The service was great the ppl was awesome friendly the place was clean the bfast was awesome a variety to choose frm the pool area was clean also mostly smoke free I love tht abt this place we will definitely be back thr.

Stayed here over Labor Day weekend. The rates were good. They have a decent complimentary breakfast bar with a variety of hot and cold items that vary daily. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel, itself, while very clean, could use a bit of love and updating. Even though it's a non — smoking establishment, it's obvious that people do not abide by that rule. Our room smelled strongly of stale cigarettes, but had a super comfortable king sized bed, microwave and mini fridge with a large flat screen (although, we could not figure out the channels because the onscreen guide was incorrect or not set up). Wifi was good. Pool looked ok and there was a mini-mart next door. The hotel was situated in an area that made it easy to get on the interstate.

The woman at the front desk "Shelley" she was so rude and disrespectful. I loved the place but she is always so rude to everyone that walks by the front desk. Nice place to stay if she isn't working.

Wonderful ladies working the front desk. Super clean rooms. Really comfortable beds. And breakfast was amazing!

The front desk person Shawana, I think was her name, was so sweet and personal. Loved her. Amazing how nice people make your stay so much better.

We are currently here and as soon as we walked into our room we smelled a horrid, mildew smell. There was dark colored hair in the bed on the supposedly clean new sheets. Also there were bugs flying everywhere and spiders in the corner by the air conditioner. Won’t be coming back to this Quality Inn.

Women at front desk was awesome. We were exhausted and every time we tried to book a room the app crashed. She gave us an even better deal and was quick to get us in a room. Room was clean and was great for a quick rest before travelling on.

There was a cockroach in my parents bathroom along with a broken AC when the outside temp was in the 90s. My husband and I's room had blood stains on the lamp shade. The hotel staff allowed patrons to leave dirty diapers piled up in the hallway and condoned drinking alcohol and partying. Was one of the worst hotels I've ever been in. Not to mention the woman at the front desk who checked us in was absolutely miserable. Would never go again.

Huge rooms! Nice staff. Served a free dinner on a Wednesday evening.

Great stay We needed a handicapped room and this was perfect. Everyone pleasant and the clerk at checkin was helpful I'd stay here anytime.

Excellent! Incredible suites with lots of space. Customer service here was great and very friendly. Front desk staff was helpful and knowledgeable… Even a shuttle to the casino leaving regularly! The complimentary breakfast was plentiful & staff was 2nd to none! Will ALWAYS stay here when in the area.

Good and happy service! Its usually pretty clean and is easily accessible. The updated gym is really nice, too!

This hotel is awesome and what makes it so awesome is the staff. From the time we checked in with our fur baby till the time we checked out everyone was very polite and professional. I usually make my reservations on-line, this time since it was so close to our arrival date I called the hotel directly. I spoke with Shathena and requested a particular room, even though the hotel was almost completely booked (a big group of RV'ers from Quebec were passing thru on their way to Florida) she accommodated my request. In addition, we requested a late check out, again — accommodated. Awesomeness! Thank you Shathena! The breakfast here is always good. This time I choose to eat a cinnamon bun… so yummy! My husband usually likes to make his own waffle and on one of the days the waffle mix was blueberry, he said that was super yummy and wished they had them the 2nd day! Another plus to staying here, I had a hot shower every time, never had to wait for the water to heat back up because too many others in the building had showered or the laundry was being done. Oh… and they have treats for your fur baby. How awesome is that?! right! I also met the owner and his family… everyone was so nice. Our stay here was a delight. Thank you Shathena and everyone who made our stay pleasant! See you next time.

This Quality inn is awful worked 4 16 hour days and come back to the hotel and have no hot water or any clean towels.

Good room for the price. The bed was decent, the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Didn't seem secure. Filthy. Toilet paper hadn't been changed or even folded over (some places just fold the end) since last occupant. Something white and crusty on remote control so I wouldn't use the TV.

Hotel is filthy. First room checked into had thick animal hair on floor. Housekeeping do not vacuum the floors at all. Two beds in room and one bed had body hairs throughout the sheets and the iron wasn't wrapped. Second room, floor dirty and with crumbs. Pull back the sheets on one bed, body hair again and on the second bed was a dead stink bug on the sheets by the pillows. Third room floor still dirty, one bed, sheets still had body hair, not changed at all. Talked to the front desk next morning, which already new of situation told me to have Priceline call Shathena Caton which I was told was the manager, will have Priceline give a full refund. Priceline called and was told no refund will be given. I called and Dana, the manager on duty tells me the same, no refund will be issued and that Shathena was not a manager just a regular employee. I asked Dana was she aware of the problems. Really was no concern to her. I do have pics to back up statement. Majority of customers don't inspect the bed, you need a bright flashlight or even the light on your smartphone. Rooms have low light therefore you can't see the filth /body hair. Alot of reviews read good but running through 3 rooms back to back, tells me alot of customers really don't inspect where they lay down at night… in someone else's filth.

Very convenient location next to highway. Rooms were pretty good relative to price. The little extras were nice (breakfast, coffee bar, free cookies). Overall a pretty good value, the hotel served its purpose. Some of the staff could have been friendlier, but they weren't rude.

Nice hotel. Actually booked via a 3rd party website, and was upgraded to a larger, corner suite. Excellent staff as well.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I got a good rate. That was exactly what I was looking for after a long day on the road. The only issues were that the light above the bathroom mirror wasn't working and the curtains on the windows were too thin to block out the bright lights from the pool area. We were too exhausted to care though.

Place is clean people are very nice and helpful price is good easy to get to All we were hoping for, and here's a little food for thought don't take it down.

We stayed there 4 times in 10 months. The first 2 times went fine, the last 2 were disappointing. We will stay somewhere else for thanksgiving. The 3rd time we were in a room where someone must have smoked… the 4th time we had a room that you could not get out of bed on one side & the TV was far across the room. They only had a handicapped room available… the shower curtain was too long & wet… & the drain didn't work properly. They told us maintenance was "off" for the nite. We stayed that nite but will never go back.

The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were clean. The price was good for the value and the fact that they give free water bottles as one of the amenities is great.

The reason for 3 star was because of small breakfast area, outdated decor (slight smell), and minimal outlets in room. I would suggest a power strip on all head boards. I had a couple of phones, cameras, laptop, and batteries to charge. But I was very pleased with my stay, the rooms were spacious. I appreciate the desk and I can't thank you enough on the Wi-Fi, most business don't take care of it or don't care about speed, once you a hotel full of guests are online and downloading something becomes very aggreviating. If I remember correctly, there was a soccer team there during my stay and connection was not an issue. As you enter the room prepare to turn on ac becuase they turn it off after every cleaning, nothing bad there, just a heads up.

The room is fine. However it was not as clean as it should have been. The wife had to reclean the tub, it was full of hair. The woman at the front desk was quite nice.

We personally recommend this hotel to anybody. The friendly and caring atmosphere is super, the management as well as the staff make you feel at home. We have coming to this hotel for the past few years, and between the other hotels, we rather come here at any time.

Checked in on a Thursday, apparently was charged a "smoking in room" charge of $150 the very next day. Was not told about this charge until a slip of paper was slid under my door an hour prior to check out the following Monday. Went to talk to staff about charge and they proceeded to tell us that we were smoking marijuana in our room on that day. There were complaints about marijuana smoke coming thru the vents. They opened our door on that day after we left and a "wave of marijuana smoke" poured out of the room. We DID NOT smoke any marijuana in our room. We did HAVE marijuana in our room because my boyfriend has a medical marijuana license and is allowed to have it on him. He went outside to his truck to smoke. Even one of the staff said that she kept seeing him go outside all the time. But they did not want to listen to what we had to say. The staff flat out lied about it because we DID NOT smoke in the room. We NEVER smoke in the hotel rooms we stay in, out of courtesy of the other guests. When this occurred, it was our second day there, why didn't anyone come and talk to us about this? Why didn't they come in our room when we were there? NO, they did it the sneaky way. Just charge my credit card and don't say a word to me about it. Just slip the receipt under the door 3 DAYS LATER! It's just wrong! If they had come to us, we would have shown them right then and there that there was no smoke in that room! NONE AT ALL!

Do not stay at this hotel. Me and my husband booked Saturday — Tuesday. When we returned Monday evening from leaving that morning at 10am our room was not cleaned no big deal called the front desk just to see where we could empty the trash after calling 3 times no answer I walked down to desk. I see the front desk clerk just standing there and I said I tried calling you she says yes I know I was on the other line what do you want. I thought that was rude to greet a guest and told her so. She says I'm not being rude what do you want she says again. I said the maid didn't clean our room before I can finish saying we just need to empty our trash she interrupts me and says again what do you want. I said the maid saw us leave just wanted to know why she didn't clean our room at this point she says what did she look like I said you want me to describe her she says yes I thought that was strange so I did. I said she's white short with brown hair like you. Then she proceeds to tell me we have 30 minutes to leave or she's calling the police I thought she was joking who calls the police over a complaint about housekeeping. So I go back to my room and 15 minutes later the West Va police are knocking on our door and says management wants us to leave the property. So we did and requested a refund for Tuesday night to be told by the police we have to file a civil suit so we will contact a lawyer.

BEWARE! We planned to stay here an entire week as we were in town to visit my parents. Within the first ten mins if being in the room I killed a very large spider by the curtains. As I did that there were numerous other smashed bugs left on the cielings and walls. We did decide to stay the night as it was late and did not have time to find another place that night. My wife spilled he water next to the bed prior to falling asleep and went to clean it up and found a dead bug skeleton we didn't put two and two together until the morning. I went down to get breakfast first and my wife stayed behind she was straitinig up the bed before we were going to leave for the day when she saw little black and red things moving on the bed. Bed bugs. This is my first experience with this ever. We imidiatly packed our stuff and checked out and cancelled our stay for the week. I wrote the issue on the comment card because there were people waiting in line behind me and I am not one to cause a scene. The lady handed me my bill and said the she would look into that. That was it no I'm sorry nothing else. The worste was yet to come later that after noon my wife and I started feeling very uncomfortable and itchy. We thought it was just that we were tired and weary from the traveling and still feeling icky from the experience in the morning. Man we're we wrong. More than forty bites red bumps, uncontrollable itching, pain, and all together horrible experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly! Good size bathroom, no bending for shower (I'm 6'), fridge and microwave. We had dominos deliver straight to our room door and it was delicious. My husband loved the coffee in the rooms and the shower though he had to bend a little, but not like most hotels. Bed was not real comfy, but with all of the other wonderful things, we didn't really care.

Bed Bugs and Rude Management. Be very careful staying here!

It is right off the highway and has lots of decent restaurant options in the neighborhood. The room was very nice; clean, roomy, quiet, and well-appointed. Staff was very friendly and beyond helpful. Breakfast was better than average. We had a great stay.

I visited family there and the hotel seemed very nice. My family said they really enjoyed it for the price, also.

This will be put on my list for a must stop when travelling to Florida and back, I feel like I should go back to the place I stayed last night to get my money back, everything was outstanding.

This is what we can expect for a good 2 stars hotel. We stop by in middle of Feb 2016 on a cold night and our room was well heated. Room was clean, beds were comfy. We will come back.

My son and I stayed here during the Christmas Holidays, December 22 until the 26th, I believe. Danielle took VERY good care of us and the entire staff was friendly and congenial. Their breakfast was outstanding. Everything was fresh and delicious and certainly satisfying with a nice variety. It was and is my intention to stay here again. Didn't know if my other review was posted or not, but I can't speak any more highly of it. The beds are very comfortable as well. Everything was clean and neat.

Clean nice rooms. Great bang for the buck.
