Great place! Rooms are very clean. Quiet, beautiful area.

Great comfi Inn. The rooms are small but well appointed, just don't plan on plugging anything in. There are not outlets by the night stand or by the desk, the only available outlet is at the foot of the bed where you might trip on or step on and damage your electronics. I'd give this a higher star rating if I didn't have to sit on the floor to use my computer.

Very cozy and eco-conscious. Lots of friendly deer for the kids to look at.

Have stayed at Mt Gardner Inn for about 20 yrs… when a room was $39.00… it was a secret among our flyfishing friends. Loved it then, love it now… just spent a few days… fishing and relaxing. Reading outside under the trees… hope to go back in the next 10 days… the beds are super comfortable… and the Paya shampoo is incredible… just ordered some from Amazon. Thank you to the hosts…

Great Place To stay. Very Clean and TV with Lots of DVDs to watch. Especially clean bed linen, bath kitchen area with frig, microwave and coffee pot. No breakfast.

Found this inn for my first visit to Winthrop and stayed in their Partridge room. It's very clean, quaint, comfortable, quiet, and convenient. Mary, the front desk associate, is a doll! I'll be back!

Just far enough from the main drag of Winthrop to have a great view. Friendly and welcoming. Loved sitting out on the deck at night and watching the namesake mountain.

A hidden treasure in winthrop. Loved our stay. Zumiez rents out Winthrop for a week out of the year every year and its seriously so beautiful!

We stayed here for the Sunflower Half Marathon last weekend and had an excellent experience. We stayed in the two Luxury suites which were set up perfectly for us: five adults — two couples and one single. My parents stayed upstairs and loved their suite. We stayed downstairs with one person on the fold out couch. We were able to have dinner in one night as well as breakfast and lunch with the full kitchen downstairs and my parents appreciated being able to make a cup of coffee in the morning in their suite upstairs without bothering us. The rooms are both comfortably accommodated with beautiful views of the mountains. If it had been a little warmer we would have enjoyed sitting outside. I will definitely be back!

Loved this place. The grounds are great, and the rooms are tastefully decorated. Not boring. Not stark. Just enough character. Very clean rooms, nice amenities, and the landscaping well designed and cared for. I'd stay here again.

Great service (really nice front desk clerk), beautiful, spacious and comfortable room. 10 min walk to town, so happy we got lucky to get this room.

Such a cute spot! Definitely recommend this. Close to town and you can take a short cut over the pedestrian bridge. It was clean and they paid attention to detail. Doesn't feel like a two star place.

This place really does live up to the good reviews. My husband and I (along with our 2 dogs) stayed in room 4 at the Mt. Gardner Inn for 3 nights over Thanksgiving 2015. The customer service is unprecedented. Alison was helpful, available, and full of suggestions for restaurants and activities, even though we were there on a holiday. I really can't say enough about the customer service. I feel like we were treated above and beyond any level of expected service, the owners work extremely hard to keep the guests happy and it shows. Overall thoughts on the Inn were also great. The location is super convenient, our room was really quiet and perfect for us and the dogs. The room we stayed in was a traditional motel setup with a kitchenette, but updated and obviously taken care of. The place was SPOTLESS. There wasn't a stain or patched nick anywhere! We will definitely stay here again and spread the word. The customer service and price are unbeatable.

Lovely community, charming rooms, comfortable beds, large outdoor areas, wonderful host and hostess. Thank you for the great stay. We liked it so much we adjusted our plans to stay another night a week later.

We spend the night at the Mt. Gardner Inn. Out ground floor room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we wanted. The room had a patio with deck chairs facing the inviting, green lawn where deer come down to graze in the evening and the night time stars are magnificent. The owner was welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely stay there again.

We stayed 1 night this weekend and wished we had time to stay longer. Lovely Inn with very helpful staff. Our room had a balcony (I think they all do) and out kids loved it! Will definitely plan to stay there again next time we visit the Methow Valley.

While traveling the Northern Cascade loop, we happened to travel to Winthrop. After killing a good bit of the day in town, we decided to stay the night. We saw a brochure and called for a room at the Mt. Gardner Inn. The proprietor was extremely friendly and welcoming and the room was as clean and comfortable as any five-star resort. We spent a very relaxing night before heading out the next day, but vow that we will make this a 'must go' place on our next trip through the mountains.
