Brittany need to take that red wigs off, the female staff needs to learn to be more friendly. Housekeeping lady and her sister awesome! Feel sorry for the drama at this motel hotel. Not a friendly environment for children if you can vacation with your family else where DHS has foster children living in that place witch is not cool. Stay at the Airport hotels! Plus the environment isn't a good one at all drug, prostitutes.

Clean, yummy breakfast and good coffee. Staff was pleasant and location was perfect for picking up our van at Road Trip Oregon!

Clean, spacious room as always. Although the location wasn't the greatest. Also choice privilege members usually get a couple of complementary bottles of water which wasn't offered to us unless that policy has changed.

While planning my trip to Portland, Oregon I wasn't originally thinking of staying in a Comfort Inn, I was hoping to stay in a more up scale local hotel, but a family member recommended it as an option because of our budget. So, I we went for it & got the opportunity to make reservations in a king bed suite. I've been to various other Comfort Inn locations in the past so I wasn't extremely impressed or blown away, but I thought that the use of space in the king suite was well done. For those who don't plan on driving it's literally across the highway from the MAX line that takes you either into town or even to the airport, so it's a great location in terms of easy travel. Its not in the centre of Portland's downtown life, but other than that I was pleased with my overall stay. The staff were super nice & helpful as well!

Fantastic hotel and extremely great value. A real live person answered when I called to make reservations for the 4 of us traveling on business. Entire place is extremely clean very well furnished. Bed is very very comfortable. Air conditioning goes as cold as you’d like. Nothing was out of place or in disrepair. I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels not as well maintained as this one.

This place is like a jail. If you're supposed to feel, comfortable nice getaway YOU DO NOT. They are very anal about all the rules strictly watching your every move if I wanted to send a weekend in something like this (on my birthday) I would have went to a hole in the wall.

Stayed over night 2/22to2/23 Very nice clean room and the bed was verrry comfortable. Staff very cool.

Big, clean rooms. Professional, friendly staff. Nice breakfast, clean pool and nice workout room. 5 stars for sure!

Lodging: The room was clean amd spacious, and our room came with a jacuzzi as well as a king bed. It was far above and beyond what I'd expect from a "budget" accommodation. Location: It seemed like it wasn't the BEST neighborhood, but we didn't have any issues. It had pretty convenient access to a lot of good food options in East Portland, especially lots of fantastic Asian food. Service: service is what really stands out. The staff, particularly the front desk attendant named Lute who checked us in, were incredibly friendly and kind. Accommodation: we didn't use many of the facilities — when you have a huge jacuzzi in your room you don't need to visit the hot tub — but the pool area seemed nice. The only downside was the continental breakfast. It had a bit of an off-taste, almost chemical. Summary: I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. For the price, it was amazing. The only thing I would do differently is skip the breakfast and try one of the surrounding restaurants instead — especially with Blue Star, Voodoo, and Tin Shed so close by.

A miracle we stumbled upon this place. The place we were going to stay looked like a prison from the outside. It was so creepy we wouldn't pull in the parking lot. We were so relieved when we found this Comfort Inn. Super nice staff, the room was great. Would stay again.

I was there for a convention in the Oregon Center, was really helpful the fact that the Inn is almost in front of the train station. The people on the frontdesk were very kind, the breakfast was pretty good, I couldn't use the pool (by my schedule), but it look nice, small, but nice. My room was quite comfortable, I loved the bed very spacious.

This hotel is one block from my house, and aside from the fantastic location, is probably the nicest hotel on the east side. I've visited it dozens of times since all my extended family stay here whenever they visit Portland, but only stayed here personally once. The staff is all *fantastic* and helpful, everything is very nice and very clean. The free breakfast isn't the greatest but there's a wide variety of food, not just pastries, and there's a waffle bar. The pool is very nice, rooms are very quiet despite 82nd & the highway, the beds are comfy, all the rooms have refrigerators (no cash-grab mini bar! ) and microwaves. Literally the only weird thing is some of the decor/furniture choices — there are giant cubboard-things taking up all the furniture space that are clearly meant to hold the fridge and microwave, which are elsewhere — so it just has big empty spaces and too few drawers for putting things in. The two bedside lights looked identical but one switch rotates and one is a push switch. (Not important, but weird. ) And I was in a room with a Jacuzzi tub and a regular tub — but no towel racks. That would've become inconvenient if I were there for more than one night. Overall a very lovely hotel, a bit expensive but much nicer than all the cheaper places. If you're staying here and want to walk to a restaurant — everywhere you can see from the hotel is a bar, most of which have mediocre bar food.

We came to oregon to watch the solar eclipse and do a little site seeing. From this location we were able to drive to Geer Park in Salem which didn't take us very long at all. It might have helped that we were close enough to take the back roads so there was minimal traffic. I think the price was reasonable. The Man is close by so we were able to hop on that fairly quickly and get around town. Free breakfast in the morning which will save you a few bucks. Parking is included. The staff is pleasant. The bed is super comfortable. I loved the pillows. Only thing I didn't like was that we we right next to the storage room and every time someone closed that for, ours would shake, too (pretty loudly).

Stayed here for 2 days and the experience was pretty good, especially since it was my first time ever in a hotel. Sure it's not the most fancy hotel, but it is great. Spent around $360 for two days I say it was worth it. You get to have access to a swimming pool and a gym (cardio only). They also included breakfast with your stay! Wich is certainly a big plus for me. Overall, I say you get a more bang for your buck here.

Be sure to ask for a room as far from the highway as possible. The road noise is terrible. Room did include a walk in shower which was nice. The breakfast leaves a little to be desired.

Neighborhood looked ok. But we were not bothered by anyone. Staff was friendly. Room and hotel clean. Good place.

This hotel is located in a rough appearing area, however, the hotel itself had parking that seemed safe, helpful staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. I wouldn't stay here if I were planning to stay for multiple days and wanted to be able to walk around, but it is a great hotel and a great value if you simply need someplace to sleep.

Very nice. Clean. Friendly service. They start u with plenty of towels and wash rags from the start. Have no problem giving u more (of anything) anyway. Decently priced as well, considering I waited till last minute. Lots of good stuff provided as well, coffee/coffee pot, tea, shampoos/conditioner soap. There's even a "pizza" button ON the phone. (It went to domino's) The breakfast is awesome! Waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs sausage donuts yogurt fruit. More. There's a pool and hot tub. Says it closes at 11 but they're flexible if u talk to them. They also made us feel very safe, there are a few doors but they all lock at 10:45pm and only the front can then be opened by your room key. And there's security cameras all over. Overall, very pleased. Since it was a last minute booking I was extremely unhappy with the rate, but everything provided convinced me that it was worth it.

Comfort inn at In Portland. Just off the expressway but surprisingly quiet. Breakfast hours are from 6 to 9 which is a little shorter than expected. Front desk was helpful and friendly. There seem to be just enough parking spots for guest the 2 nights I stayed so parking may be an issue. Otherwise no complains.

No-frills but reasonably priced hotel conveniently located between the airport and fun activities in NE Portland. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the rate was pretty affordable compared to other options surrounding the hotel. Would stay there again.

Review is for the bar… way cool! Liked the lighting and setup. Our Patron tequila shots were yummy. And expensive at $85 for 5 shots! We didn't care. This was 4th on our bar crawl and pretty happy already. Liked the DJ playing with cool fireplace in the back. A real chill place, highly recommend.

The pool and fitness center are open until 11. The room was nice for a basic spot, with normal directv. The shower began by spraying rust or something and it wouldn't heat up without tightening some screw. The elevator was broken in the morning, leaving us dragging luggage down the stairs. The place is probably better than we experienced.

Nice and basic. Clean and adequate rooms. Small but nice gym, indoor pool and hot tub. Free breakfast. Friendly staff. I had some trouble with the vending machines, but they had complementary coffee and tea at all times. The parking area was a bit odd, looks like the hotel expanded part of the building to cover the parking area. I didn't stay in that part, but I wondered if their might be added noise if your room was one above the car lot. In general the area is quiet and within walking distance to a couple of restaurants and the MAX lightrail.

Bed was super comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and nice. Room very clean and inviting.

Stayed here before, but some construction\upgrades today. Got a very nice room with two King Size beds, great price and neatly maintained. Friendly, Professional and Accommodating Concierge. Would recommend and will be back.

Nice hotel for the price, centrally located for both commuters and those who take public transportation. The rooms are clean and service is good.

Great room, clean and updated decor and linens, staff very nice, bed super comfy, great free breakfast, and free parking! Only downside was the tub was TINY, but the shower head was great, and even high enough that my 6'2 husband had no problems, which is definitely not always the case. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and stay again.
