The staff at Springhill was really helpful. The rooms were nice and clean and anything we needed they accomodated quickly.

Stayed here for my daughters 3rd birthday, Toni (I believe her name was, beautiful, kind, blonde woman) made the trip just absolutely fantastic! She got us an early check in, remembered it was her birthday the whole entire stay, was so kind and accommodating for her, even got us some special cereal for the morning! 100% will come back again. She is a spectacular woman. Thank you 🙏🏽

Clean spacious room, friendly staff, indoor pool, hot tub and hot breakfast this was a great place to stay.

I have stayed here many times, the beds r comfy, the hotel staff r very friendly, nice, and helpful… I love this place plus it is close to many restaurants and stores.

This place is wonderful, the staff is so helpful. I started calling around at 1am looking for a room that would allow a early check-in. With the COVID-19 pandemic my family was allowed in the hospital with me. They let them check-in at 9:30am so that they wouldn’t be sitting outside until 3pm. Thanks so much.

I love our rooms. All motels should be set up the iway the floor plan is here. Definitely a great place to stay.

The amenities were fantastic! Rooms were crisp and clean I say rooms because we wanted closer to the elevator due to a foot injury, and they assisted us promptly in the a. M. The kid friendly atmosphere was also a plus. So much right outside in the community. Perfect stay. Thanks!

Wonderful place road trip.

Absolute worst experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The staff is rude, inexperienced, and completely oblivious to the corporate policy’s set in place by Marriott. They need further training before landing the receptionist position.

This is going to be kind of long. I will start with all the good stuff. The hotel itself was nice very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and the young lady doing the breakfast was awesome. She was very friendly and on top of everything. The pool and hot tub were very clean and enjoyable. We got to the hotel around 5pm The lady said that they only had one of the 2 rooms we reserved. I said check in is at 3 and it's now 5 how do you not have our rooms? She said give me just a minute and came back and both our rooms were ready and right across the hall from each other. She was rude and gave us a mean look when we left for dinner. The rooms were nice but ours had a funny smell the house keeper gave us some spray and it took care of that. We went to dinner and came back and while getting some things out of the car there was an elderly man that tripped on the sidewalk and busted his chin open and broke his dentures. We told lady at the front desk what had happened and in a rude snotty voice she said well we are not aloud to leave the building but we have a 1st aid kit. The next night we were in the pool area and it was super hot (which it normally is in a hotel). There were 7 people all together in there and as a group we decided to prop the door open with the trash can. This helped a lot and we all were enjoying ourselves very much.

The staff at SpringHill Morgantown go above and beyond to make sure you feel right at home during travel. Great included breakfast pool hot tub and weight room!

Horrible! Stuff was broken, no heat in lobby, no hot water, half breakfast wasnt available, spoiled milk and rude kitchen staff!

A hot tub and pool were advertised, the only reason I went there, as there were cheaper and better places I could have gone. The hot tub wasn't able to be used, the pool had so much chlorine, my granddaughters eyes burned for 4 hours after she went in the pool, and that was after an eyewash, and Visine. The front desk lady (we checked in at 3:00pm) was snotty acting. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, and the free breakfast was great, actual real scrambled eggs, and sausage.

Booked one week in advance for 2 double beds rooms. I then drove 7 hours from New York to Morgantown for a high school reunion with my wife, father in law, mother in law, and two babies (1 and a 1/2 and 3 years old). Came into the hotel at 11pm and was told by the staff that they didn't have anymore rooms left for the night, they searched for an hour and finally found a sister hotel across town that had rooms available and asked us to drive 25 mins across town so that we can finally get a hotel room. The front desk staff Brice said to come back tomorrow and he'll try to get is a free courtesy room. After driving across town they were able to give us 2 Rooms but the rooms only had one normal bed and one pull out bed. We unpacked and sleep for the night since we were exhausted and it was 1:30 in the morning. We woke up at 10am packed everything up and went back to the spring hill suits thinking that they were going to give us our courtesy rooms now but were then informed by the managers here that they can not give us our courtesy rooms, instead we would only be receive a $20 discount for our troubles. I don't know what's wrong the lack of preparation by the management or the lack of customer service care by this hotel team.

This hotel is exceptionally clean, from the rooms to the pool and lobby, even the common area restrooms, I was impressed at how clean and thorough their staff are. The rooms and lobby are stylishly designed. Best of all, the staff are wonderful! They let us check in early, offered yogurt, cookies, and soup as we lounged in the lobby during the afternoon, and were just overall very friendly and kind. It's located only a few feet from several fast food restaurants so it's very convenient for a quick lunch or dinner without having to drive.
