Good price nice clean rooms decent Wi-Fi awesome shower. And the breakfast was pretty good.

Good place for the money, we always stay here for the 400 mile garage sale across Kansas. Management was different, things seemed not as good as last year.

Decent room, better than average breakfast, friendly service, convenient location (if you're driving US 36). Also the meal at the bowling alley next door was a unexpected bonus.

Low cost… dated but clean.

The rooms were fairly standard. Fairly updated (flat screen TV, refrigerator, etc. ) Breakfast was included. It was kind of disappointing. Overall, it was pretty standard. Nothing to write home about, but not horrible. It did the job for the night.

Horrible. Everything is in shambles. Extension chords all over. The trim around the tub is rotted. Doors are falling off the cabinet below the sink. Outside Doors are slamming so hard it shakes the walls. And I was told I got "the good room". The non smoking room smells like smoke.

Nice folks, clean rooms, good rates. They also allow pets for a reasonable fee. This is my prefered place to stay when needed.

If I could give zero stars I would… when checking out at 6 am, the older man at the front desk was watching porn that I could EASILY see reflected in the long mirrored window behind him. On top of that, he didn't even stop watching it as I approached the counter and stated that I needed to check out! Without looking away from his screen to greet me, he minimized the porn tab to check me out and told me I was good to go. I have never been so dusgusted in my life! Shame on that dirty old man! I will never ever stay there again!

The hotel, although in the middle of no where, was very welcoming when I drove in late in the evening. The single room I stayed in was relatively large, well equipped, and clean. There was Wi-Fi and breakfast. Considering the price I paid ($56.99 total), I highly recommend it.

We stay here every month when we come up here to do work. The staff has always worked with us on getting rooms and are very friendly.

Hey very easy to locate for not of town people. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean. Only thing questionable was the complimentary breakfast. Not many options.

Nice clean motel… the staff was very pleasant.

Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was welcoming. But. The breakfast was not very good, there was not many choices of food and the coffee was horrible. The work out area was old and smelly. And the hot tub and sauna were both out of order (which they have been for the past three years when we have stayed here).

Our entire room was covered in black hair (I am assuming dog hair) it was on both the Set of sheets and the comforter. When the maid came to switch out both of them there was the exact same hair on the sheets, pillow cases, AND comforter. By this time is was too late to get a refund so we suffered through the night. It was a terrible experience.

We were traveling to Missouri and this motel was half the way there. The rooms were VERY clean and the staff was great.
