This place was horrible. We walked to our rooms where people who lived there were setting on there cars outside drinking and smoking pot. Room doors open with people laying on beds. A lot of guys standing around. Was not a safe place to stay or have your vehicle setting. It says on line that money will not be removed from account until check in. My account was charged that morning. I went back to the check in area, which is kept locked, I imagine for the safety of the person there and told them we would not be staying and expected my account refunded. The lady said she would have to let the manager know. I sent email the next day to manager and was told he would not refund any money. Steer clear of this place.

The staff is always polite and helpful. The room was clean with a microwave and a mini fridge. The only thing I don't like about staying here is that they do a Continental breakfast. However there are a number of restaurants close by and a dollar store next to the hotel.

The basics are missed. We rented a room here, expecting to stay in a King size smoking room (through a 3rd party site). This was not true to the hotel. Nonetheless, we got a non-smoking King sized room. We stayed in the blue building. The whole building smelled pungent. It was a huge chemical smell, like bleach abd Pine-Sol. The room was the same. The a/c was bad and so it was barely cool in our room during our weekend trip this Summer. Bathroom provided toiletries that were already used (minus the packaged hand soap bar). Thank goodness I brought my own. We have been here for a day and a half and we had to special request new towels (twice), tablecloths (still not received), coffee, and no housekeeping has been in. These are just BASICS. The surfaces were dirty. The beds are old and uncomfortable with toddler sized pillows. Half of the outlets work. Some switches are there with no purpose and the rooms are dark. I was terrified I would find mold or bugs, especially with water damaged ceiling tiles. If you stay here and get placed in the second building (2 buildings over and behind a store) you'll have to walk to the main building for ice (hand-packaged little baggies — very unsanitary) or any coffee/towel needs. Would NOT stay here again. Pay the extra money to get the basics that hotels offer and actually enjoy your stay in WV!

The location is great. It's right off the main highway and has very affordable prices. During my stay I have been well accommodated to my needs. The non smoking rooms are much nicer if I had to make a recommendation.

Nice cheap room for the night. Close to shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great rates, great selection of restaurants nearby as well! Recommended!

Cheap, no frills, "budget" lodging, rooms are basic, very spartan, room (s) was somewhat outdated, could of been more cleaner, ie, stained dirty carpet, grime on walls, etc, front office had quite an unpleasant odor, when you entered it and as did one of the rooms I stayed in… Did not have a microwave nor a small refrigerator, the either, bathroom was dated, had towels and soap on hand, had somewhat of an odor and appeared not as clean as it should of been… If it's just a cheap go off the road and get some rest overnight stay, this would be the ticket, this is as basic it gets, cheap and assesible…

Ive never I'm my life seem a place treat someone that flight for our country the way Patel did this gentleman that stayed there. He was treated badly and to top it off threw him out and threw everything this man had to his name away. I will never stay there again and give them a dime. My jeart goes out the the vet gentleman that lost everything after he fought for our country.

This place is better for people who want to rent rooms for the month. They have a stove, fridge and microwave inside.

Rooms are remodeled. We had a nice big beautiful room with new carpet, paint, bathroom. Bedding was crisp and clean. We stayed for $70 when every hotel in the area was around $150 and booked. It's not in the best area but we felt safe.

It was ok. The room was clean, the TV didnt work for Sh#&, but the Wi-Fi was fast. A little shady when I first pulled up, especially when I had to drive down a ways and behind another building to get to my room.

This place is horrible. We had spiders and little worms crawling in our bathroom. I would recommend sleeping in my car before staying here.

Check-in / check-out process was very fast. They have decent internet where my mobile network is not available. We were party of FOUR and was surprised to see that 4 towels, required soaps/shampoos were already placed in the room. This was never the case with more than 2 persons staying in other hotels I visited so far. They had coffee maker which re freshened us in the morning.

OK place to stay overnight. The place seems to be being renovated.

I rent here for last 3 years. Things change here only to better serve customers and improvements of the rooms. Family own business is very welcoming and their hospitality is outstanding.

If you are on a budget and have nowhere else to go this is the place for you. If you don't mind spending 15-20 more dollars I'd choose somewhere else. The TV was kinda screwed up, the a/c wasn't the best. And I think the rooms need a little more tlc,.

I stayed there several times Mr. Patal was very nice to me I could get any room I wanted I carried my furniture with me if I need a place to stay I would go back.

There was glass all under the bed food every were in floor on counter sticky rat traps every were no heat tub wounldn't drain so much hair was in the drain no TV remote doors didnt lock you could push it open.
