples and even larger families. There is a restaurant on site but between your own kitchen (state) and Koloa you need to eat there often.

The staff were helpful and nice. The place was beautiful and the food was delicious. Total recommend the place to people to stay or use as a venue.

Nice hotel on the island of Kauai. Incredible swimming pool. No real beach though. Very nice. Probably nicest Marriott property on the island.

Very nice place for a family vacation. We rented a 3 bedroom villa. All rooms were a good size, master was huge. The villa has a pullout sofa bed which was decent. The features inside villa were very nice. Pools very nice. Restaurants ok. No quick beach access but very walkable to a nice beach, 10-15 minute walk. I would stay here again for a family vacation for sure!

My husband and I stayed at Koloa Landing Resort recently. The hotel is very nice. The staff is very, very awesome. Upon our arrival we checked in with Ma Gelly and greeted us with a very warm Aloha and made us feel so welcome. The room was very nice. The atmosphere and the entire staff are outstanding. We really enjoyed our vacation. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. It was the best vacation ever!. We will back next year. Thank you for making our stay pleasant…

The staff are wonderful! Lovey made us feel so welcome! The units are huge and very nicely decorated. The units all have well appointed kitchens and laundry rooms. The lanies are large and very nice. The pool is ok, a new one is under construction and is supposed to be wonderful. Overall it's a great place to stay with the family! but it is the staff that makes it so special! I would jhave probably given a 5 star if there was no construction and the new pool was ready.

Very nice rooms, with great accommodations, pool and spa was nice. Manicured grass soccer field and volleyball court… Not a 5 star because of the construction, it is quite loud during the day.

Best place to stay on Kauai for sure. The staff is amazing, rooms are amazing, and so close to many sights such as Turtle Cove!

Gourmet kitchen, fantastic pool, spectacular landscaping, super friendly staff, luxury bathrooms, easy walking distance to several great beaches, shops and restaurants. Everything is great. There is some construction noise (until December 2016), but building two is far from the construction and over looks he pool. We hung out and ate most meals one the Lanai. We can't wait to come back.

Love it here. This is our 4th visit here, and it never disappoints and seems to always get better. The staff is wonderful and amazing and so very kind and helpful, they go above and beyond all day everyday.

Really great accomodations. Luxurious finishes and really comfortable beds.

Everything about this place is awesome. Rooms, pools, services, local restaurants, you name it. The only problem is the appliances they give you in the rooms, they are horrible. Here are a few examples; dishwasher can't clean for jack, fridge has to much pressure so its almost impossible to open it, toaster and blender where broken and we had to get it replaced, and doors have problems locking. The reason why I'm giving it 4 stars and not 3 is because they responded quickly and fixed the problems. Overall, pricing is good, and I would recommend staying here.
