This place is flawless. Wish the gated pool key thing was simpler. If someone in your party has the key and you don't. You have to wait for your key or hope someone let's you in out. The 3rd floor suite was SWEET!

Incredible air bnb option. We loved how fully stocked the houses were and how much like home they felt. Perfect location to many coffee and restaurant options.

The rooms were fantastic, they were clean, comfortable, and very nice with great views. The grounds and pool were always immaculate. The grill by the pool was always clean and convenient to use. The location is great, it's just a short 10 minute walk to the beach. This is the second time I've stayed here and would certainly stay here again!

Gorgeous villa! We loved our stay here and felt so comfortable in the home. Temperature regulation inside was perfect and there was so much space to accommodate our family. Felt like luxury but still had a homey feel. We used the pool and gym on the property every day and the walk to Poipu beach is enjoyable and short enough to do multiple times in a day without getting tired of it. It's a quiet neighbourhood and well suited to families who just want a relaxing getaway to spend time together. Also down the road about 10 minute walk is Little Fish Cafe where you can get the best Acai bowls on the island. We went there almost everyday!

Danggggg place is legit. Have a small closet where people can take boggie boards and beach chairs for free. Really appreciated that! The apartments were massive! The floors are granite and everything is super clean. About a 10 min walk to the beach! (Can see sunset from there just get there about 10 min before because it sets behind a mountain) Only downside — walls are incredibly thin. Could hear every doorstep and noise from upstairs neighbor.

Everything was amazing. Pool was the most beautiful that I had ever been in. Villa was clean and modern while keeping the Hawaiian style.

This place is fantastic. We had the penthouse villa and loved it. It is large and the floor plan is great. I would highly recommend this place.

Rented a 5 bedroom house from the villas right near the Hyatt, couldn't have had a better location for everything we wanted (beach, pools, walks, shops, coffee etc)

Great place, quiet and pleasant. Not a lot of walkable options here tho. Close to beaches.

Beautiful villa. Clean, modern. We were ground floor. Heard incessant pitter patter of feet above us. Poor insulation between bottom and top floors. Lord, were they running relay races? Great location pool was nice, but 5° too cold. Would probably return.

These spacious hotel villas are located across a huge area in the Poipu region of Kauai. There are multiple building, each with 4 units. The complex cotaints 2 pools, beach side access, several tennis courts, use of propane grills, and a local restaurant. During the time of our visit, staff indicated that ever unit was filled, but the area did not even feel close to being busy. Staff was friendly and the amenities were excellent. Highly recommend staying at this place for either an extended holiday or with family!

The rooms were spacious and clean. The decor and amenities were amazing. They had all the cookware and cutlery we needed to cook the entire stay (4 days/nights) and the pool and hot tub were right next to our rental. The whole thing was only a short walk to the beach to swim and watch the sun set.

This place is super nice, clean, and my kids loved the pool. We just had the best two weeks ever, this is the only place I will stay on Kauai.

Amazing rentals with great amenities. Beautiful decor and comfortable beds. Bathrooms are to die for after a great day at the beach a 5 min walk aeay.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom condo with easy access to the beach and high way to explore more of Kauai. Highly recommend renting a car and staying here.

Pros: Central AC, large rooms, nicely decorated, close to ocean, nestled among the many condo developments of Poipu, Kauai. Nice work out facility. Friendly staff. Cons: Lower units can hear the people above walking. There's something about the construction that accentuates the sound of people walking and children running.

What a beautiful place to stay in Paradise! So clean, great pool, loved the penthouse. Beautiful spacious rooms. Great hospitality!

Stayed in a 3 bedroom Villa here for 4 nights. Property is relatively strict with rules but the stay was very pleasant for my family. They were very accommodating for my infant providing a crib and high chair. They have a very convenient shared beach closet filled with stuff for the pool and beach you can borrow daily. Location is great. Just wish their kitchen stocked more essential items like oil and butter for use.

Spacious apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Very quiet and nice area. Walking distance to Poipu beach park.

This will forever be our go to resort! Prime location, beautiful high-end villas right by the water! It will truly become your home away from home. The property is very well taken care of, and gives you a relaxing private Hawaiian experience.

The Villas at Poipu Kai is the place to be. We arrived on May 1, 2017 and departed May 10, 2017. Pictures on websites are usually done professionally, so they are the perfect view with the perfect lighting. However, this place is absolutely perfect in every way. After taking a brief tour of the room, we sat on the lanai and enjoyed the fresh air. We were amazed at the cleanliness of the unit, spacious rooms and the largest shower I have ever seen. Just a few minuets walk to the beach, a short walk down a lighted path to the Grand Hyatt Resort (Great Mai Tai and Sushi Bar) and just a few minuets drive some great local shopping. My wife really enjoyed the shopping. They have Starbucks… I enjoyed the real Kona coffee, while she shopped. The gas grills by the pool came in handy. It is nice to have a dinner and watch the sunset on the lanai. Dinner was easy with the top notch kitchenware provided. You will not be disappointed. We enjoyed the Villas at Poipu Kai so much… we are already booked our stay in March 2018.

Room was clean and excellent. We travelled with friends and each had our own room in a private villa. The kitchen and living space is spacious. Each room has it's own balcony. My only complaint is the bed is a bit hard for my liking.

The best place to stay in Kauai. Great rooms, great pool, excellent location. Full kitchens, laundry, and beach gear. I loved my stay and highly recommend.

About a 5-10 minute walk from the beach! Great accommodations. We also had a wonderful time relaxing at the pool after a long day at the beach. 5/5, would recommend!

Was staying at a condo with family. Great location and rooms. Views are great, and the pool while nothing special is nice to have.

Quality of the The Villas at Poipu Kai is amazing. They've thought of everything and the area is beautifully maintained. Maintenance could be quicker to respond to issues but that is just a small issue.

This was my first time visiting the Hawaiian Islands and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. Between the buildings and the pool, the Villas at Poipu Kai was able to create exactly what I expected my Hawaiian experience to be. I stayed in one of the Poolside Villas on the first floor. I enjoyed being able to open my back doors onto my personal lanai and simply take in the morning air. One of my biggest concerns when traveling is being able to eat without relying on restaurants for every meal. So I always look for a kitchen that allows me to store my food and cook it when I want. The kitchen at the Villas allowed me to do just that. All cooking utensils were provided and there was plenty of room to move and more than enough counter space. This time my visit was for business. When I do visit Hawaii for pleasure, I will be staying at the Villas at Poipu Kai.

Had a wonderful trip with the wife. The location is clean, new and posh. We got to spend loads of time together in the most beautiful environment in the world. Totally recommend for anyone trying to get away so they can connect with the love of their life. If you want to be busy or if you want to lounge in the sun, the resort accommodated and was the perfect environment to spend time together.
